<![CDATA[Indonesia is a country rich in cultural and religious diversity. The purpose of writing this work is to describe the concept of cultural multicultural education, cultural multicultural education as a means to strengthen religious pluralism in Indonesia and the implementation of ortomotive cultural education in religious pluralism in Indonesia. Writing this work using the method of literature review. The approach used by the author through descriptive. To obtain data through documentation and current issues regarding multicultural education or automotive culture in religious pluralism. The results of this work are a). Cultural multicultural education as an educational approach that recognizes and values cultural diversity, increases tolerance for differences, broadens understanding of culture, and promotes harmonious social relations among students with different cultural backgrounds. b). Multicultural education strengthens religious pluralism in Indonesia by recognizing and respecting the diversity of ethnicities, religions, cultures and political views in society. and c). Ortomotive cultural education can be applied in multicultural education in Indonesia by integrating different cultural content and religious values, and paying attention to cognitive levels and critical, humanist, and free approaches in learning.]]>

By referring to the legislation regulating rural areas, especially Law No. According to Law No. 6 of 2014, it can be concluded that a village-owned enterprise is a village economic institution that has an important role in the well-being of the community, the village, and the village government. <![CDATA[In the current global era, the status of value education has become very central because its status is highly required to be able to provide meaning to every material subject to lead the Indonesian nation towards an advanced national civilization. This article aims to crystallize the concept of the importance of values education that educators need to know in the face of the conditions of global technological progress. This research uses the concept of desk research to demonstrate the urgency of the importance of values education. The results of the conceptual preparation show that the use of technology needs to be balanced with values education so that the values and character of the Indonesian nation remain intact and preserved. If the current value inculcation in education is not strengthened, it is not impossible that the Indonesian nation will gradually lose its identity and will not be able to maintain its national identity because it is easily influenced by global foreign culture. Therefore it can be concluded that technological progress needs to be enhanced through values education as a filter so that students can be critical in moral reasoning and considerations and be able to choose good and correct values on religious grounds. And morals, ethics and customs applied in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays, we are witnessing an increasing number of elderly people in the world. The World Health Organization describes this phenomenon as the greatest victory for humanity. Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest number of elderly people in the world. The World Health Organization predicts that in 2025 Indonesia will have the fifth highest proportion of elderly people in the world. This article attempts to answer: What are the latest scientific studies conducted on the elderly? What should be the maximum old age category in Indonesia? Is reviewing Law No. 13 of 1998 regarding elderly care (the Elderly Law) urgent? Finally, what is the role of the Indonesian Parliament in this issue? The researcher uses the qualitative method with a combination of interview techniques and literature studies. This article attempts to answer: What are the latest scientific studies conducted on the elderly? What should be the maximum old age category in Indonesia? Is reviewing Law No. 13 of 1998 regarding elderly care (the Elderly Law) urgent? Finally, what is the role of the Indonesian Parliament in this issue? So, if there is a reward for the elderly, the burden on productive people will be heavier. Gerontologists offer the concept of active aging as a solution. It is a concept that calls on us to look at the elderly not as burdens, but as people with economic and social potential. A comprehensive and operational solution policy supported by implementers at the central, regional and community levels would make remuneration for the elderly a blessing. Therefore, there is an urgent need to review Law No. 13 of 1998 regarding elderly care, while including several important matters, namely the principle of humanity, the rights of the elderly, collecting elderly data, and economic protection for the elderly.]]>

<![CDATA[Permasalahan ketidaksetaraan gender yang masih jadi isu yang ada habisnya. Gender disini bukan tentang perbedaan laki – laki dan perempuan secara fisik. Isu gender mencakup berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan, peran domestik, politik, dan pekerjaan. Dimana setiap suku atau kelompok memiliki tradisi, norma, dan nilai – nilai yang berbeda dalam memaknai peran gender. Memang sejak awal pemerintah telah menjunjung tinggi dan mengembangkan komitmen terhadap pendirian pasal 27 UUD 1945 tentang kesetaraan gender. Meskipun memiliki dasar yang kuat terhadap kesetaraan gender, Indonesia masih memiliki sejumlah undang-undang yang mendiskriminasi perempuan, yang menunjukkan bahwa negara ini terus berkembang. Namun, implementasinya masih belum sepenuhnya mencapai tujuan tersebut. Seperti dalam UU yang mengandung diskriminasi terhadap perempuan.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelanggaran hak asasi manusia banyak terjadi, terutama yang berdampak pada perempuan, seperti ketidaksetaraan gender, kekerasan seksual, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, perdagangan perempuan, dan eksploitasi pada masa perang. Penggunaan kekerasan telah berubah dan berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan era globalisasi. Selain aksi kekerasan langsung, balas dendam pornografi (revenge porn). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya revenge porn dan perlindungan hukum korban revengen porn. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian hukum yang menetapkan hukum sebagai norma. Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan kejahatan revenge porn, yaitu : undang – undang yang berlaku masih belum efektif, budaya patriarki masih melekat di masyarakat Indonesia, kurangnya sex education, penegakkan hukum belum berjalan semestinya, serta penanganan seringkali menjadi bumerang bagi korban. Perlindungan korban revenge porn adalah tanggung jawab dan kewajiban negara. Upaya perlindungan hukum bagi korban revenge porn saat ini terdapat pada beberapa undg - undang. Namun peraturan tersebut tidak cukup melindungi kerugian yang diderita oleh korban dan belum sepenuhnya efektif. <![CDATA[Bullying atau perundungan di sekolah termasuk salah satu penyebab stres pada peserta didik. Selain itu, peserta didik yang menjadi korban bullying dapat merasa malu, takut, dan sering kali menyembunyikan pengalamannya dari orang tua atau guru. Pada dasarnya bullying merupakan segala macam bentuk tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan dengan sengaja dan secara sadar oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang tertentu yang lebih kuat dan berkuasa terhadap orang lain. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pendidikan yang mampu membentuk karakter peserta didik menjadi anak yang bermoral tinggi sehingga mampu menghindari segala permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan perilaku bullying. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang diperoleh yakni data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data interaktif dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perundungan SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Surakarta. Diantaranya dapat disebabkan karena diri sendiri baik dari korban maupun pelaku, serta dapat disebabkan karena lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, teman, dan media massa.]]>
