Abstract

Currently, in many developed countries, the digital economy and the factors of their development have a significant impact, and the digital economy plays an important role in the life of society. The article describes the definitions and different approaches to the category of "digital economy". Also, the essence, classification, development trends, advantages and disadvantages of electronic commerce, which is part of the digital economy, are shown on the example of foreign countries. Proposals and recommendations for the development of electronic commerce in Uzbekistan have been developed.

Abstract

This research aims to 1)Analyzing the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction during a pandemic at the Manado branch of PT Jasaraharja Putera; 2) Analyze the effect of Information Quality on Customer Satisfaction during a pandemic at the Manado branch of PT Jasaraharja Putera; 3) Analyze the effect of Service Quality on Repurchase Intention during a pandemic at the Manado branch of PT Jasaraharja Putera; 4) Analyze the effect of Information Quality on Repurchase Intention during a pandemic at the Manado branch of PT Jasaraharja Putera; 5) Analyze the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention during a pandemic at the Manado branch of PT Jasaraharja Putera. This research was conducted at PT Jasaraharja Putera Manado Branch. The sample used in this research is a customer who buys back at PT Jasaraharja Putera Manado Branch, a total of 140 customers. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. This research is a type of quantitative research using path analysis techniques (path analysis). This study also uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model to obtain latent variable relationships and to predict construct structural indicators. The results showed that there was a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction, as indicated by a significance value of P values of 0.00 <0.05, which means that there was a significant effect between service quality variables on customer satisfaction. There is an insignificant effect between the variable quality of information on customer satisfaction as indicated by the significance value of P values of 0.19>0.05. It can be concluded that there is no significant effect of information quality on customer satisfaction. There is a significant effect between service quality on repurchase intention with a significance value of P Values 0.02 <0.05. There is no significant effect between the quality of information on repurchase intention, as indicated by the significance value of P values of 0.09>0.05. It can be concluded that the quality of information does not significantly influence repurchase intention. There is a significant influence between customer satisfaction as a moderating variable on repurchase intention P values of 0.00>0.05.

Abstract

The phenomena or problems that exist so that this research is raised are due to the rise of skimming banking crimes or acts of theft of information or breaking into accounts by illegally copying data contained on the magnetic stripe of credit or debit cards. This was experienced by a customer from SulutGo bank some time ago.This can have an impact on the condition of SulutGo Bank because when customers do not feel comfortable and safe, customers are no longer loyal. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality, brand equity, brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the hypothesis test found that simultaneously perceived quality, brand equity, brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty, but partially perceived quality has no effect on brand loyalty. The result of the correlation coefficient or R is 0.560, this indicates that the influence between perceived quality (X1), brand equity (X2), brand image (X3) and brand trust (X4) to brand loyalty (Y) for Bank Sulutgo customers, the main branch in Manado City, has a moderate relationship of 56%. It can also be seen that the results of the coefficient of determination or R square (r2) is 0.612 which indicates that 61.2% of brand loyalty (Y) is influenced by perceived quality (X1), brand equity (X2), brand image (X3) and brand trust (X4). ) while the remaining 38.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. For the Sulutgo bank, the main branch in Manado City, to pay more attention to factors such as perceived quality, brand equity, brand image and brand trust.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of Time Scarcity Promotion, Hedonic Shopping Motives, Utilitarian Shopping Motives and E-WoM on Impulse Buying behavior. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, collecting data using a questionnaire. The quantitative analysis method used is validity, reliability, classical assumptions and multiple regression using the SPSS 25 application. Shopee is an E-Commerce platform that offers a variety of attractive programs to attract more consumers. Along with the progress of E-Commerce, Impulse Buying behavior in society has developed. The results of the study show that simultaneously Time Scarcity Promotion, Hedonic Shopping Motives, Utilitarian Shopping Motives and E-WoM have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying behavior. Then partially each variable Time Scarcity Promotion, Hedonic Shopping Motives, Utilitarian Shopping Motives has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying behavior, while E-WoM partially has a positive and insignificant effect.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism is affects the environment of the host country, where tourists conduct their activities, tourism boosts the economy. In order to assess the contribution of tourism to sustainability, the study paper looks into how tourism affects the environment. For an in-depth investigation, the researcher has thought about gathering qualitative data from multiple sources. To extract more qualitative data to support the study's purpose, an inductive approach has been used. The research showed that tourism has an impact on the environment, as evidenced by the economic, health, and social factors that have both good and bad effects.
