Abstract

Web Forum is a form of mass media published through the internet that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. To determine the quality of a website, it is necessary to measure so that the quality of a website can be known from user perceptions.This study uses the WebQual method which has been modified by adding the dimensions of Website Design and user satisfaction with the three main dimensions of WebQual 4.0, namely Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction.The object of this research is the Ngaglik Early Childhood Forum Website. The population of this research is the web admin of PAUD Ngaglik Sleman. The results obtained in this study are that the quality of usability, quality of information and quality of design have a positive effect on user satisfaction. The quality of interaction services has a negative effect on user satisfaction of the Ngaglik PAUD website.

Abstract

The confidentiality and integrity of a message that will be conveyed is one aspect that every individual expects in carrying out information exchange activities. Many techniques that can be used to secure data include cryptography. Cryptography aims to provide security services (which are also referred to as security aspects). To be able to use cryptographic techniques, a method is needed, one of which is the Caesar Cipher method. Changes made to the character set in the caesar chiper algorithm have succeeded in making this algorithm have a better level of security. The result of the analysis of this study is that the chipertext pattern that is incited is more varied so that the level of security of this method is better than before.

Abstract

The Faculty of Business is a field of study that studies financial management, marketing, bookkeeping, and matters regarding sustainability related to business in the business world, and the Faculty of Business is also popular because of its broad and relevant job prospects to the economy. The Faculty of Business is one of the faculties at Universal University which has the vision to excel in the sustainable field. But the problems faced in taking market share are currently not too broad and competition in getting students to enroll at the Universal University Faculty of Business and the application of Information Systems is not good enough to support learning at the Computer Faculty. Therefore there is a need for proper IS/IT strategic planning using the Ward and Peppard method, and analysis using SWOT, Five Forces Porter, Value Chain, and McFarlan Strategy Grid.

Abstract

Evaluating the fruit’s maturity level is crucial to acquiring high-quality fruit. The skin color of some fruits may be used as one of the numerous indicators to determine whether they have achieved their peak degree of ripeness. Similar to other fruits, the skin color of an Ambarella fruit indicates its maturity. However, determining the ripeness of the Ambarella fruit was assessed manually, which is time-consuming, inefficient, taxing, requires a large number of employees, and has the potential to result in discrepancies. This study aims to classify the ripeness of the Ambarella fruit using the deep learning approach, specifically using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The new family of EfficientNetV2 is trained to classify the Ambarella fruit ripeness. The pre-trained models are utilized in this work, and the training was done via transfer learning through fine-tuning. EfficientNetV2B0 achieves the highest accuracy of 100% despite having a smaller size than the other EfficientNetV2 models used in this work.

Abstract

There are still many Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) that experience difficulties in developing their business due to lack of access to information and knowledge on how to manage their business properly. Some of the problems that are often encountered include losing proof of transactions, errors when calculating, errors in recording stock, and others. One way to manage finances and inventory well is to do bookkeeping. This research is a qualitative research with a Design Thinking approach. We will add new features to the existing business development information system. We will introduce an inventory management and financial management feature that will help SMEs manage their inventory, record expenses and income more easily and efficiently. By adding new features to the existing business development information system, researchers believe that the business development information system design project in SMEs can help SMEs manage their business better and more effectively.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has brought innovation in various aspects of life, including the field of education. One area that continues to evolve is educational technology, particularly in the use of tools to enhance more effective learning processes. In this context, this research aims to design and develop a prototype of an automatic whiteboard eraser with Bluetooth connectivity. This study combines microcontroller technology and Bluetooth connectivity to create a device that enables automatic whiteboard erasing. By integrating components such as a DC motor, HC-05 Bluetooth module, and others, this device can be operated through a mobile device connected via Bluetooth. Furthermore, the device is equipped with end-limit settings to stop the eraser at the edge of the whiteboard, along with the use of sensors for monitoring. The outcome of this research is a prototype of an automatic whiteboard eraser that can be easily operated through Bluetooth connectivity. Users can control the device via a mobile application, providing convenience and flexibility in usage. The device is also designed with a focus on safety and efficiency, making it suitable for comfortable use in educational settings. Through testing and evaluation, the device successfully achieves effective and consistent whiteboard erasing. With the integration of Bluetooth connectivity, this device offers a modern solution to facilitate teaching and learning processes. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute positively to the development of technology-based educational tools and open doors for further advancements in supporting innovative and interactive education.
