Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) To describe short story writing skills based on digital-based series images of students of grade VI Hang Tuah 10 Juanda Elementary School. This study included a type of descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 32 students with calculations using suspension. Data collection using test methods and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a score category. The results of this study are: (1) The results of the learning resulted in the skill of writing short stories based on series pictures. Then the average calculation result is 81. The highest score is 100 and the lowest value is 63 with a total of 32 students. It proves that the class studied using digital-based serial image media obtained a complete score. This can be seen from the results of the categorization can be said to be successful if X ≥ 79.

Abstract

Menanamkan konsep matematika kepada peserta didik disekolah adalah langkah awal pada membentuk siswa buat dapat menyukai pelajaran matematika yang sulit dipahami. Pada pembelajaran matematika, pengajar harus bijak dalam menentukan media pembelajaran. Media papan jari baru termasuk media sederhana namun dapat membawa manfaat bagi peserta didik yakni peserta didik bisa tahu jaring-jaring bangun ruang lebih praktis, peserta didik mampu lebih kreatif dalam menentukan jaring-jaring suatu bangun ruang serta peserta didik bisa memilih bagian jaring-jaring suatu bangun ruang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Classroom Action Research atau lebih dikenal penelitian tindakan kelas artinya metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan meneliti cara belajar peserta didik, kemampuan peserta didik secara objektif serta minat belajar peserta didik. Objek asal penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri Serut 01 kecamatan Panti kabupaten Jember. Jadi media pembelajaran papan jari baru pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar mampu menaikkan minat peserta didik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal itu dapat ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata asal hasil pretest 72,57% ke akibat post test 86,85%, meskipun pembelajaran dilaksanakan melalui daring dan terdapat beberapa kendala tetapi hal tadi tidak mengurangi semangat peserta didik buat belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the simultaneous and partial effect of raw material costs and direct labor costs on production volume (Case Study on Pusaka Jaya Collection, Tasikmalaya Regency). The research method used is a causal relationship method with a quantitative approach. The sample used is the financial statements for 36 months. The data used is secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results showed that the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs had a significant effect on production volume simultaneously. Partially the cost of raw materials has a significant effect on the volume of production. Partially direct labor costs affect the volume of production.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for Adidas brand shoes at the Gaya Foot Shop, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population studied were 100 respondents. The data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS veris 24 software. The results showed that product quality and service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Adidas brand shoes at the Gaya Foot Shop, Tasikmalaya City. Product quality, partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Adidas brand shoes at the Gaya Foot Shop, Tasikmalaya City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the service marketing mix (process, physical evidence, people) on purchasing decisions on consumers of Sultan Laundry BRP Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study are consumers of Sultan Laundry BRP Tasikmalaya. The sample is 100 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equations (Y=15,168+0,664X1+ 0,260X2+0,237X3). The results of the hypothesis simultaneously (F test) were obtained (Fcount value of 7.863> Ftable value of 2.70) which means that process, physical evidence, people have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of Sultan Laundry BRP Tasikmalaya. Meanwhile, from the results of the partial hypothesis (t test) obtained for the X1 process variable (tcount 2,914 > ttable 1,985) then the process has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. For the variable X1 phsiycal evidence (tcount 2,311 > ttable 1,985) then the phsiycal evidence has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. For the variable X3 people (tcount 2.144 > ttable 1.985) then people have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The Correlation Coefficient (R) of 0.444 means that it has a relationship between process, physical evidence, and people on consumer purchasing decisions of Sultan Laundry BRP Tasikmalaya. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.197 or 19%, meaning that purchasing decisions are influenced by the process (process) of physical evidence (physical evidence), people (people) by 19%. While the remaining 81% is influenced by other factors not examined. The magnitude of the influence of these other variables is often referred to as the € error.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of consumer psychology and brand image on purchasing decisions for Lion Star products in Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that consumer psychology and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Lion Star products in Tasikmalaya City. Consumer Psychology partially has a significant effect on the decision to buy Lion Star products in the City of Tasikmalaya. Brand Image partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Lion Star products in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and product quality variables on purchasing decisions on consumers of Heler CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 100 respondents taken from the consumer heler CV Wirabuana. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Price Perception and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. Price perception partially has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Product Quality Partially has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions Heler CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector is one of the drivers of the Indonesian economy because of its large number and growth. This sector is also considered by the Government as a tax supplier. SMEs are expected to have a high level of tax compliance. Tax knowledge, tax sanctions, income levels, and awareness of taxpayers are some of the factors that can affect the level of compliance of MSME taxpayers. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze taxpayer compliance with tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and income levels through taxpayer awareness as a moderating variable. This study uses a correlative research design. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Semarang City which have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) with a total sample of 258 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed with google form and data analysis techniques using path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS software version 3.3.5. The results showed that tax knowledge, tax sanctions, income levels, and taxpayer awareness had a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Taxpayer awareness becomes a moderating variable of the effect of tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance and is not a moderating variable of the effect of tax knowledge and income level on taxpayer compliance. The results of this study indicate that the better the tax sanctions with good taxpayer awareness, the taxpayer compliance will also increase.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how financial management carried out by BUMDes Kembang, Kemiri Village, Panti District inorder to optimize the potential of the village. The research includes descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that the financial management carried out by BUMDes Kembang is carried out cooperatively and participatively, all BUMDes administrators participate in the process of managing BUMDes operations although there are obstacles that sometimes occur don’t make it an obstacle not to participate in the development of BUMDes. In its financial management, BUMDes Kembang carries out the planning, implementation, management, reporting and accountability stages. However, in the implementation and administration stage of BUMDes Kembang it is still not appropriate. At the implementation stage, the recording is still simple and has not yet arrived in the general ledger. Administration is carrid out when there is assistance from outside parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat potensi buku pelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru- guru kimia SMA/MA kelas XI sebagai sumber belajar berorientasi STEM. Penelitian ini menganalisis keberadaan komponen science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) pada buku pelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru-guru kimia SMA/MA kelas XI se-DIY. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian analisis konten deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah buku pelajaran Kimia untuk siswa SMA kelas XI. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah 10 jenis buku teks dengan pen- erbit dan penulis yang berbeda yang diperoleh dari hasil survey guru mata pelajaran kimia SMA Negeri dan Swasta kelas XI se-DIY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada komponen science, buku IP1 menunjukkan tingkat potensi paling tinggi dengan persentase kemunculan 75% termasuk kriteria berpo- tensi, untuk komponen technology, buku IP1 menunjukkan tingkat potensi paling tinggi dengan persen- tase kemunculan 80% termasuk kriteria berpotensi, untuk komponen engineering, buku IP1 menunjukkan tingkat potensi paling tinggi dengan persentase kemunculan 72% termasuk kriteria cukup berpotensi, se- dangkan untuk komponen mathematics, buku BS1 menunjukkan tingkat potensi paling tinggi dengan per- sentase kemunculan 62% termasuk kriteria cukup berpotensi.
