Abstract

Data management related to the provision, procurement, and distribution of production facilities at the Aceh Animal Health and Livestock Department currently relies on manual methods using Microsoft Excel, without utilizing an integrated database system. This study focuses on developing an information system specifically for reporting the provision, procurement, and distribution of production facilities within the department. The objective is to understand and design an Information System for Reporting the Provision, Procurement, and Distribution of Production Facilities using Microsoft Visual Basic.NET. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and literature review. In this system development, Microsoft Visual Basic.NET is utilized for designing the user interface, while Microsoft Office Access serves as the Database Management System (DBMS). Testing results indicate that the developed system meets the established requirements. The data input process and generated reports align with the desired needs

Abstract

This research aims to address challenges in the management and distribution activities of 3 Kg LPG at PT Indung Tulot Energy (Pertamina) Banda Aceh. These challenges include difficulties in data collection, distribution transactions, and efficient report generation. Data collection methods used were Field Studies and Literature Studies. The research resulted in an LPG 3 Kg allocation information system application, designed to accelerate and simplify allocation data management processes, sub-distributor data management, and improve reporting effectiveness. The system is intended to resolve existing problems and enhance services at PT Indung Tulot Energy (Pertamina) Banda Aceh

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the weaknesses and shortcomings of the current information system in motorcycle warranty management at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara, as well as design and propose a new information system that is more efficient and effective. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that the current information system faces several obstacles, such as inadequate application systems, lack of motorcycle warranty data availability, and insufficient human resources, especially in the field of Information Technology. Therefore, this research proposes a new integrated information system for motorcycle warranty management, with features such as user creation and approval settings by administrators, motorcycle warranty document creation, and motorcycle warranty certificate processing by administrators. Additionally, this research also designs a data structure that includes admin, customer, and motorcycle warranty tables. With the implementation of this new information system, PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of motorcycle warranty management and enhance the accuracy of warranty data reports.

Abstract

In the current digital age, local governments are increasingly prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness in data and information management. However, the Department of Manpower and Population Mobility of the Aceh Government continues to face challenges in delivering thorough information services, particularly concerning student internship data. The research aims to address these issues by designing and implementing a Student Internship Data Management Information System within the department. The study focuses on enhancing internship data management processes, which currently rely on time-consuming manual systems. Through problem identification and automated information system solution development, the research incorporates user needs analysis and system testing to ensure reliability and functionality. Results indicate that the new system implementation will significantly benefit users by improving data management efficiency and enabling faster, more accurate access to relevant information

Abstract

The Case Witness Data Management Information System is an integral component of the operations at the Military Court I-01 Banda Aceh. The primary objective of this system is to manage and organize case witness information, ensure the efficient distribution of evidence, and facilitate information accessibility. This research focuses on the Case Witness Data Management Information System at the Military Court I-01 Banda Aceh, developed using Microsoft Visual Basic.NET as the programming language and Microsoft Office Access as the database management system. The aim of this research is to design and analyze this system using the Microsoft Visual Basic.NET and Microsoft Office Access platform. Data collection was conducted through literature review (examining relevant literature) and field research (interviews and direct observation). The system is managed by one primary administrative staff member, supported by two additional administrative staff, who are responsible for recording and inputting witness data. Research findings indicate that the Case Witness Data Management Information System has been implemented according to established procedures. The system utilizes computer technology, employing Visual Basic.NET and Microsoft Access 2010 as its database management system.
