Abstrak. Persediaan bahan baku merupakan aktiva lancar perusahaan yang digunakan untuk kegiatan produksi pada perusahaan secara terus menerus. Perusahaan konveksi perlu melakukan pengendalian persediaan karena berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. Kekurangan persediaan dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya proses produksi. Sedangkan kelebihan persediaan dapat menimbulkan pemborosan karena perusahaan perlu mengeluarkan modal lebih besar untuk biaya persediaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah CV. Gober Indo Group telah melakukan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dengan tepat. Metode pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode min-max. Metode ini menentukan berapa jumlah persediaan pengaman, persediaan minimum, persediaan maksimum, dan kuantitas pemesanan. Setelah melakukan penelitian, CV. Gober Indo Group mengalami kelebihan persediaan bahan baku. Jumlah persediaan yang dikendalikan dengan menggunakan metode min-max stock menghasilkan hasil yang lebih efisien jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah persediaan akhir perusahaan.Kata kunci: Pengendalian persediaan, bahan baku, persediaan minimum maksimum, kelebihan persediaan.Â Abstract. Inventory of raw materials is the company's current assets that are used for production activities on the company continuously. Convection companies need to control inventory because it influences the smooth production process. Lack of inventory can result in disruption of the production process. While excess inventory can cause waste because companies need to spend more capital on inventory costs. The purpose of this study is to find out whether CV. Gober Indo Group has properly controlled the inventory of raw materials. The raw material inventory control method used in this study is the min-max stock method. This method determines how many safety supplies, minimum inventory, maximum inventory, and order quantity. After doing research, CV. Gober Indo Group has excess inventory of raw materials. The amount of inventory controlled by using the min-max stock method produces results that are more efficient when compared to the amount of the company's final inventory.Â Keywords: Inventory control, raw materials, maximum minimum inventory, excess inventory.

This article examines how the politics influence legal development in Indonesia. Politics and law are two things that influence each other. In the process of establishing the rule of law by political institutions, the role of political forces who sit in the political institutions are very decisive.Â When the position of law is more determinant than politics, then political activities are regulated by and must comply to legal rules. On the other hand, when politics is more determinant than law, then law is a product of political wills that interacts each other and even competes each other. However, an ideal system is a system when both law and politics are in balance in terms of determination. In such condition, an order may be achieved.

Halal tourism in Indonesia has good economic prospects as part of the national tourism industry. The tourism industry aims not only to provide material and psychological aspects for tourists themselves but also to contribute to increase government revenue. Halal Tourism Mapping System is basically a form of mapping using Google's advanced features and maps as an effort to collect data mapping of halal destination data in order to become a media and promotion for halal tourism search with the label "The Light Of Aceh". This effort is a form of the initial step as a regional promotion, especially halal attractions so that they are indexed by giant search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Government and community expectations of visitors from both local and international came to be a problem in terms of technology because they do not understand it and understand the ease of mapping features of an area. It is hoped that the Halal Tourism mapping system with the label "The Light of Aceh" can realize the dream of the community and the government to increase visitors from outside the region and abroad. Predictions of the results obtained from the results of this study are to help tourists and visitors in obtaining information on halal attractions in Banda Aceh, as well as helping the Government and the public in encouraging increased foreign tourist arrivals.Keywords: Models, Mapping, Halal Tourism, Aceh.

Tambak garam merupakan kolam dangkal buatan yang dirancang untuk menghasilkan garam dari air laut atau air asin lainnya. Pembuatan garam merupakan sumber penghasilan penting bagi pemerintah maupun penduduk Madura. Beberapa ribu orang menggantungkan nafkah sepenuhnya pada garam, sementara lebih dari 200.000 warga mendapatkan penghasilan musiman dari garam. Mayoritas penduduk Madura khususnya di desa Bunder Pamekasan menggantungkan nafkah sepenuhnya pada garam sebagai sumber penghidupan bagi mereka serta keluarganya. Keindahan panorama tambak garam di desa Bunder Pademawu Pamekasan tampil eksotis dengan ciri khas hamparan dan tumpukan garam. Serta buruh tani yang tengah beraktivitas demi menafkahi dan memenuhi kebutuhan keluarganya. Melihat hal tersebut penulis merasa tertarik, hingga akhirnya penulis terinspirasi. Fokus penciptaan penulis adalah menciptakan karya seni lukis yang bersumber dari tema tambak garam sumber penghidupan masyarakat di desa Bunder Pademawu Pamekasan. Metode penciptaan dimulai dari ide penciptaan, penentuan tema, gaya, media, teknik, hingga eksekusi karya. Hasilnya berupa lima buah karya seni lukis yang terinspirasi dari tambak garam sumber penghidupan sebagai tema penciptaan seni lukis yang masing masing berjudul 1) Sesuap Garam 2) Garam Jantung Kehidupan 3) Sebutir Garam Sejuta Nafkah 4) Panen Telah tiba 5) Mengais Rejeki. Kata Kunci: Seni lukis, tambak garam, Penghidupan.

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan simultan dan parsial efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan stres akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket yang 100 siswa urban di SMA Negeri 1 Pamekasansecara purposive. Hasil analisis uji regresi menunjukkan nilai F = 28,453 dan p = 0,000 (p 0,05). Berarti efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan stres akademik memiliki korelasi yang sangat signifikan. Hasil uji korelasi parsial antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosialdengan stres akademik memperoleh nilai t = -0,145 dan dan p= 0,000 (p 0,05), yang berarti bahwa antara efikasi diri dengan stres akademik memiliki korelasi negatif yangsangat signifikan. Hasil uji korelasi antara dukungan sosial dengan stres diperoleh nilai t =-0,561 dengan p=0,081 (p 0,05), yang artinya antara dukungan sosial dengan stress akademik memiliki korelasi negatif yang sangat signifikan.

These study aims to determinew the system from the application of Marketing Mix and Islamic Business Ethicss there is Customer loyalty in Islamic Banking (BRI Syariah, Bank Jateng Syariah and Bank Muamalat) in Semarang City. By using the variables of Marketing Mix and Islamic Business Ethics as Exogenous Variables and Customer Loyalty as Endogenous Variables, besides that, intervening variables are also used to seasure the mediating effect of exogenous to endogenousfactors. Sampling using purposive sampling. The data used is primary data from 3 Islamic Banking customers who are 100 respondents. The results of the study explain that first, the Marketing Mix affects the decision to becomea customer. Second, Islamic Business Ethics influences the decision to became a customer. Third, Marketing Mix has an effect on Customer Loyalty. Fourth, Islamic Business Ethics has no effect on Customer Loyalty. Fifth, the decision to become a customer affects customer loyalty. Sixth, the decision to become a customer is able to mediate between marketing and customer loyalty. Seventh, the decision to become a customer is unable to mediate Islamic Business Ethics on Customer Loyalty.

The book data information system at the Aceh Provincial Language Center still uses conventional methods in book data collection. The large number of printed manuscripts that were entered and the transaction process caused many difficulties in controlling bookkeeping. In addition, data processing also takes a long time. From the background description, the authors define the problem only in how the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Provincial Language Headquarters and the design of the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Center Office are web-based. The purpose of the discussion is to find out the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Provincial Language Headquarters and to design a web-based E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Headquarters. For the perfection of this report, the authors collected data using several data collection methods, including using field studies and literature studies. The E-library Database Management System makes it easy for the Aceh Provincial Language Headquarters to evaluate the handling of e-libraries and with this application, it can overcome problems that exist at the Aceh Provincial Language Head Office because it speeds up reporting and reduces human errors.

Achievement scholarship is one of the SDN I Glp Minyeuk Sigli programs which is managed by a school that has the aim of helping children who excel but are less well off financially in school, it is hoped that with this achievement scholarship program many children cannot afford the cost but have academic achievement can continue school without having to be confused or worry about cost issues. This achievement scholarship program is aimed at children of SDN I Glp Minyeuk Sigli in particular so that this program will manage a lot of children's data, in order to be able to manage large children's data quickly and accurately, an information system for receiving achievement scholarships is needed to help in performance so will be fast in processing, processing, and making reports. The purpose of this study was to determine the information system for the Achievement Scholarship Recipients of SDN I Glp Minyeuk Sigli, and to design a desktop-based Information System for the Achievement Scholarship Recipients of SDN I Glp Minyeuk Sigli. Based on the results of observations and the author can draw a conclusion which includes the following, namely; use of the information system for the data collection of outstanding scholarships at SDN 1 Glp. Miyeuk Sigli is expected to be able to help make Achievement Scholarship Information data that is accurate and effective, and the existence of an information system, it makes it easy for SDN 1 Glp. Miyeuk Sigli for speeding up general information and reducing errors.

This research aims to explore the use of technology in human resource management (HR) to optimize efficiency and productivity. In this digital era, technology has become a crucial component in various aspects of HR management, from recruitment, training, performance evaluation, to employee data management. By using a case study approach on several companies that have implemented technology in their HR management processes, this research found that technology not only speeds up the administrative process, but also increases accuracy and consistency in decision making. Additionally, the use of HR management information systems (HRIS), cloud-based applications, and data analytics tools have enabled companies to monitor and manage employee performance in real-time. The research results show that the integration of technology in HR management can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase employee productivity and satisfaction. Thus, companies that invest in HR management technology are expected to gain a significant competitive advantage.
