Abstract

Language is the main way of communication between people, and it is great if they speak the same language, but what if communication becomes impossible when the interlocutors speak different languages? Translation skills come to our aid here. The importance of translation and its special place in people's lives is becoming increasingly clear. Thanks to translation, people who speak different languages can communicate in multi-ethnic countries, translation provides cross-language and cross-cultural communication, and various teachings and religions are spread through translation. During the translation process, the specialist must pay attention to many factors that affect the adequacy and correctness of the translation.

Abstract

The environmental pollution is a burning issue before the contemporary world. The environmental pollution is not a major problem before humankind, even including the living beings, plant life and nature has to suffer due to the greediness of man. The environmental pollution is caused by the misusing exploiting the nature of man which has to suffer f even our next generation. Population explosion, highly industrialization, misusing the nature, irresponsible nature is the major reasons for the environmental pollution. The environmental pollution is having its own causes, effects which are horrible some times, but by having some remedial measures, we can decrease the level of environmental pollution, and by some judiciously acts, we can maintain the purify of mature.

Abstract

Ensuring food security of the state is one of the most important issues in modern conditions. Effective state regulation of the agricultural sector, which is considered one of the most important and priority sectors of the economy, is considered one of the market relations in modern times, as in different periods. The agricultural sector is also the basis of food security. Preventive measures taken by the state envisage the establishment of food independence in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The "Strategic Roadmap for the National Economy", adopted on December 26, 2016, envisages a plan for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The establishment of the Procurement and Supply OJSC under the Ministry of Agriculture on December 14, 2018 was established to ensure that the product is collected, supplied and exported to the internal and external markets without losses

Abstract

In this article, the author addresses the legal aspects of the conclusion of international agreements between the subjects of private law, in particular smart contracts. Systemic analyzes of private-level contracts based on the practice of German law and a number of other states, as well as on the basis of a comparative analysis method with a written form of contracts, positive and negative aspects of the nature of smart-contracts were revealed. The concluding opinions on the impact of smart contracts for foreign economic stability are given, and to the prospect of the individual relations of subjects in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Abstract

The main aim of this study is to investigate the impact of marketing stimulus on customer intention to purchase green products and customer attitude, as well as to examine the mediating role of customer attitude between marketing stimulus and green product purchase intention. A survey was used to gather information from the residence of ampara district, total of 350 questionnaires were issued and 310 responses were received . The proposed model was tested using structural equation modeling, and confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the reliability and validity. The main finding of this study is that the marketing stimulus influences consumer intention to buy green products and customer attitude positively, while customer attitude fully mediate the relationship between marketing stimulus and green product purchase intention among respondents.
