Abstract

In 2014 Bank BTN opened its priority outlet in Manado City, North Sulawesi. For approximately 6 years, the Manado Branch Priority Outlet managed to raise funds with a total under management of IDR 189 billion consisting of several investment products. With a total of 325 customers, BTN Prioritas is here to facilitate customers in terms of wealth management with savings products, deposits, bonds, mutual funds, and bancassurance. The purpose of this study is to see how much influence several factors have on making investment decisions for priority customers at Bank BTN Manado Branch Office. There are 4 independent variables in this study, namely risk perception, interest rate perception, investment knowledge, and risk perception. And one dependent variable, namely investment decisions. This study uses primary data, and the population used is priority customers of Bank BTN Manado Branch Office who have managed funds of more than or equal to five hundred million rupiah. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with the Likert scale method to measure customer perceptions of each independent variable. The analytical method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether brand image, product quality, and price perception have a simultaneous and partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Toyota Avanza PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado during the PPnBM policy. As respondents, 97 respondents were buyers of Toyota Avanza cars from March 2021 to August 2021. This study uses the analysis method of validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear and regression, and coefficient of determination test. This study found that simultaneously or simultaneously brand image, product quality, and price perception affect consumer purchasing decisions for Toyota Avanza during the PPnBM policy. Separately or partially only brand image has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Therefore, the Toyota Avanza brand image must continue to be improved even though it is well known.

Abstract

This study focused on tourists‘ behavioural pattern in the consumption of region-specific tangible and intangible cultural heritage resources in Nigeria. It addresses the extent to which demand for and the production of heritage tourism in Nigeria can be identified by categorization of cultural heritage consumers. The major objective is to define tourist‘s behavioural consumption pattern of region-specific cultural heritage resources in terms of identified consumer category or market segment. Data set for the study was gathered through questionnaires structured on 5-point likert scale and yes or no response option. 4,750 respondents were analyzed using the simple descriptive analysis. factors found to influence consumption of cultural heritage resource in relation to other purchase during the event in order of importance include income; Religion; Culture/Cultural Practice; distance from urban center; Gender; Patriotism and Age. Result of the effect of other structures of the event authentic environment on behaviour are landscape (Historic sites, built environment, topography; food and drinks;, handicraft ; music and dance; and rituals. Result showed that consumption of region-specific cultural heritage resource is dynamic and vary between regions. Generally region-specific cultural heritage resource consumers are roaming cultrophiles.The study conclude that there is significant tourists‘consumption pattern of region specific tangible and intangible heritage in relation to the factors influencing cross-sectorial linkage and purchases

Abstract

Today, non-state non-profit organizations are an integral part of society as an active participant in socio-political processes and gradually occupy a significant place in the public life of the country in the way of building a civil society. Nowadays, the activities of non-state non-profit organizations s in Uzbekistan are primarily aimed at alleviating the social costs of implementing the reform program by creating conditions for protecting the poor, elderly and disabled members of society, expanding employment and professional reorientation of the population, promoting reforms in rural areas and small towns, stimulating development of small and medium-sized businesses. Therefore, this article discusses the solution to the problems of remuneration audit in non-state non-profit organizations (NSNPO) in Uzbekistan. And also, the procedure for auditing the accounting of labor remuneration in non-governmental non-profit organizations is recommended.
