Abstract

The aim of this research is; knowing the data collection on employee report registers at the Aceh Reintegration Agency Secretariat, and designing desktop-based data collection on employee report registers at the Aceh Reintegration Agency Secretariat. The development method used is prototyping and this application is designed using VB.NET while the evaluation process is carried out based on 4 categories, namely Content, Organization and Readability, Navigation, User Interface Design and Performance and Effectiveness. From the results of research and observations that have been carried out at the Aceh Reintegration Agency (BRA), it can be concluded that; 1) With the employee registration information system at the Aceh Reintegration Agency (BRA) it becomes precise, and accurate, especially in the personnel section, and getting information about the employee becomes easier, 2) This information system is able to overcome the problems that often occur in the Reintegration Agency Aceh (BRA) difficulties in controlling and supervising employee data and reporting which can avoid delays in making employee reports every year and for a certain period of time, and 3) Developing an information system program to obtain quality information, and 4) Based on the evaluation of the current desktop application display With the prototype design, it is known that each category has an increase in the usability value. Content, Organization and Readability previously had a value of 0.53 and increased to 0.73. The Navigation category was previously 0.42 to 0.62. The previous User Interface Design category was 0.42 to 0.64 and the previous Performance and Effectiveness category was 0.67 to 0.68.

Abstract

Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital is located in Banda Aceh City, Aceh Province, which is one of the health centers in the area. The growing community in the surrounding environment and even people from outside the region who continue to come for treatment at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital require a good service to patients with the support of medical personnel and good staff who are expected to be able to provide professional health services this certainly cannot be separated from the management system in the hospital. The author limits the problem only to; How is the Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin General Hospital in Aceh and. Designing a Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Aceh using Visual BASIC.NET. From the description, the objectives of the discussion are; To find out the Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital and Design a Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital using Visual BASIC.NET. The Prototyping method is used as a software development model and evaluation activities are also carried out as an assessment of the results of the prototype being built. With this patient information system program, the information system at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital becomes precise, and accurate, especially on the patient side. And to obtain information about the patient becomes easier; This information system is able to overcome the problems that often occur at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital, namely the difficulty in controlling and supervising patients and planning for procurement of goods. This goods procurement information system can avoid excess patients and overcome the scarcity of goods which is certainly highly expected by business actors and The creation of an information system program in order to obtain quality information and Based on the evaluation of the current desktop application display With the prototype design, it is known that each category has an increase in the usability value. Abstract

Incoming and outgoing mail information systems have an important role as a source of information and documentation media. As a source of information, archives are material/data for making the right decisions, so that archives can be said as a system that is interrelated with each other in a unified bond, because archives can support a program of organizational activities, both in terms of planning, implementation and controlling the tasks of the organization concerned, from leading activities to decision-making activities. Archives as documentation media, archives are official evidence that can be accounted for for government activities, therefore it is an obligation for every employee who works in the archives unit in this organization to carry out their duties properly, so that correspondence services can be more effective. and efficient, while the purpose of this study is to analyze the Archives Management System at the Department of Earth Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Syiah Kuala University. In this study, researchers used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. This study aims to develop concepts and facts in depth to answer how the Archives Management System in the Department of Earth Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Syiah Kuala University. The archive management system at the Department of Earth Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Syiah Kuala University uses a number system and a dating system that is still less effective but has been running well, because it uses a combined procedure of centralization and decentralization. The Prototyping method is used as a software development model and evaluation activities are also carried out as an assessment of the results of the prototype built. Based on the evaluation of the appearance of the current desktop application. With the prototype design, it is known that each category has increased usability values. Content, Organization and Readability previously had a value of 0.64 and increased to 0.72. The Navigation category was previously 0.69 to 0.71. The previous User Interface Design category was 0.58 to 0.74 and the previous Performance and Effectiveness category was 0.62 to 0.72.

Abstract

The development of sales in today's era is very dependent on technology both in the sales process, marketing and cashier calculations. CV. Hidup Baru is engaged in the sale and marketing of grocery, cosmetic and baby equipment needs. The sales and data collection method uses a computer system. But in the price summation system in the company, errors often occur and there are not a few errors in printing customer invoices. New Life as well as the author himself. The method of data collection carried out in the process of preparing this report used two methods, namely the method of library research related to this material and field studies by conducting direct interviews with employees and direct observations with objects related to this research. The Prototyping method is used as a software development model and evaluation activities are also carried out as an assessment of the results of the prototype built. The results of the study indicate that the existence of an information system for the design of the Delphi7 program is expected to help CV. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to create an Infaq Payment Information System using Delphi 7 to make Infak Data Payments contained in the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office where there are advantages when compared to Microsoft Excel in terms of Infaq Payments including in terms of Output, where the system that will be the author developed can load more than one Output. In the process of the author's research regarding infaq payments at the aceh energy and mineral resources service, in the current system there are often obstacles or problems that arise. This happens because there are several things that quite interfere with the Financial Monitoring process, including; The length of the infaq payment process is one of the main obstacles, the use of microsoft excel is considered too complicated in terms of input, processing, information, the process of accessing / uploading data will take longer and waste more energy, and the possibility of errors or mistakes is more risky due to everything something that can manually interfere with the accuracy of the user. In application development, the researcher uses the prototype method. From the results of the research, the calculation application can be used as payment at the Aceh Energy & Mineral Resources Department and is designed using Delphi, then the results of the evaluation of the current desktop application display with prototype design are known that each category has an increase in usability value. Content, Organization and Readability previously had a value of 0.61 and increased to 0.66. The Navigation category was previously 0.62 to 0.67. The previous User Interface Design category was 0.63 to 0.70 and the previous Performance and Effectiveness category was 0.64 to 0.72.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a Contract Employee Information System for the Banda Aceh Public Works Department, utilizing Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. In the pursuit of good governance, it is crucial to have a professional and qualified contract workforce to support the effective execution of official duties and public services. However, the department's current processes for data collection and management of contract employees face challenges regarding efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, this research proposes a desktop-based information system designed to optimize these data collection and management processes. Data was gathered through fieldwork involving interviews and direct observation, supplemented by library research to ensure the validity and success of the study. The findings of this research are expected to positively impact the efficiency and effectiveness of contract employee management within the Banda Aceh Public Works Department

Abstract

Karangpring Village has significant potential in coffee commodities, with robusta, arabica, and liberica varieties. This potential makes the village an icon in the national coffee world. Advances in technology and digitalization offer solutions to facilitate daily activities, including in the agricultural sector. Karangpring Village requires the implementation of technology and digitalization to strengthen its superior coffee commodities. The current practice of recording village community finances is still simple and conventional, so digitalization is needed to modernize the process, which is expected to stimulate economic growth and increase the selling value of coffee. This study proposes the SIKEPI (Coffee Financial System) application, which is designed with a simple accounting system so that it is easy to understand and implement by the community. Through socialization, training, and personal assistance, it is hoped that coffee farmers in Karangpring Village can improve digital literacy and accounting understanding through the SIKEPI application.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and design an Auction Document Data Collection Information System at the Aceh Bina Marga Service. With the background of rapid development of information technology, there are still challenges in the effectiveness and efficiency of auction document data collection in the institution. The data collection method was carried out through field studies and literature studies. The results of the study indicate the need for the development of an effective and efficient information system to improve performance and competitiveness. Abstract

Manufacturing information systems are fundamentally integrated with computer technology, where computers play dual roles in physical process control and informational data management. This research focuses on developing an ice block production management system for the State-Owned Fisheries Enterprise (PERUM Perikanan Indonesia) in Banda Aceh using Visual Basic, aiming to replace manual record-keeping with an automated solution. Through field observations of production workflows and structured interviews with operators and managers, alongside a literature review of 15 academic references, the study designed a system capable of real-time data operations (addition, modification, retrieval) and automated reporting for sales value and cost analysis. Comparative testing demonstrated a 65% reduction in data processing time (from 15 to 3 minutes per transaction) and a 92% reporting accuracy rate, surpassing the 78% accuracy of manual methods. The system reduces monthly operational costs by 52.2% (from IDR 2.3 million to IDR 1.1 million), providing a scalable digital tool to enhance transparency and decision-making in ice block manufacturing. Future enhancements could integrate machine learning for demand forecasting and mobile interfaces for real-time monitoring.

Abstract

The document archiving information system at the Banda Aceh Sharia Court currently faces efficiency challenges due to its reliance on conventional document storage methods, such as filing cabinets and manual record-keeping in books. This results in suboptimal accuracy levels. Additionally, significant space allocation is required for storage solutions like filing cabinets, folders, and shelves. Another issue is the time-consuming nature of document retrieval due to disorganized arrangements. From a cost perspective, there are additional expenses for the maintenance and upkeep of archive storage areas. This research aims to address the following questions: How can a more efficient Document Archiving Information System be designed for the Banda Aceh Sharia Court? Will the implementation of this system enhance the speed and accuracy of available information? What is the process for presenting this Document Archiving Information System at the Banda Aceh Sharia Court? The focus of this study is on developing an information system that provides alternative solutions to document archiving challenges using the Visual BASIC.NET approach. Furthermore, the study highlights the procedures for storing and retrieving archives within the document archiving information system at the Banda Aceh Sharia Court. The waterfall method, also known as the sequential method, was employed in the design of the Document Archiving Information System. Data collection was conducted through various research methods, including observation, interviews, and literature studies. The tools used in the application development include Microsoft Visual Basic.NET for interface design and Microsoft Office Access as the database management system. Testing results indicate that the developed system meets the identified needs, including efficient data input processes and accurate reporting
