Abstract

In the era of rapid development of digital information technology, the presence of information systems is crucial, especially in an educational context such as at STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. In the midst of demands for efficient services for students, the process of making a Student Identity Card (KTM) often takes quite a long time. To overcome this challenge, this research proposes implementing QR code technology on KTM as a solution. Through the implementation of an Android application using the Kodular platform, this system enables the student identification and verification process to be faster and more effective. The results of system testing show that KTM creation can be done via an Android smartphone. It is hoped that the implementation of this system can help speed up and simplify the administration process for staff and students, as well as all parties involved in managing KTM data.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the information system for daily reports on the performance of contract employees at the Aceh Satpol PP and WH offices. In this research, we conducted an in-depth analysis of various aspects of existing information systems, including the types of reports produced, the efficiency of using web-based systems, and the accessibility benefits provided by designing web-based applications. The results of the analysis show that the information system is capable of producing various types of reports, such as contract employee reports, daily, monthly, annual and recapitulation reports. The use of a web-based system with HTML and MySQL has proven to be efficient and effective, making it easier for employees to report their daily performance. In addition, designing web-based applications provides benefits in the form of easier accessibility for employees, allowing them to quickly and efficiently retrieve the information they need. To improve more optimal results from the implementation of this system, several suggestions have been proposed. First, the Aceh Satpol PP and WH offices are advised to immediately implement a web-based contract employee performance reporting information system to speed up and facilitate the process of inputting daily work data. Furthermore, it is recommended to back up data regularly to avoid the possibility of data loss or damage due to unexpected disruptions. Finally, you should consider using an internal server for this application to ensure that the data processing process can run without interference from unwanted external sources. By implementing these suggestions, it is hoped that the implementation of this information system can run more smoothly, efficiently and effectively, providing optimal benefits for users at the Aceh Satpol PP and WH offices.

Abstract

In this report the author discusses academic information systems using PHP and MySQL at the Indonesian Computer Information Management College (STMIK) Banda Aceh. The author designed a computer-based system which is expected to improve the current system. So it can help solve problems that often occur in data searches at the Indonesian Computer Information Management College (STMIK) Banda Aceh. The purpose of this writing is to handle student data management and make it easier to search for data quickly and precisely. The final assignment writing method uses library research, secondary archival data and internet media. The database creation process uses the HTML, PHP, CSS and SQL programming languages. The design of a web-based information system is created using a database. The database name is sisfo_akademik using 11 tables, the table names are lecturer table, identity table, department table, krs table, student table, course table, study program table, academic year table, campus table, grades transcript table, users table. In the form creation process, 14 forms are used, namely department form, study program form, course form, student form, academic year form, krs form, value input form, khs form, grades transcript form, lecturer form, user form, identity form, campus information form, login form and dashboard form. From the results of this discussion, it can be seen that designing a web-based information system will be easier to access and student data management will be better.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) have become an integral part of modern organizations to facilitate data processing, decision making, and provision of relevant information. This research aims to design a boarding house SIM using the Content Management System (CMS) method in Banda Aceh City. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was used to collect data from boarding house owners and boarding house users through direct interviews, as well as other data sources such as books, journals and online sources. Data collection techniques use CMS to enable dynamic management of website content without in-depth technical knowledge. The development process follows the waterfall model with stages of analysis, design, coding and testing. The result is a system that allows users to search for and book boarding houses online, and provides benefits for the author in increasing knowledge about boarding house SIMs and for boarding house owners in promoting their properties digitally.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and evaluate interactive learning media that uses Adobe Animate to teach electricity and conductivity concepts to students at State Elementary School 4 Banda Aceh. This interactive learning media is designed to increase students' interest and understanding of science subject matter. The development method used includes the design stage, content development, and testing on a group of students. The development of this learning media is based on constructivist learning theory and an interactive learning approach. Adobe Animate is used as a tool to create interesting animations, simulations and interactions, with the aim of making it easier for students to understand abstract concepts such as conductors, insulators, electric currents and circuits. Testing of learning media was carried out through trials on students in Banda State Elementary School 4 class. Aceh. The test results show that this interactive learning media is able to increase students' interest and understanding of the concepts of electricity and conductivity. Students show more active participation, and are able to better explain the concepts taught through this interactive media. This research indicates that the use of interactive learning media using Adobe Animate can be an effective alternative in supporting the learning of electricity and conductivity concepts at the school level Base. The implications of this research provide guidance for further development of interactive learning media in an effort to improve the quality of science learning for elementary school students.
