Abstract

Sejalan dengan perkembangan e-marketing, muncul pula sistem baru di dunia pemasaran dan bisnis berbasis internet yang disebut crowdsourcing. Cara kerja crowdsourcing situs ini hampir sama dengan istilah penjualan dimana situs ini memperbolehkan siapa saja dan dari mana saja untuk menawarkan jasa dan mempromosikan jasa di situs ini, dimana setiap anggota (member) dari situs-situs tersebut adalah online freelancer. Saat ini, situs promosi bagi para freelancer telah banyak disediakan oleh beberapa komunitas maupun pribadi yang bertujuan untuk menawarkan barang maupun jasa bagi freelancer online dan setiap jasa yang digunakan dibebankan oleh freelancer ketika pekerjaan diambil pada situs tersebut. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan pengalaman penulis bahwa banyak yang membangun project and digital product marketplace di Indonesia maupun Dunia seperti; Projects.co.id, Freelancer.com, Upwork, Guru, Elance, Sribulancer, Sribu. Tetapi, member yang mendapatkan jasa dari situs tersebut akan dikenakan biaya oleh pemilik situs atas jasanya. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun model project and digital product marketplace bagi para mahasiswa yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk pemasaran jasa mahasiswa untuk para peminat jasa. Model ini nantinya akan membangun sebuah aplikasi tersebut memungkinkan pemasaran jasa mahasiswa menjadi komplek dan menumbuhkembangkan semangat dalam berwirausaha bagi para mahasiswa yang kreatif dan inovatif. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis model inovasi sistem pemasaran jasa freelancer dan membangun sebuah wadah project and digital product marketplace sebagai media promosi jasa IT bagi kalangan mahasiswa AMIK Indonesia. Secara garis besar penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan.

Abstract

a b s t r a c tof reference codes on a programming language and software evaluation. Today, most Source code library for the purposes of learning software developers in the form of documentation of the use of a programming language that can be accessed through the official website developer programming languages, forum and various blogs. Because of the complexity of the features most web-based Source code library can only be accessed through the website and some others have provided documentation on each software vendor from the developers company the device. This research tries to construct a model of the application Source code library that can be used as a form of documentation for learning the use of various programming languages flexibly both in online and offline. The application allows the renewal of data/content Source code library at a time when the Internet is still available or at the time of the user's area does not have a network the Internet. In the implementation of this research will be divided in three stages, namely data collection pre development, development and implementation, and data collection of post-war development. Data collection pre development intended to get a preliminary study about the provision the core issue at hand, while the development and implementation phase focuses on model software design into diagrams and make the programming code to implement the design that has been created. While the data collection stage of the post-war development was for revamping the application made in conclusion, withdrawal, and suggestions for further research topics.Keywords:Application, Source code library, software development a b s t r a kSource code library memungkinkan pengajar, programer maupun pelajar dan pengembang perangkat lunak untuk mendapatkan berbagai referensi kode-kode pada sebuah bahasa pemrograman perangkat lunak dan memberikan evaluasi. Saat ini, kebanyakan Source code library untuk keperluan pembelajaran pengembang perangkat lunak berupa dokumentasi penggunaan suatu bahasa pemrograman yang dapat diakses melalui website resmi pengembang bahasa pemrograman, forum dan berbagai blog. Karena kompleksitas fiturnya kebanyakan web-based Source code library hanya dapat diakses melalui website dan sebagian lainnya telah disediakan dokumentasi pada setiap software vendor dari perusahaan pengembang perangkat. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun model aplikasi Source code library yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk dokumentasi pembelajaran penggunaan berbagai bahasa pemrograman secara fleksibel baik dalam kondisi online maupun offline. Aplikasi tersebut memungkinkan pembaharuan data/konten Source code library pada saat Internet masih tersedia atau pada saat pengguna pada area tidak memiliki jaringan Internet. Dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini akan dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan. Pengumpulan data pra pengembangan dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan bekal studi pendahuluan tentang inti masalah yang sedang dihadapi, sedangkan tahap pengembangan dan implementasi berfokus pada memodelkan perancangan perangkat lunak ke dalam diagram dan membuat kode pemrograman untuk mengimplementasikan perancangan yang telah dibuat. Sedangkan tahapan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan adalah untuk pembenahan aplikasi yang dibuat, penarikan kesimpulan, dan saran untuk topik penelitian selanjutnya.Kata Kunci:Aplikasi, Source code library, pengembangan perangkat lunak

Abstract

a b s t r a c t Open Journal Systems (OJS) is a web-based content management system specifically designed to handle the entire process of scientific publication management. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education also develops its own index, namely SINTA (Science and Technology Index) which is expected to not only refer to the journal index Scopus. The relationship between Access Indexing and OJS is inseparable where the OJS is a facility in managing journal publications and Access Indexing is a feature to disseminate journal articles to journal searches. This study tries to build an Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) model that can be used as a form of publication and publishing management on international indexing. The application allows updating of data/content and sharing from various online journal sources. Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) can enable end-user users, and still refer to international publishing management standards. It is expected that Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) can increase publication and management of publishing electronically and be fully implemented by authors, publishers, and partners of reviewers. The Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) application will take the Open Knowledge Systems (OJS) Public Knowledge Project (PKP) model, with the reason that the Open Journal Systems (OJS) is one of the most widely used OJS and is a recommendation from the Ministry of Research and Technology with PDII LIPI in obtaining National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) and facilitates researchers to see, adapt, and modify for the purposes of this study. Broadly speaking this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. Specifically, the output to be achieved Prototype as technology engineering: This research will produce a prototype Open source Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) software, which can be used by journal publishing managers and to support content publication. The results of this study are an open source software called Open source Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) and developed with framework CodeIgniter and React-Js. a b s t r a k Open Journal Systems (OJS) merupakan sebuah sistem manajemen konten berbasis web yang khusus dibuat untuk menangani keseluruhan proses manajemen publikasi ilmiah. Kemenristekdikti juga mengembangkan indeks sendiri yaitu SINTA (Science and Technology Index) yang diharapkan index jurnal tidak hanya mengacu pada Scopus. Hubungan Access Indexing dengan OJS menjadi hal yang tidak terpisahkan dimana OJS menjadi fasilitas dalam mengelola terbitan jurnal dan Acces Indexing menjadi fitur untuk menyebarluaskan artikel jurnal pada pencarian jurnal. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun model Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk manajemen publikasi dan penerbitan pada indexing internasional. Aplikasi tersebut memungkinkan pembaharuan data/konten dan sharing dari berbagai sumber jurnal online.  Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) dapat memungkinkan pengguna end user, serta tetap mengacu pada standar manajemen pengelola terbitan internasional. Diharapkan dengan adanya Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) dapat meningkatkan publikasi dan manajemen penerbitan secara elektronik serta sepenuhnya dilaksanakan baik oleh penulis, penerbit maupun mitra bestari (reviewer). Aplikasi Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) akan mengambil model Open Journal Systems (OJS) Public Knowledge Project (PKP), dengan alasan Open Journal Systems (OJS) tersebut adalah salah satu OJS yang paling banyak digunakan dan merupakan rekomendasi dari Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi dengan PDII LIPI dalam mendapatkan Akreditasi Jurnal Nasional (ARJUNA) serta memudahkan peneliti untuk melihat, mengadaptasi, dan memodifikasi untuk keperluan penelitian ini. Secara garis besar penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan. Secara spesifik luaran yang akan dicapai Purwarupa sebagai rekayasa teknologi: Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah purwarupa perangkat lunak Open source Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS), yang dapat digunakan oleh pengelola terbitan jurnal serta untuk menunjang publikasi konten. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah perangkat lunak berbasis open source yang diberi nama Open source Acces Open Journal Systems (AOJS) dan dikembangkan dengan framework codelnigter dan React-Js.

Abstract

Intense cellular business competition forces cellular operators to implement strategies such as; price strategy (cheap starter page, small nomination voucher, low tariff, national free rooming), product strategy (product innovation/features in cellular cards), promotion strategy (incessant advertising, publicity, sponsored events), and distribution strategy. In the elements of the marketing mix, the third element is place or what is often referred to as a marketing channel or distribution channel, which is included in this distribution channel which simply includes wholesalers and retailers (frontliners). Indosat, in an effort to increase its market share, is now trying something new to increase sales in the cellular business, namely through a channel member management program. The management of channel members is expected to increase the positive sales ability of cellular members to sell their cellular card products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managing channel members on the selling ability of frontliners. The surveys conducted use targeted sampling techniques for sampling and are descriptive and verifiable. The sample size for this study is 100 frontliners. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires, interviews and document research. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. According to this study, channel member management has a positive impact of 38.8% on sales capability.

Aceh Raya Banda Aceh is a company engaged in the contractor and supplier sector which has a large number of transactions both from purchasing and project management, but recording transactions that occur every day still uses the manual method, this sometimes makes financial reports with various types of transactions seem sluggish to the owner, the author only discusses the problem of the Financial Report Information System on the CV. Aceh Raya Banda Aceh using web-based. The research objective was to identify and design a financial reporting information system at CV. Aceh Raya Banda Aceh web-based. The collection of data needed in writing this research was obtained by two methods, namely literature studies related to library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews and direct observation of objects related to this research as well as the system development method. used is the waterfall method. Financial Report Information System on CV. Aceh Raya Banda Aceh is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) administrative staff in the field of administration to record and input transaction data. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Financial Report Information System at CV. Aceh Raya Banda Aceh has followed the procedures and used a computer with a web-based programming language and MySQL as the database

Abstract

Based on data available at Kesbangpol and Public Relations of Aceh Province, the number of Community Organizations in Aceh Province are mostly Community Organizations that have obtained a Certificate of Registration (SKT) issued by the Unity and Political Office and the rest have not met the requirements to become community organizations as stipulated in the provisions of the Law. Law Number 17 of 2013 concerning Community Organizations. The research objectives were to find out the Information System for Registration of Community Organizations at the Kesbangpol and Public Relations of Aceh Province and to design a Web-based Information System for Registration of Community Organizations at Kesbangpol and Public Relations of Aceh Province. The author collects data with several data collection methods, including the following; Field Studies and Literature Studies with the waterfall method as the method used for system development. Based on the results of observations and the authors can draw a conclusion, among others, this information system for registration of community organizations can make it easy for Kesbangpol and Public Relations of Aceh Province to monitor data and community organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an employee data management information system at the Camat Peukan Baro office in Pidie Regency, which was previously done manually using applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The newly developed system utilizes Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2007, aiming to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed in managing employee data. The methodology employed in this research includes system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, as well as system testing and evaluation. The system design process involves the creation of a database and user interface to facilitate employees in inputting and managing employee data. After the system implementation, testing is conducted to ensure that the system functions according to user requirements. The test results show that the new system significantly speeds up the data management process and reduces the likelihood of errors. The implementation of this information system is expected to streamline employee data administration at Camat Peukan Baro, enhancing data transparency and accuracy.

Abstract

Data on regional potential plays a crucial role in decision-making processes related to regional development. The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) is responsible for collecting and processing data concerning natural resources, socio-economic conditions, and infrastructure in various regions. However, at BPS Pidie Regency, challenges remain in processing regional potential data, particularly in terms of efficiency and accuracy. The manual processes, combined with limited tools, pose significant obstacles to expediting data processing. Consequently, the development of the Regional Potential Information System (SIPW) has been identified as a solution to these issues. SIPW aims to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data processing by utilizing current information technology. With SIPW, the processing of regional potential data can be automated and integrated, thereby reducing the errors common in manual methods. Furthermore, SIPW provides policymakers with quick, easy, and accurate access to data, thereby supporting more effective development planning. This study aims to develop and evaluate the implementation of SIPW at BPS Pidie Regency and assess its impact on the efficiency and accuracy of regional potential data processing. It is anticipated that SIPW will serve as an effective tool for formulating data-driven policies, ultimately fostering more targeted and efficient regional progress.

Abstract

This research aims to design an information system for managing assistance for underprivileged houses using a Visual Basic 6.0 application. The application is designed to simplify the management of recipient data, aid distribution, and related reports, focusing on ease of use and time efficiency. The developed system is expected to replace manual methods, which are often time-consuming and prone to errors. The research approach involves system design and development, with stages including planning, data collection, development, and application evaluation. Data were collected through literature study, interviews with social organization managers, field observations, and questionnaires from end-users. The system was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access as the database. After the application was completed, testing was conducted to ensure the system functioned as expected, focusing on functionality, data access speed, and user-friendliness. System evaluation showed that the application improved the accuracy and transparency of aid management. This research provides a practical solution for managing assistance for underprivileged houses more efficiently and accountably.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation and evaluation of an information system developed for the data management of Reproductive Health Field Officers (PLKB) at the Community Empowerment, Family Planning, and Women's Empowerment Agency (BPMPKB) in Sabang City. The primary objective was to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of PLKB data administration, thereby facilitating more informed decision-making based on well-documented information. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and analysis of documentation related to the existing data recording processes. The results indicate that the system's implementation positively influenced the effectiveness and efficiency of PLKB work and improved the quality of the resulting data. Nevertheless, certain challenges require attention, such as the need for more intensive user training and sustained system maintenance
