Abstract

This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of the Miftahul Hikmah Parengan Tuban Islamic Boarding School in managing DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) in Jatirogo Tuban. This research uses qualitative research with data sources coming from interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis used in this research is the Miles and Huberman analysis model, including data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. Meanwhile, in checking the validity of the data, researchers used the triangulation method. The marketing strategy of the Miftahul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Parengan District, Tuban Regency in Managing DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) in Jatirogo District, Tuban Regency, consists of two aspects, namely the use of a marketing mix, namely product, price, place and promotion. Promotions at DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) are carried out by means of online and offline promotions. The manager carries out an indirect (online) promotional strategy, namely through social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp stories by uploading all the menus at DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) as well as new menu promos. The direct marketing strategy is to introduce and promote DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) products directly to customers. This is done by providing promos every Sunday. Apart from promotions, direct marketing is also carried out by introducing additions to the menu at DCR (Drink Corner and Resto). The current menu additions are seblak abah and kebab, as a form of product development for DCR (Drink Corner and Resto) from the previous and current owners.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the maqashid sharia as a basic concept in fatwa No: 21/DSN-MUI/X/2001 about the general guidelines for sharia life insurance. The regulation on the general guidelines of the Sharia life insurance company in Indonesia is regulated at fatwa No: 21/DSN-MUI/X/2001. The creation of a law or a fatwa has a purpose or a maqahid sharia in its stipulation. This study is literature research. the data collected by the library, reading, and taking notes. The compilation of data on this study is from online books, journals, scientific articles, and the literature review that contains the concepts of maqahid sharia, DSN MUI, and sharia insurance. The results of the study show that there are aims and objectives in determining the law or fatwa which refers to five things that are maintained, namely: guaranteeing the preservation of religion, guaranteeing the preservation of the soul, guaranteeing the preservation of reason, ensuring the preservation of offspring, guaranteeing the maintenance of property as a guide in fatwa No: 21/DSN-MUI/X/2001 regarding general guidelines for sharia life insurance.

Abstract

This article was written to review the operational Mechanism of Kaleng Nu at the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh Nahdlatul Ulama Institution (Lazisnu). The type of research used in this research is a literature review. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the Operational Mechanism of Kaleng Nu at the Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh Nahdlatul Ulama' (Lazisnu) Institution so that it is beneficial for the people and the poor. The research method used in writing this article is qualitative descriptive, by presenting theoretical studies and existing sources and presented in the form of a description. NU D Can Operational Mechanismith The way to pick up the ball is to go directly to the house muzakki. Collection of zakat, infaq, and alms is carried out once a month by collecting at the donor's house by providing a muzakki savings book as proof of monthly donor payments.

Abstract

Since Rasulullah SAW died in 632 H, the Islamic government was made by Khulafaur Rasyidin, which was started by Abu Bakar and continued by Umar, Ustman to Ali bin Abi Talib. The appointment of the caliph over Khulafaur Rosyidin was a careless request based on deliberation to reach a consensus. Until finally after the death of Ali bin Abi Talib, the stick of the caliphate was taken over by Muawiyah bin Abu Sofyan from the Umayyads who became a turning point for the change in the government system from initial deliberation into an absolute monarchy. Muawiyah bin Abu Sofyan was a reliable politician, with his absolute monarchy system who was able to run the Umayyad government for 90 years from 41 H. / 661 AD to 132 H. / 750 AD. Because Muawiyah became caliph not from a deliberative system which was carried out during the Caliphate of Khulafaur Rosyidin period, this caused the division of the Muslims into several groups. However, we cannot deny all the progress that the Umayyad Caliphate made during its establishment in terms of politics, education, economy, and culture.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the selling price is determined at the dinar collection convection in Kedung Kebo village, Senori sub-district, Tuban regency. This research is field research using qualitative research with data sources coming from interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis used in this research is the Miles and Huberman analysis model, including data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. Meanwhile, in checking the validity of the data, researchers used the triangulation method. The pricing applied in convection follows 4 principles: the principle of Oneness, the principle of Balance, the principle of Responsibility, and the principle of goodness. The pricing applied in the dinar collection convection is by taking profits that are not excessive and paying attention to the rights of consumers. The profit taken from all production processes is 10 percent. Of course, by taking profits, managers and consumers feel that they are both benefiting.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in community welfare in the villages of Jatirogo District, Tuban Regency through the Nahdlatul Ulama Infaq Box (NU Coin) program. This research uses qualitative methods, which are used to describe conditions and also in the field in accordance with theory, using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research show that the NU coin program was basically founded purely because of awareness of financial donations from the community in Jatirogo District. Collecting funds for NU Coins is usually done by distributing boxes of NU Coins to each branch in the Jatirogo District. The funds obtained are then collected and recorded directly by the chairman or secretary of UPZIS – LAZISNU Jatirogo. Later, these funds will be managed and used for NU activities, such as improving the welfare of the community in villages in Jatirogo District, starting to be used for social funds, then education, and finally for death assistance. As for obtaining funds, each branch usually receives around IDR 200,000 to IDR 1,500,000 per month. The funds collected are usually divided into 3 parts, namely 5% goes to the district, 20% goes to the sub-district, and 75% goes to the branches.

Abstract

This research talks about the implementation of total quality management in zakat management at LAZISNU Plumpang. Total quality management is an approach to running a business that tries to maximize organizational competitiveness through continuous improvement of products, services, people, processes and the environment. Therefore, the author formulates the problem 1) what is the process of implementing Total Quality Management in zakat management at LAZISNU Plumpang? 2) What efforts has LAZISNU Plumpang made to improve TQM for zakat management? 3) what are the obstacles of Total Quality Management in managing zakat. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data that is collected laterinterpreted with words. This research uses observation methods, structured interviews and documentation. After obtaining the data, the author can conclude that TQM is a strategy to maximize competitiveness that is oriented towards customer satisfaction with the goods and services offered by the organization. By maximizing employee performance in order to achieve organizational improvement and progress.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze women's contribution to agribusiness sustainability from a Sharia economic perspective. Human resources are an important asset in the sustainability of agribusiness. The sustainability of agribusiness is one of the efforts to fulfill the needs of the people. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a library research approach. Data collection in this research was by library, reading, and taking notes. The data collected in this research came from online books, journals, scientific articles, and literature reviews containing the Contribution of Women in the Sustainability of Agribusiness from a Sharia Economic Perspective. The research results show that there has been an increase in the number of female workers in the formal and informal sectors. This also shows that women contribute to the sustainability of agribusiness in an effort to improve the welfare of the people and achieve a balanced economy in accordance with sharia economic principles. The principles of Sharia economics include several principles of monotheism, justice, benefit, mutual help, and balance.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an analysis of the implementation of contracts that can be used as a legal basis for credit card products in Sharia financial institutions. In Sharia banking, the definition of credit cards is regulated by DSN-MUI Fatwa No.42/DSN-MUI/V/2004 concerning Syariah Charge Card, and No. 54/DSN-MUI/X/2006is a tool that functions like a credit card is generally based on an existing system that has several parties concerned and is based on Sharia provisions. The use of descriptive qualitative research methods in the Systematic Literature Review. Data collection through references to scientific literature, books, and previous research. The research results show that there are many parties involved in the implementation of credit card transactions and have various differences of opinion regarding the use of credit cards the determination of the credit card contract is still debated among clerics. Determination of the contract is something that is said to be important because it is related to the law of whether a transaction is haram or halal and several contracts can be combined so that you can find the appropriate contract to use in transactions. There are six possible contracts implemented in sharia financial institutions, namely kafalah, hawalah, wakalah, qardh, ijarah, and murabahah.

Abstract

This research is concerned with consumer attitudes towards online shopping and factors that influence consumers to shop online. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that influence consumers to shop online. The research method used uses a qualitative approach with a single case type case study method. The population was students from Al-Hikmah Singgahan University - Tuban, while the sample size was 20 people taken using a convenience sampling technique. From the research results, it is known that website design factors are the factors that most influence consumers' attitudes towards online shopping, followed by convenience which is the second factor that most influences online shopping attitudes, then energy saving factors and security factors.
