ANTHOR Education and Learning Journal is a scientific publication medium for research studies, academic thoughts, and critical-analytical studies in the field of science and technology, particularly in education and learning, with e-ISSN: 2963-198X and p-ISSN: 2963-2498. This journal aims to disseminate scientific knowledge derived from research and serve as a reference for academics. Education in the 21st century based on the The 2015 world economic forum has three main pillars, namely: character, competence, and literacy. Since the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic, all aspects of people's lives have experienced very significant changes, including education where education must carry out online learning models. Based on this, researchers are interested in conducting research on elementary school students in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency to see how far the impact of online learning has on the 3 main pillars of human resource development. This research was conducted in 19 (nineteen) elementary schools located in Pangean District using observation data collection methods, document studies, and online questionnaires while the analytical method used descriptive analysis methods. The results of the study state that there has been a negative impact on the 3 Pillars starting from the Character Pillar has decreased by 91 percent for moral character and 91 percent for performance character, the Competency Pillar has also decreased starting from critical thinking competence which has decreased to 82 percent, creative competence by 76 percent, communicative competence by 82 percent, and collaborative competence by 88 percent while for the literacy pillar, it decreased by 72 percent to the criterion of greatly decreased by 19 percent. Based on this, the researchers concluded that the online model still requires a very long adjustment process from both the school, family, and community environment. This can be seen from the negative impact which is quite significant on the 3 Pillars of Development of Human Resources (HR) for Elementary School Students in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.

This study aims to investigate English learning at AMBISCO as the course and training institute by concentrating on analyzing English learning strategies applied in each English course program at AMBISCO. This research was conducted based on the development of LKP AMBISCO both in terms of quantity and quality, of course,participants in the middle of competition with various other English courses in Metro city, Lampung. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that learning English at AMBISCO is administrated by implementing English learning strategies which are broadly divided into the initial learning phase, the main learning phase, and the final learning phase. Learning strategies in each English course program are applied effectively based on the need analysis of participants in each program so that they can achieve the learning target effectively.

The problem in this study was that many students did not attend extracurricular activities, were often lazy, talked a lot to themselves, and did not listen to the trainer's instructions during the training process. This study aims to find out how well the students' motivation at SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa and students at SMP Negeri 2Talang Kelapa participate in extracurricular futsal. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative survey methods, the total population in this study is 30 students with a sample of 15 students at SMPN 1 Talang Kelapa and 15 students at SMPN 2Talang Kelapa, the instrument used is a questionnaire and the sampling technique isProbability Sampling is one of a sampling technique that provides equal opportunitiesfor each element (member) of the population to be selected as a member of the sample. The results of the research on the motivation of students to take part in Futsal Sports Extracurricular at State Junior High Schools in the Talang Kelapa District have a fairly good effect. 7 people at 23.4%, in the less category as much as 1 person at 3.0%.

This research is motivated by the influence of the covid 19 pandemic which has created an onlinelearning system that has a significant impact on early reading learning. Beginning reading, whichis the essence of basic education, which determines success in further formal education, must face difficulties due to limited instructors and the educational infrastructure itself. Even though the success of the whole process of learning activities itself is largely determined by the mastery of reading skills starting from initial reading to reading comprehension. Based on this, research was carried out to improve initial reading ability using the synthetic structural analytic method (SAS) to see and describe the effectiveness and understanding of each stage. This research was conducted in Class I SD Negeri 012 Koto Kari using Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results that were concluded from this study stated that the synthetic structural analytic method (SAS) was a method that was quite effective and had a significant impact on improving the ability of students to read beginning in class I SD Negeri 012 Koto Kari. Besides that, teacher activity and creativity are needed to increase student activity. Furthermore, these two activities will affect student learning outcomes. The success of learning is determined by the teacher's ability to manage the classroom, including the use of various relevant teaching methods and local conditions and student characteristics.

This study aims to determine how much influence the target game has on the shooting ability of players at the Bhayangkara Youth Football Club Sungai Rotan, Muara Enim Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is: Is there an effect of target games on the shooting abilities of players at the Bhayangkara Sungai Rotan Youth Football Club, Muara Enim Regency? This research method is a quasi-experimentalresearch with the design or treatment design used as "One group's pre-test-post-test design". The data collection technique in this study used a soccer shooting ability test. The results showed that the initial ability test on the average player's ability to shoot reached an average of 69.50 points, then increased after being given the target game treatment, this was evidenced by the average test results reaching a record of 91.00points. Hypothesis testing states that there is an effect of target game training on shooting ability at the Barayangkara Sungai Rattan Youth Club because Tcount > Ttable (10.30 > 1.729).

This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive design. This study aims to obtain an as-is picture of how the skills of PGSD students who are carrying out Field Experience Practice at SD Negeri 1 Lelateng. The data obtained from this research is the result of document analysis,observations, and interviews with teachers, students, and PGSD students. This research wasconducted at SD Negeri 1 Lelateng. The type of data used in this study is in the form of narratives,descriptions, explanations, and assessments from informants both orally and in writing which isdescribed in the form of field notes, questionnaires, and documentation. The data source for this research was PGSD students who were carrying out PPL at SD Negeri 1 Lelateng. The informants in this study were PPL supervisors and tutors at SD Negeri 1 Lelateng. The results of this study indicate that explaining skills have been mastered very well. Meanwhile, skills for askingquestions, skills for opening and closing lessons, skills for guiding small group discussions, skillsfor teaching small groups and individuals, skills for managing classes, and skills for providingreinforcement have obtained good results. The skill of carrying out variations obtains quite goodresults.

The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education through the snowball throwing method for junior high school students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in each learning cycle consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques included observation sheets, worksheets and documentation. From the results of data analysis for two cycles showed that out of17 students: there was an increase in student learning outcomes based on cycle I the averagestudent score was 64.11 with classical completeness 41.18%. Then after improving learning cycle II, the average student score increased to 80.59 with classical completeness of 88.23% or an increase in the average student score of 16.48 with an increase in classical completeness of 47.05%. Based on the discussion of research results and data analysis, it can be concluded that there was an increase in learning outcomes and students' understanding also increased after the application of the snowball throwing learning method.

The background of this research is that children are not yet able to be polite to fellow friends. Thepurpose of this study was to improve the moral and religious abilities of children through thedemonstration method at Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten in Palung Raya for the 2022 academic year. This research was conducted on Wednesday mornings from 07.35 to 11.00 on October 12 2022. This research included classroom action research (PTK) carried out in 2 cycles, which consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on the body. As the subject of this study were the children of Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. Data collection techniques used observation and assignments in core activities, in order to obtain information about the activeness of children in participating in the teaching and learning process. The results of research on children's morals and religion through the demonstration method at Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, can be improved using the demonstration method. Improving moral and religious abilities using the demonstration method in cycle I and cycle II developed very well. This is illustrated by the results of observations on moral and religious abilities in children. The first cycle of research and discussion results obtained children who were able to develop well and easily understand the material given by 55% and the second cycle developed very well and experienced an increase in morals and religion through demonstration methods, and cards or equal to 77%.
