Abstract

In recent years, large-scale reforms have been implemented in our country to increase the level of coverage of the population with higher education services, and to improve the quality indicators of the educational services provided to the population. In particular, President Mirziyoyev has set the task of "developing public-private partnership in the field of higher education, increasing the level of coverage with higher education from 50 percent based on the organization of state and non-state higher education institutions in the regions, and creating a healthy competitive environment in the field" until 2030 will prove the ongoing reforms indicate that the follower will continue in the following years.

Abstract

The study investigates the effect of radiation on thin-film elements utilizing bismuth and antimony chalcogenides. Radiation-induced damage in such materials is of significant interest due to their promising properties for applications in optoelectronic devices. The research employed a series of experiments to examine the response of thin-film elements under various radiation conditions. Results demonstrate the impact of radiation on the structural, electrical, and optical properties of bismuth and antimony chalcogenide thin films, shedding light on their suitability for radiation-hardened devices.

Abstract

The utilization of Arduino-based laboratories has emerged as a valuable tool for monitoring and controlling environmental factors in biological processes. This article presents a comprehensive methodology for setting up an Arduino-based laboratory to monitor temperature, pH, and oxygen levels. The methodology includes sensor selection, calibration techniques, power supply considerations, data acquisition and storage methods, environmental factor management, user interface design, and safety considerations. By following these methods, researchers and educators can collect real-time data, analyze trends, and gain valuable insights into various biological phenomena. The successful implementation of the Arduino-based laboratory enables advancements in biotechnology research and education, optimizing biological processes and enhancing our understanding of complex biological systems.

Abstract

This study investigates the frequency, amplitude, and duration characteristics of sounds in phonetics and their implications for speech production and perception. Through a comprehensive analysis of speech data, including acoustic measurements and phonetic transcription, the study explores the acoustic properties of speech sounds across languages and dialects. The frequency analysis reveals distinct formant frequencies associated with vowel height, backness, and consonant characteristics such as broad spectra in fricatives and transient bursts in plosives. Amplitude analysis highlights differences between vowels and consonants, with vowels generally exhibiting higher amplitudes and conveying emphasis and stress. Duration analysis shows that vowels have longer durations compared to consonants, with variations based on stress and syllable timing patterns. The findings provide valuable insights into the production, transmission, and perception of speech sounds, contributing to our understanding of phonetic inventories, language-specific patterns, and speech perception models. Further research is needed to expand the investigation to diverse languages and dialects to enhance our understanding of the acoustic properties of sounds in phonetics and their linguistic variations.
