Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk data mining dengan menggunakan tools rapidminer untuk mengumpulkan data mahasiswa dari laman aplikasi Feeder dari angkatan 2010-2014 yang diasumsikan bahwa mahasiswa angkatan tersebut sudah dinyatakan lulus pada tahun 2018. Data tersebut di dikumpulkan dari 5 (lima) Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Banda Aceh. maka dengan mengamati tingkat kelulusan menggunakan data mining dapat membawa kontribusi yang cukup besar bagi lembaga pendidikan, dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi kurikulum pada Perguruan Tinggi yang diharapkan hasil data mining dapat menjadikan referensi standar kurikulum sebagai bentuk peningkatan kompetensi lulusan. Metode penelitian menggunakan Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP?DM) yang digunakan sebagai standar proses data mining sekaligus sebagai metode penelitian dengan tahap dimulai dari Business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modelling, evaluation, dan deployment. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa algoritma data mining untuk prediksi kelulusan berdasarkan atribut ketepatan lulus yang dipilih mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat prediksi seragam dengan algoritma yang digunakan yaitu Naïve Bayes, akurasi prediksi sebesar 84%. Atribut data yang ditemukan memiliki signifikan dipengaruhi proses klasifikasi adalah IPK dan Lama Studi. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa mahasiswa yang lulus sebesar 60% yaitu mahasiswa yang berpendidikan di ASM Nusantara dan AMIK Indonesia, sedangkan pada STIES Banda Aceh dan Universitas Serambi Mekkah sebesar prediksi lulus sebesar 52%. Hal lain berbeda dengan STIA Iskandar Thani dimana prediksi lulus hanya sebesar 48% dan tidak lulus tepat waktu 52%. Hasil prediksi ini bisa mengungkapkan dan menjadi sebuah rekomendasi bagi calon mahasiswa atau pihak akademik agar meningkatkan kuantitas lulusan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan mahasiswa terhadap Perguruan Tinggi.Kata Kunci:Prediksi, Kelulusan Mahasiswa, Algoritma Naive Bayes

Abstract

a b s t r a c tInventory management is an activity undertaken by a company that is needed in making decisions so that the need for materials or goods for the purposes of the company's activities both production and sales can be met optimally with the least risk possible. Over-inventory is wasteful because it causes too high loads for storage and maintenance during storage at the warehouse. This research tries to build an inventory application by applying EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method as the base of development. This research method is divided into three stages, namely data collection pre-development, development and implementation, and data collection post-development. The result of this research is inventory application with EOQ Probabilistic method with emphasizing result with graph form to facilitate company owner in making decision. Inventory management system built using HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON, AJAX, Boostrap as a media in interface design. While PHP as the server side and MySQL as the database.Keywords:Application, Inventory Management, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) a b s t r a kManajemen persediaan barang merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan yang diperlukan dalam membuat keputusan sehingga kebutuhan akan bahan ataupun barang untuk keperluan kegiatan perusahaan baik produksi maupun penjualan dapat terpenuhi secara optimal dengan resiko yang sekecil mungkin. Persediaan yang terlalu besar (over stock) merupakan pemborosan karena menyebabkan terlalu tingginya beban-beban biaya guna penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan selama penyimpanan di gudang. Penelitian ini mencoba membangun sebuah aplikasi persediaan dengan menerapkan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) sebagai dasar pengembangan. Metode penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan aplikasi persediaan dengan metode EOQ Probabilistik yang dengan menitikberatkan hasil dengan bentuk grafik untuk mempermudah pemilik perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. Sistem manajemen persediaan yang dibangun dengan mengunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON, AJAX, Boostrap sebagai media dalam perancangan antar muka. Sedangkan PHP sebagai server side dan MySQL sebagai database.Kata Kunci:Aplikasi, Manajemen Persediaan Barang, Berbasis Economic Order Quantity (EOQ)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil evaluasi usability test pada e-Repository AMIK Indonesia dengan faktor efficiency dan error berdasarkan metode kuesioner Nielsen?s Attributtes of Usability (NAU), sehingga nantinya akan dijadikan sebuah saran dan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan e-Repository AMIK Indonesia berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut guna meningkatkan kualitas website pada aspek usability. Metode penelitian ini terbagi menjadi 4 tahapan yang terdiri dari aktivitas-aktivitas didalamnya, yang terdiri dari; 1) Initiation, 2) Pre-User Testing, 3) Pre-User Testing, dan 4) Post User Testing. Sampel pengguna sebanyak 22 orang mahasiswa yang terdiri dari Angkatan 2015, 2016, 2017, dan 2018 yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif AMIK Indonesia. Dari hasil pencapaian penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa usability test dengan Nielsen' Attributes of Usability (NAU) model dapat diterapkan dalam mencari tingkat kualitas sebuah website. Dari hasil pengujian, tingkat ketidakberhasilan pada pengujian UT-7, UT-8, dan UT-10 dengan capaian kurang dari 80% responden gagal menjawab. Untuk tingkat keberhasilan diatas 80% pada pengujian UT-1, UT-2, UT-3, UT-4, UT-5, UT-6, dan UT-9. Hasil dari analisis dilakukan interpretasi sangat puas sebesar 14, Puas 1, Cukup Puas 2, Tidak Puas 1. Adapun pada interprerasi tidak puas pada pertanyaan dengan kode ER14 dan cukup puas pada kode ER12 dan ER13 yang dimana ketiganya merupakan dimensi error.Kata Kunci:Usability, Evaluasi, e-Repository, Kualitas Website, Nielsen's Attributes of Usability (NAU)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build a repository model and feature the Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) and the Metadata Encoding and Transmission Standard (METS) and MPEG-21 Digital Item Declaration Language (DIDL). The research model used is qualitative research and methods. Application development used is Fourth Generation Techniques (4GT). From the results of the development of the repository by involving the Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) module on the Metadata Encoding and Transmission Standard (METS) and MPEG-21 Digital Item Declaration Language (DIDL), it has been applied to the repository application that was built. The test results using the OAI-PMH URL using the OVAL validator tool found that there were no problems and problems in validating and verifying data in the Identify, ListMetadataFormats, ListSets, ListIdentifiers, ListRecords, and XML Validation commands. While the test results show the success rate in crawling each metadata in the web repository, the average success rate of crawling metadata by Google Scholar is 90%, while the error is known to be 10% because some documents do not have complete metadata such as bibliography and uploaded documents.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an employee data management information system at the Camat Peukan Baro office in Pidie Regency, which was previously done manually using applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The newly developed system utilizes Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2007, aiming to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed in managing employee data. The methodology employed in this research includes system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, as well as system testing and evaluation. The system design process involves the creation of a database and user interface to facilitate employees in inputting and managing employee data. After the system implementation, testing is conducted to ensure that the system functions according to user requirements. The test results show that the new system significantly speeds up the data management process and reduces the likelihood of errors. The implementation of this information system is expected to streamline employee data administration at Camat Peukan Baro, enhancing data transparency and accuracy.

Abstract

Customer data management and payment arrears are critical aspects of the operations at PDAM Tirta Mon Krueng Baro. However, the manual recording methods still in use often lead to issues such as inaccurate data, slow administrative processes, and difficulties in tracking customer payment statuses. To address these challenges, the Water Bill Arrears Information System was developed to facilitate integrated and efficient data management. This system utilizes Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 for the interface and Microsoft Access 2007 as the database platform. The system development involved several stages, including requirements analysis, database design, and user interface creation. One of the key features of the system is its ability to record, process, and display customer data and arrears in real time. It also includes a reporting module, enabling administrators to generate summaries of arrears and payments quickly and accurately. The implementation of this system has improved operational efficiency, minimized data entry errors, and expedited decision-making regarding payment and arrears management. Results indicate that the system outperforms the manual method in managing data, providing users with easier access to track arrears and generate reports for decision-making. Consequently, this system serves as a practical solution for enhancing the quality of service and management at PDAM.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide Training, Coaching, and Assistance for Stock Control Management Applications and it is hoped that the participants can; 1) Understand the strategy for the supply of goods, 2) Understand and be able to control spare parts, 3) Be able to provide the goods needed in the remodeling process, 4) Be able to manage spare parts efficiently and be able to apply methods Determine the level of reordering and minimum inventory for inventory optimization, and 5) Evaluating the material planning system that has been running so that we can find out the core of the problems faced and how to solve them. The method of implementing the program to be carried out is; 1) Presentation, 2) Experience Sharing Discussion, 3) Training (Training for Users), and 4) Further assistance in the use of the application. This Community Service Implementation Activity was held for 4 (four) months from early December 2019 to the end of March 2020. This activity was attended by all personnel of Gober Indo's local business partners. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, several conclusions can be drawn, namely; 1) The development of a web-based Stock Control Management application has been successfully built, 2) Assistance and training activities for the use of the appropriate Stock Control Management Application and can help partners, 3) Service activities that are followed very enthusiastically, It can be seen that many members and owners have attended the training, and 4) Supporting activities for the Stock Control Management Application are expected to continue with the development of partner business finances.

Abstract

Program penanaman Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) di Nagari Sungai Durian dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengobatan alami dan pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah. Kegiatan ini melibatkan penanaman berbagai jenis tanaman obat seperti jahe, kunyit, lengkuas, dan beberapa bunga yang memiliki manfaat kesehatan. Penanaman dilakukan secara langsung oleh mahasiswa dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap tahap kegiatan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam merawat tanaman obat yang dapat digunakan untuk keperluan kesehatan sehari-hari. Selain memberikan manfaat kesehatan, program ini juga berkontribusi dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan dan meningkatkan kemandirian masyarakat. Keberlanjutan kegiatan diharapkan dapat membentuk pola hidup sehat berbasis pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal.

Abstract

The development of sales in today's era is very dependent on technology both in the sales process, marketing and cashier calculations. CV. Hidup Baru is engaged in the sale and marketing of grocery, cosmetic and baby equipment needs. The sales and data collection method uses a computer system. But in the price summation system in the company, errors often occur and there are not a few errors in printing customer invoices. New Life as well as the author himself. The method of data collection carried out in the process of preparing this report used two methods, namely the method of library research related to this material and field studies by conducting direct interviews with employees and direct observations with objects related to this research. The Prototyping method is used as a software development model and evaluation activities are also carried out as an assessment of the results of the prototype built. The results of the study indicate that the existence of an information system for the design of the Delphi7 program is expected to help CV. Hidup Baru and the results of evaluating the appearance of the current desktop application. With the prototype design, it is known that each category has increased usability values. Content, Organization and Readability previously had a value of 0.69 and increased to 0.72. The Navigation category was previously 0.72 to 0.77. The previous User Interface Design category was 0.63 to 0.74 and the previous Performance and Effectiveness category was 0.61 to 0.73.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to create an Infaq Payment Information System using Delphi 7 to make Infak Data Payments contained in the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office where there are advantages when compared to Microsoft Excel in terms of Infaq Payments including in terms of Output, where the system that will be the author developed can load more than one Output. In the process of the author's research regarding infaq payments at the aceh energy and mineral resources service, in the current system there are often obstacles or problems that arise. This happens because there are several things that quite interfere with the Financial Monitoring process, including; The length of the infaq payment process is one of the main obstacles, the use of microsoft excel is considered too complicated in terms of input, processing, information, the process of accessing / uploading data will take longer and waste more energy, and the possibility of errors or mistakes is more risky due to everything something that can manually interfere with the accuracy of the user. In application development, the researcher uses the prototype method. From the results of the research, the calculation application can be used as payment at the Aceh Energy & Mineral Resources Department and is designed using Delphi, then the results of the evaluation of the current desktop application display with prototype design are known that each category has an increase in usability value. Content, Organization and Readability previously had a value of 0.61 and increased to 0.66. The Navigation category was previously 0.62 to 0.67. The previous User Interface Design category was 0.63 to 0.70 and the previous Performance and Effectiveness category was 0.64 to 0.72.
