Abstract

Twitter as one of the microblogging websites has gained its popularity dues to ease sharing of contents in various forms, which include text, images and links. Social media users post and share real time messages about their opinions or comments on a variety of topics, express their typhoon. The Super typhoon Ompong has been considered as powerful typhoon that struck the Island of Luzon September 15, 2018. It has been the strongest typhoon to strike Luzon since Typhoon Megi in 2010. With this, many tweets have been generated expressing people’s real time reactions and opinions whether it is positive, negative or neutral regarding this phenomena. Owing to the increasing high coverage and impact of Twitter, opinions of people on some issues and their emotion towards the super typhoon ompong were shared through social media can be significantly influenced. It is in this context, that the researchers conducted this study to perform the opinion to emotion mining based on the sentiment analysis towards super typhoon ompong were data was generated and collected through a post and message on twitter. Specifically, it sought to determine the sentiments before, during and after the landfall; and perform data visualization using word cloud.

Abstract

Stubble burning is one of the major problems in India since last decade. During winter season mostly north India is blanketed under smog which is mostly contributed by farm stubble burning, causing pollution, low visibility, breathlessness to major three states & UT -Delhi, Punjab and Haryana. Its permanent solution is the need of the hour which involves the contribution of good governance, scientific aspects and cooperation. This article tries to highlight the various implications and way forward for this problem.

Abstract

The social, political, economic, cultural and educational changes that took place in Turkestan in the late 19th and early 20th centuries were one of the first steps towards independence. Our Jadids, especially Mahmudkhoja Behbudi, have shown great interest in studying his life and work. Mahmudhoja Behbudi was both a publisher, a journalist, and the founder of Uzbek drama, not only a geographer, but also a skilled politician. In particular, in more than 300 articles he speaks about language issues, social problems, our traditions, school life, which he did not overlook during his travels to the Middle East, and the travels of Turkestan pilgrims.’’ Qasdi Safar’’ is a unique travelogue that has a place among created the memoirs in the East.

Abstract

Adsorption refining was carried out in the laboratory to determine the equilibrium time of the "oil-adsorbent" in a heterogeneous system. whitewashing process in activated Askamar bentonite (1) When carried out at 70 0 C, the chlorophyll content of the oil was absorbed at a rate of 0.2 mmol / g for up to 30 min, after which this value remained unchanged, as well as in Pakistan bentonite obtained for control, this value was 0.22 mmol / g.

Abstract

The occurrence of root and foot rot diseases on winter wheat fields has been surveyed in 16 districts of six regions of Uzbekistan. Reports about wide occurrence of Fusarium root and foot rots on wheat fields have been confirmed, and causal agents have mostly been identified. For the first time in Uzbekistan severe infection of winter wheat seedlings with common root rot (caused by B. sorokiniana) has been determined on irrigated fields in two districts of Bukhara region. For the first time in the country infection of winter wheat seedlings with a root rot caused by the new for a country incitant of the disease, a fungus Microdochium bolleyi, has been determined in the Andijan region. For the first time an infection of winter wheat seedlings with both the cereal cyst nematode belonging to the Heterodera avenae group and Fusarium sp. has been registered in one field of the Tashkent region.

Abstract

Although many algorithms and methods have been developed for assessing the reliability of component software systems (CBSS), much more research is needed. An accurate assessment of the reliability of CBSS is difficult because it depends on two factors: the reliability of the components and the reliability of the glue code. Moreover, reliability is a real-world phenomenon associated with many real-time problems. Soft computing techniques can help solve problems for which solutions are uncertain or unpredictable. A number of soft computing approaches have been proposed to assess the reliability of CBSS. These methods learn from the past and capture existing patterns in the data. The two main elements of soft computing are neural networks and fuzzy logic. In this article, we propose a model for assessing the reliability of CBSS, known as Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), which builds on these two basic elements of soft computing, and compare its performance to that of a simple FIS (Fuzzy Inference System) for different datasets
