Abstract

Phosphorites S.K are the main phosphate raw materials for the factories of Uzbekistan producing phosphorus-containing fertilizers. The article presents the kinetics of decomposition of phosphorites S.K. sulfuric and extraction phosphoric acids. According to the data obtained, most of the phosphorite (52-65%) decomposes within 10 minutes, and then the process of opening the phosphate is sharply measured. With an equal total rate of acids, an increase in the proportion of sulfuric acid contributes to a deeper decomposition of phosphate. For 3 hours of interaction, an increase in the amount of sulfuric acid contributes to an increase in the degree of opening of the fossil raw material from 83.9 to 90.1%, at a process temperature of 80 ° C at 90 ° C from 89.8 to 93%.

Abstract

In the result of the necessity increase of medicinal plants, the amount of preparing their raw materials is raising too. This is resulting in the decrease of a number of medicinal plants in places where they grow; it may result in sharp limitation or complete decrease of the preparation of raw materials. Taking into consideration all these, germination of medicinal plants in conditions of irrigated typical brown soils and studying the influence of fertilizers on their raw materials and quality are considered as important problems of present time. For example, medicinal chamomile plant is one of the same plants. Over the past few years a number of scientists have been working on scientific investigations. As a result, leaves, stem, root and other parts of the plant were studied thoroughly and have been used in folk and modern medicine. А. Тurova, E. Sapojnikova made major investigations in 1982. Kh.Kh.Kholmatov, Due to the references given by А.I.Kosimov (1992-1999), А.Yo. Ibragimov (2005), А.Shomakhmudov (1993) Kh.Kh.Kholmatov, U. Yu. М. Мurdakhayev(1990-2001) and others, types of chamomile belong to Aasteraceae family and is considered to be a plant. MatricariaL flower of chamomile is used as a medical raw material. Its flower contains essential oil, carotene, vitamin C and other substances. In scientific medicine it is used as a means against inflammation, antiseptic, sedative, sweat and gas releasing. Hamazulene in the content of chamomile essential oil is widely used in medicine. Chamomile flower is used in chamomile tea and preparation of different herbs collection.

Abstract

The article deals with ways and forms of expressing subjective estimation of diminutive terms of nouns in modern Karakalpak. In spite of some works on this theme, it remains insufficiently explored in modern Karakalpak language.One of the forms of expressing subjective estimation of diminutive terms of nouns is affixation.This study presents the formation of diminutive affixes of nouns– sha/ - she, shaq/ - shek, -shyq/-shik ,-ek// -kin modern Karakalpak language. The paper first presents the characteristics of subjective evaluation and expressiveness of nouns. Next, the paper reviews the studies on subjective forms of the noun in Turkic linguistics. Then analysis of the diminutive suffixes of nouns in modernKarakalpak language is given,concluding that, diminutive forms in the Karakalpak language are expressed by means of diminutive affixes. These include the affixes-sha/ - she, - shak/ - shek, - shyk/ - shik, -ek /-k and give a diminutive meaning to a person, object, animal names, etc. and create a new form.

Abstract

Stroke is one of the leading causes of death. Every 7th patient with stroke is of a hemorrhagic nature, from which the mortality rate is 35-40%, and disability is 75%, and 10% disabled are bedridden. The disease has social impact, as it is common among working-age population. In the past three decades, neurosurgeons conducted an active search for and introduction of new methods of treatment of primary intracerebral hematomas. That is, patients with extravasations have the most pronounced neurological deficit and require prompt action to eliminate it. Thus, the admission of patients to specialized neurosurgical department, the proper selection of patients for surgery, the use in surgery minimally invasive methods and usage of modern technologies postoperative mortality does not exceed 25%, and the time from diagnosis to the possibility of a complete rehabilitation therapy is 1.5-2 weeks

Abstract

Human resources are valuable assets in an organization which can bring significant effect in achieving its objectives organization and is in the determination of the capital stock of the company. The influence of servant leadership and person organization fit against turnover intention with organizational commitment as variable no intervening. The research used a quantitative study. The research was taken at PT. XYZ. The research population was a production line whole workers in PT. XYZ 336 employees. The research sample was 128 people with purposive sampling. The data collection used questioners. The data analysis used path analysis with SPSS data software. The research results show that servant leadership and person organization fit had an influence on comittment organizational and turnover intention then servant leadership and person organization fit had an influence on turnover intention through comittment organizational as no intervening variable production line PT. XYZ.

Abstract

Student-athletes have dual demand namely academics and sports achievements. Grit is able to explain student-athletes perseverance and consistency for their achievements. This study aimed to describe the level of Grit in student-athletes at SMA Negeri Olahraga Jawa Timur. This study is a descriptive quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 214 student-athletes in academic year 2020/2021 and the sample were 135 studentsathletes with the sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. Measuring instrument used in this study was a Grit scale consists of 12 items (α = 0,671). The results showed moderate level grit was 72,6% and high level grit was 27,4% it can be concluded that student athletes Grit level tends to be high

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun sumber data yang didapat yakni data sekunder yang didapat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data akan dianalisa dengan metode uji asumsi klasik, uji goodnes of fit model dan regresi linier berganda. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu beban pajak tangguhan, profitabilitas dan tingkat hutang, variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu manajemen laba. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan beban pajak tangguhan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap manajemen laba. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa manajemen laba tidak dapat diukur melalui variabel beban pajak tangguhan dan profitabilitas. Namun variabel tingkat hutang atau leverage berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa tingkat hutang suatu perusahaan bisa dijadikan pedoman dalam menentukan manajemen laba.

Abstract

The article is devoted to study the nutrition of pregnant women living in rural areas. At the same time, the theoretical basis of organization of rational nutrition of pregnant women is studied on the basis of an analysis of the literature, which determines the relative status of vitamins in the daily diet, provides appropriate recommendations for correcting existing changes are provided. Based on the above, the scientific basis for the organization of proper nutrition of pregnant women is illustrated.
