Abstract

In the increasingly connected modern era, digital technology is a major driver of social, economic, and cultural transformation. This article reviews the importance of the role of digital ethics in managing and understanding the application of technology in everyday life. Through a qualitative approach with a literature study from 2019 to 2023 and thematic analysis, this study explores the complexity of digital ethical norms, including issues such as data privacy, social media platform responsibility, and the use of artificial intelligence in decision making. This study explores the complexity of digital ethical norms, including issues such as data privacy, social media platform responsibility, and the use of artificial intelligence in decision making. The results of the analysis show that data privacy is a major focus with the increasing use of Big Data which demands stricter protection of personal data. In addition, the ethical responsibility of social media platforms is also important in facing the challenges of the spread of disinformation and manipulation of public opinion. The conclusion of this study underlines the importance of educating the public about data privacy, developing stricter policies, transparency in technology development, and international collaboration to develop global digital ethics standards. The application of digital ethics principles is expected to optimize the benefits of digital technology while minimizing risks to individuals and society as a whole.

Abstract

Education is an agent of change. Education must be able to bring about major changes in the order of people's lives. The changes expected from education are changes that lead to an increase in the competence of education actors, both among students and educators, especially school principals. The role of the principal is very influential on the success of various programs to achieve school goals. Among the objectives of school institutions is the instillation of an entrepreneurial spirit or called entrepreneurship. The principal's strategy in developing entrepreneurship is carried out to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the principal and his strategy in the development of entrepreneurship in schools. The method used in writing this paper is a literature review carried out by collecting data from various sources needed as a basis for thinking and finding ideas to explore new ideas and thoughts from existing theories. The results of the discussion obtained were the four roles of the principal as an entrepreneur, namely as an entrepreneur who is able to overcome obstacles, as a leader in maintaining flexibility, thinking strategically, pioneering good work and Evaluation of entrepreneurial programs. Meanwhile, the principal's strategy as an entrepreneur is to integrate entrepreneurial values into subjects, establish school business units, and joint use of entrepreneurial results.

Abstract

principles of religious moderation can be implemented in the leadership of school principals in the educational environment, as well as their impact on an inclusive and harmonious school environment.The research methods used may include literature studies to understand the concept of religious moderation, interviews with school principals who implement the principles of religious moderation, and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing religious moderation in school leadership.It is hoped that the research results will provide valuable insight into the importance of religious moderation in the educational context, as well as provide recommendations for school principals and other educational stakeholders to apply the principles of religious moderation in school leadership to create an inclusive and harmonious learning environment for all related parties.It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution in promoting tolerance, cooperation between religious communities, and strengthening the values of moderation in education as a foundation for building a peaceful and harmonious religious society.

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about the "Influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions of Pointcoffee at Indomaret Diponegoro, Surabaya City" in accordance with the main problem raised, namely the relationship between Brand Image and Product Quality in Purchasing Decisions of a Coffee branded Pointcoffee. This research method is a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The object of this study is Point Coffee consumers at Indomaret Diponegoro, Surabaya City and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the Variable and Reliable Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Test, T Test, F Test and Determinant Coefficient Test using IBM SPSS. And the results of this study indicate that the variables of Brand Image and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Effective working capital management is crucial for the success and long-term sustainability of manufacturing companies. This study focuses on analyzing the financial performance of PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk, a leading cement manufacturer, over a ten-year period (2012-2021). The analysis includes key financial ratios such as Working Capital Turnover, Receivable Turnover, Quick Ratio, and Current Ratio to assess the company's efficiency in managing its working capital. The findings reveal that PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk exhibited fluctuating results in its financial performance during the studied period. The Working Capital Turnover indicated inefficiency in capital utilization in some years, emphasizing the need for further review. On the other hand, the Receivable Turnover demonstrated consistently good performance in managing accounts receivable. Furthermore, the Quick Ratio and Current Ratio indicated favorable liquidity positions, suggesting the company's ability to meet its short-term financial obligations effectively. These ratios play a vital role in ensuring the company's financial stability and ability to generate profits in the long term. The study's statistical analysis, including one-sample t-tests, confirmed the findings, supporting the conclusion that PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk's financial performance was generally satisfactory, with some areas needing improvement. Overall, this research provides valuable insights for the company's financial management and decision-making processes, contributing to its long-term success in a challenging industry.
