Abstract

This article discusses the development of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the phenomenological method in Uzbek literature aimed at analyzing the phenomena of the author's and reader's consciousness, a leader in world literature. Because many methods of artistic analysis focus on the structural side of the text. The phenomenological method leads to the phenomenology of the mind, its worldview, personality, imagination, beliefs, yemotions and personality through the text, rejecting all other external factors.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of Guidance and Counselling services on the academic performance of students in Rwanda universities using the Universities of Rwanda and the University of Kigali as the case studies. The rationale was to understand whether there is a relationship between G&C services and academic performance based on the perception of the students. Four research objectives were formulated to guide this study, to assess the influence of G&C services on university students' academic performance; to determine the relationship between G&C services and university students’ academic performance in Rwanda, to evaluate the effectiveness of the G&C programme in Rwanda universities in relation to students’ academic performance, and to access the impacts of parental involvement in G&C services on students’ academic performance. The study employed a descriptive essay design. The sample size was 395 respondents out of 32,345. The study findings revealed that: the respondents when answering the questions on the influence of G&C where at a moderate level with the mean scores of 3.17, 3.38, 3.31, 3.46, 3.12, 3.35 and 3.37 respectively, on the effectiveness of G&C respondents where at a moderate level with the mean scores of 3.6, 3.07, 3.26, and 3.27 respectively, on the Parental Involvement respondents where at a moderate level with the mean scores of 2.58, 3.21, 2.95, 2.58 and 2.83 respectively and on students’ academic performance respondents where at a moderate level with the mean scores of 3.34, 3.43, 3.19, and 3.48 respectively. There is a positive relationship between G&C Services and students’ academic performance on universities students (.863). It was therefore recommended that through the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Council in Rwanda, the universities have to allocate more funds to G&C centers to obtain more practical G&C service from appropriate professionals in G&C.

Abstract

The purpose of this empirical research was to examine how the Sri Lankan teachers manage their online classrooms. Three research questions were used to guide the study to a rational conclusion. Accordingly, the study was focused to get an insight idea on how teachers manage physical and digital resources and human resource in their online classrooms and the problems that the teachers face during their online teaching. Sequential mixed methodology was followed for the data triangulation which quantitative data was collected and analyzed first, followed by qualitative data. A survey was administered for the first phase while semi-structured interviews and online classroom observations were implemented for the second phase to obtain data from 205 teachers in 10 selected 1AB and 1C schools. Quantitative data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods using tables, graphs and percentages while qualitative data was analyzed using thematic analysis. The study revealed that 55.5% of teachers effectively manage physical and digital resources in online classrooms and 52.5% manage human resource. The research further revealed that many teachers had problems in managing online classrooms due to low student participation and non-continuity of internet signals. Also, the univariate analysis conducted through the research revealed that the type of school affects the physical and digital resources and human resource management in the online classrooms and it does not vary according to the education zone. Accordingly, it was unveiled that the school has a significant impact on the emergence of the teacher's management ability.

Phraseological combinations are always vividly important phrases. The process of derivation of such compounds is used when words cannot be expressed in the language, thoughts cannot be expressed with other means of speech. Phraseological combinations are used in the press and in the artistic works of writers to express a beautiful idea.
