Abstract

In managing an educational institution, a representative academic administration management system is needed that is able to manage and provide data and information within the scope of educational institutions, namely to manage curriculum data, manage data on courses offered in semesters, manage class schedules, and plan student studies. , management of student grades, management of student attendance, management of facilities and infrastructure as well as academic information and resources available at the university. This research was conducted at the As-Sidiq Kie Raha Institute of Islam (IAI) North Maluku located in Ternate City. Data analysis in this research is analysis using three general approaches or implementations. In this implementation there are 3 components of interactive model analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on several research findings and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Implementation of academic management at the As-Siddiq Kie Raha Islamic Institute (IAI) North Maluku, is not yet optimal, systematic and directed, there is no standard academic management model for In its application, all of this happens because this university is still new so that the structural officials of the teaching staff and educational staff in their environment do not have experience, understand and understand and obey academic regulations, main tasks and functions, so that academic management does not work as expected by stakeholders

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation, model and evaluation of education digitization policies in the era of the covid-19 pandemic (Case Study at the Education and Culture Office of Manado City, North Sulawesi Province). This research was conducted with a qualitative method. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Primary data collection was conducted by interview. In addition, supporting data is secondary data from documents, articles or news related to the policy of digitizing education in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the analysis carried out, the results obtained are that the implementation of the education digitalization policy in the era of the covid-19 pandemic has been carried out well, but to maximize its implementation, collaboration between school principals, teachers, school commissions and school supervisors, parents and students is needed. The model for implementing the education digitization policy used is a top-down model. While the evaluation of the implementation of the education digitization policy is the need for guidance and information provision from the Regional Government in this case the Manado City Education and Culture Office and the leadership role of the school principal greatly determines the success of the implementation of digitalization of education policies in every school. parents as well as students. Abstract

This Maternity Guarantee is a program that aims to help the underprivileged in terms of childbirth costs to reduce maternal and infant mortality, and the targets of this maternity insurance are pregnant women, mothers in labor, postpartum and neonatal mothers. However, after field observations were made by researchers, it was found that the socialization of the program had not been maximized. So that the objectives of this research are: a. To describe and analyze the implementation of the Maternity Guarantee Program policy in North Minahasa Regency. b. To describe and analyze the determinants of the implementation of the Maternity Insurance Policy in North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, where the focus of the first research is a Maternity Guarantee participants target, b. Sources of data used in this study using semi-structured interview techniques and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Health Office and Puskesmas and the community in Kab. Abstract

Many environmental factors can affect teacher performance, three of which are as follows: 1). Principal leadership is the effort of an individual who is trusted as an organizational leader in the school that influences its members including teachers, staff/employees, students, and school committees to realize an educational goal. This research is a survey research that uses a quantitative approach. This quantitative method is a scientific or scientific method because it has fulfilled scientific principles, namely concrete or empirical, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic. In simple terms, there is a positive and significant effect between interpersonal skills and the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Manado City, where Y = 36.91 + 0.534X1 and the hypothesis value is 0.00 <0.05. Simply put, there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Manado City, where Y = 39,079 + 0.541X2 and the hypothesis value is 0.00 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between interpersonal skills and compensation on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Manado City, where the formulaY= 27,583 + 0.361X1+0.412X2 and the hypothesis value is 20.38 > 4,009 or F-count > F-table.

Abstract

The development of information technology has entered various aspects of life, including the world of education, especially learning, which has been intervened by the existence of this technology. Along with the development of information technology applications in the world of education, various learning materials have been produced and consumed by learners through the medium of information technology in various packaging forms. In contrast to the traditional learning process, which relies on the teacher as the first and main source of learning, other sources are only complementary to learning activities. This research was carried out at the shipping Polytechnic in North Sulawesi in 2021. The methodology used is qualitative as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. This approach is directed at the background of the individual holistically (whole). The data analysis technique used in this study refers to the concept of Milles & Huberman. Based on the research results are North Sulawesi Shipping Polytechnic in order to remain consistent in planning for optimizing learning, so that teaching and learning activities can be realized as expected, North Sulawesi Shipping Polytechnic always strives to improve the implementation of teaching and learning processes or activities, such as increasing the ability of lecturers or teachers in the field of technology and applying it to participants educate. Evaluations or obstacles faced during practical learning using e-learning applications so that they are improved and their quality is improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the indicator of mathematics anxiety and mathematics performance. The results indicated that the grade 12 students display a moderate level of anxiety in the subject. Moreover, small positive correlation between mathematics performance and when the students are worried that will not be able to use mathematics in their future careers when needed and if they will not be able to complete every assignment. Also, a small positive correlation between mathematics performance was noted when students feel stressed when listening to their instructor or teacher and when working on their homework. Lastly, a small positive correlation between mathematics performance was revealed when the student gets nervous when asking questions in mathematics class. From the context of this study, it was noted that we cannot simply say that automatically there is a negative correlation between MA and mathematics performance for it was revealed in this study that there are indicators of MA that correlates positively to the performance of students in a mathematics course. However, there were other indicators of MA that contribute negatively but were noted as having no relation to the mathematics performance.
