Abstract

The questions about the special role in the rational health food of the population are given to the creation of fundamentally new, balanced in the composition of products, enriched functional ingredients. Taking into account the chemical composition and technological properties of vegetables and vegetable pastes, vegetables that help to increase the nutritional value of finished products can be promising enhancers of the quality of flour confectionery products.

Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the innovative model of higher education. Attention is drawn to the directions of activities of higher education in the innovation process. It is shown that innovations in education are a necessity of time. The main indicator of innovation is a progressive beginning in the development of the higher education in comparison with the established traditions and mass practice. Therefore, innovation in the education system are associated with changes in objectives, content, methods and technologies, forms of organization and management system; in the styles of teaching and organizing educational process; the system of monitoring and evaluation of the level of education; training and methodological support; the curriculum and programs; a funding system.

Abstract

In this work we considered a parabolic system of two quasilinear reaction-diffusion equations for a biological population problem of the Kolmogorov-Fisher type describes the process of a biological population in a nonlinear two-component medium. We studied the qualitative properties of the solution to Cauchy problem based on self-similar analysis and its numerical solutions using the methods of modern computer technologies, to study the methods of linearization to the convergence of the iterative process with further visualization.

Abstract

The article provides recommendations for hydraulic calculations and shore protection in the construction of protection and adjustment facilities to create safe conditions in the settlements along the river in the lower reaches of the Amudarya and to prevent flooding in arable lands. In our previous work, the morphological characteristics of the riverbed in the lower reaches of the Amudarya were studied, the calculated calculations were used and recommendations for the use of gabion structures to strengthen the river banks were developed.

Abstract

The article, examines the design of a modern energy efficient building that meets international standards. In the section of architecture and construction, first of all, the master plan of the projected building is drawn up. Because the building building must meet the QMQ requirements. The climate of Urgut was studied and the wind directions were determined. The city of Urgut is located in the II zone. Zone II covers mountain oases, valleys, lands with good climatic conditions, beautiful flat mountains. Therefore, a design solution was developed that fully took into account the external environmental conditions (plants, gardens and orchards, ponds, calm air of mountains and valleys), and also took into account the main directions of local winds.
