Abstract

Konstruktivisme menjadi pendekatan yang populer dan berkembang dalam praktik pembelajaran saat ini. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dari teori-teori mendasarinya. Penelitian ini bertujua untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model konstrukvistik terhadap pembelajaran siswa/i di masa pandemik COVID-19 tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 60 siswa/i. Penelitian terdiri dari aspek perencanaan,tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode tes dan observasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata siswa dalam model konstruktivisme pada kegiatan pembelajaran adalah 56%  kemampuan siswa dalam menjalankan suatu kegiatan pembelajaran dirumah. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa/i dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan pada masa pandemik ini mengalami penurunan dalam hasil belajar siswa dan guru berperan penting untuk selalu mengembangkan dan berinovasi dalam membuat pendekatan dan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes in the subject of Manufacturing Engineering Drawing class XI TPm 3. Observation Results In this subject the teacher is still actively involved in the learning process or commonly called teacher centered. In the learning process the teacher conveys learning using an LCD projector, the teacher gives instructions or examples then students imitate what is exemplified. But in the process students have difficulty following the instructions from the teacher, the teacher must repeat the instructions until the students understand. This takes up a lot of time during the learning process. So there are other topics that the teacher cannot convey to students. Teachers feel unable to deliver teaching materials optimally because of limited teaching hours.The research method used is to apply the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model with the subjects of class XI TPm 3 students. Data collection techniques use evaluations in the form of LKPD in which there is an evaluation of knowledge and performance.The results of the holding of students, pre-test before learning cycle 1 obtained results of 39, only a few students who mastered the function of making and modifying 2D CAD drawings. 9 students who are quite mastered and 30 students who have not mastered. After filling out the questionnaire, it turned out that the reason was that the majority of children did not know about 2D drawing with computer applications

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to finds: (1) the relationship of self concept with work readiness of the 11st class student in SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, (2) the relationship of self regulated learning with work readiness of the 11st class student SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, and (3) the relationship of self concept and self regulated learning with work readiness of the 11st class student SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih. The hypothesis of this research are: (1) true positive and significant relationship between self concept with work readiness of the 11st class student SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, (2) true positive and significant relationship between self regulated learning with work readiness of the 11st class student SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, and (3) true positive and significant together relationship between self concept and self regulated learning with work readiness of the 11st class student SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih. The kind of this research is ex-postfacto. The population of this research are 502 students. The method of sample taking over use Slovin formula with 5% significant level so that it got 222 sample member. The technics of sample taking over have done according to precipitate (Simple Random Sampling). The result of this research analyzed with product moment correlation analyse technics for first and second hypothesis, and double analyse technics for third hypothesis. Before hypothesis test have done, firstly do analyse condition test that used normalitas test, linieritas test, and multikolinieritas test. The result of the research show that: (1) directly, self concept has positive and significant relationship with work readiness of the 11st class student SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih that shown with 0,601 correlation coefficient (rx1,y), where 0,601 rhitung > 0,138 rtabel on 5% significant level, (2) directly, self regulated learning has positive and significant relationship with work readiness of the 11st class student SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih that shown with 0,679 correlation coefficient (rx2,y), where 0,679 rhitung > 0,138 rtabel on 5% significant level, and (3) together, self concept and self regulated learning has positive and significant relationship with work readiness of the 11st class student SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih that shown with 0,674 Rhitung and 132,54 Fhitung > 3,04 Ftabel on 5% significant level. That’s means if the self concept and self regulated learning more high so the work readiness high too, likewise the opposite if the self concept and self regulated learning more low so the work readiness low too

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the module on students' learning motivation in the subject of welding work. At the same time, to determine the effect of using the module on student achievement in welding work subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen. The method used in this study is a research method experiment, the implementation of which uses a quasi-experimental type with a nonequivalent control group design. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen with a sample of 2 classes, namely class XI TP 1 as a group experiment, class XI TP 2 as the control group. To determine the motivation to learn data collection using observation sheets and questionnaires. While to determine learning achievement data collection in the form of test results carried out before and after the learning process (pretest and posttest). The process of teaching and learning activities in the experimental class uses a module entitled Welding Classroom with the SMAW Process, while the control class uses a lecture learning strategy (conventional). The results showed that the effect of using the module on students' learning motivation is categorized as very high/very positive. Proven from the results of the overall student motivation questionnaire mean is 90.41 and the results of observations with the answer "YES as much as 25. The effect of using the module on student achievement is to improve learning outcomes. It is evident from the experimental class learning outcomes at the pretest, the mean is 52, the median is 52.5, the mode is 46, the highest score is 69, and the lowest score is 34. After using the module, the mean 83, median 83, mode 83, the highest score 97, and the lowest score 60. Calculation of the independent sample test t test with an error rate of 5% shows that t table < tcount (1.669 < 3.619). It was decided that there was a significant difference There is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class using module media and the conventional learning control class.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the effect of binder variation including bentonit, lapindo mud, and portland cement on the silica molding sand strength, permeability, fluidity, metal hardness and the quality of Al-Si alloy casting by using gravity casting method. The experimental design was used on this research and analyzed by using descriptive data analysis. The result showed molding sand containing 15% lapindo mud binder had the highest wet compressive strength (8,73 N/cm2). The molding sand containing 15% portland cement binder had the highest dry compressive strength (>32 N/cm2). The highest wet tensile strength was resulted by the molding sand containing 15% bentonit binder (3,33 N/cm2), while the highest dry tensile strength was resulted by the molding sand containing 15% portland cement binder (18,60 N/cm2). The highest wet shear strength was resulted by the molding sand containing 15% portland cement binder (0,57 N/cm2), while the highest dry shear strength was resulted by the molding sand containing 15% portland cement binder (1,03 N/cm2). The molding sand containing 15% bentonit binder had the finest permeability (210 mm/minute). In the real practical application, the molding sand containing 15% portland cement binder was unable to result an appropriate molding strength when manually compressed in cope and drag (casting flask), thus it was unable to use as metal pouring media. The molding sand containing 15% lapindo mud binder had the finest fluidity but it had the lowest hardness (120,30 HV). The molding sand containing 15% bentonit binder resulted the best Al-Si alloy casting quality and the highest hardness (129,60 HV).

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to investigate the effect of using Wet Cell type electrolyzer on the power and torque of Jupiter MX motorcycles in 2010. To investigate the effect of variations in electrolyte solutions on the use of Wet Cell type electrolyzers on the power and torque of Jupiter MX motorcycles in 2010.This research was conducted at the Automotive Laboratory for Mechanical Engineering Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta and at PT. Motocourse Technology (MOTOTECH) Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The research design used was experimental design. The research sample used a Jupiter MX motorbike in 2010. This experimental tool used a Wet Cell type electrolyzer using a variety of pure water, KOH and NaOH electrolyte solutions. The data collection method used in this research is the experimental method.The results of this study are the use of the Wet Cell type electrolyzer has an effect on the power and torque of the Jupiter MX motorcycle in 2010, namely an increase in power of 0.97 HP and an increase in torque of 1.88 N.m compared to testing standard engine conditions. The use of 24 gram / liter KOH solution in the Wet Cell type electrolyzer has the highest increase in power and torque levels compared to other variations in the ratio of solutions. There was an increase in power of 0.39 HP and an increase in torque of 0.3 N.m compared to the power and torque of using a Wet Cell type electrolyzer with water as an electrolyte solution without a catalyst and 1.36 HP and 2.18 N.m compared to the power and torque of the standard state. The use of 24 gram / liter NaOH solution has the lowest rate of increase, there is an increase in power of 1.33 HP and 1.84N.m compared to the power and torque of the standard state.
