Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of corporate social responsibility, return on assets, and current ratio on price-to-book value for mining sector companies listed on the Kompas 100 Index 2017-2024. Seven companies were selected using purposive sampling. This research employed multiple linear regression analysis in Eviews-12, with the best model being the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility partially has a negative, insignificant effect on Price to Book Value, Return on Assets has a significant, positive effect on Price to Book Value, and the Current Ratio has a significant, positive effect on Price to Book Value. Simultaneous analysis showed that Corporate Social Responsibility, Return on Assets, and the Current Ratio have a simultaneous and significant effect on Price to Book Value. The R-Square value of 0.613084 indicates that the independent variable explains and influences the dependent variable by 61.31%, while the remaining 38.69% is explained by other variables not examined. Companies are expected to optimize their financial performance and consistently implement corporate social responsibility to provide positive signals to market perceptions, thereby increasing stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital marketing strategies implemented to increase customer retention and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. In the digital era, developments in information technology have changed communication and interaction patterns between financial institutions and customers. This study employed a qualitative research method with participant observation. The data collection method applied in this study included two approaches: literature research and field study. The literature study was conducted by examining various literature sources related to the research topic. The results showed that digital marketing strategies implemented through social media, websites, instant messaging applications, and other digital platforms were able to increase the number of customers through easy access to information, speed of service, effective communication, and increased customer engagement. In addition, the use of digital media helped institutions build closer relationships with customers and increased trust in the products and services offered. Supporting factors for the success of digital marketing strategies included technological developments, management support, and high internet usage by the public. Inhibiting factors identified were limited human resources with digital competencies, limited marketing budgets, and low digital literacy among some customers.

Abstract

The embroidery industry is highly competitive, requiring companies to produce high-quality products. However, the embroidery process still exhibits a relatively high level of risk. From July to December, total production reached 22,000 units, with 1,200 units being defective, or approximately 5.45%. This study aimed to determine the highest risk level in the embroidery process using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, analyze the root causes using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and provide recommendations for improvement. The results revealed seven types of risks in the embroidery process. Based on the FMEA analysis, the first highest risk was the embroidery machine suddenly stopping (RPN 432), the second was thread breaking during operation (RPN 384), and the third was tangled or clumped embroidery during the installation process (RPN 252). The FTA analysis indicated that the main causes stemmed from machine factors and production process settings. Recommendations for improvement include re-inspecting the machine to prevent failures and re-inspecting before production

Abstract

PT X is a shoe manufacturing company in Sidoarjo, East Java that produces shoes. The company still faces a product defect rate that exceeds the quality standard of 5%, with an average defect rate of 8.11% so that systematic quality control is needed. This study aims to analyze the dominant types of shoe product defects and identify their root causes. The Statistical Process Control (SPC) method is a method used to ensure that each production process runs according to standards so that the resulting product meets consumer quality requirements, while Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is a top-down analysis that traces cause-and-effect relationships to break down peak events to their root causes, and provide recommendations for improvement. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and production and defect data for the period May–October 2025. The results showed that the most dominant type of defect in the shoe production process was untidy stitching of 10,326 pieces. The causes came from human and machine factors, such as lack of operator accuracy, machine setting errors, and worn machine component conditions that caused product defects. To reduce this, recommendations for improvements are provided, such as improving operator skills and regular machine maintenance and adjustments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok content personalization on the purchase decision of Wardah Beauty Official products. The three main indicators of personalization analyzed include content relevance, content suitability and satisfaction with user preferences, and the frequency of content appearing on For You Page (FYP) pages. The method used was quantitative explanatory, with data collection techniques through an online questionnaire to 88 respondents who had been exposed to Wardah content on TikTok Shop. The analysis was carried out using a multiple linear regression model assisted by SmartPLS. The results showed that the three variables of content personalization did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that even though content has been personalized, it is not necessarily able to encourage consumers to make a purchase. These findings imply the need for a more comprehensive marketing approach to create purchase conversions on social media platforms like TikTok.
