Abstract

SMEs are one of the micro-enterprises that empower home-based industries. Indonesian SMEs have a contribution of 15.8% to the global production supply chain at the ASEAN level. The development of MSMEs from year to year is influenced by the use of information technology and information systems. E-commerce is one of the technologies that support the development of SMEs and trade today. Advances in technology, computers, and telecommunications support the development of E-Commerce in Indonesia. With the internet, business actors no longer need to experience difficulties in obtaining any information. The beauty of nature makes the city of Manado synonymous with tourism. The growth of the tourism sector encourages other economic sectors to also develop, namely culinary and handicrafts. In Manado, culinary and handicraft businesses are mostly run by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through the #TerusUsaha program pioneered by Grab For Good which is a concrete step from Grab to increase the ability, capacity, and reach for MSMEs and individuals in welcoming the future. ahead of the digital economy. The purpose of this study was to find out more about the factors that influence the participation intention of MSME actors through the #Keep Business program initiated by Grab. The four variables used in this study are Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk, and Perceived Trust. This study uses multilinear regression to analyze the effect of the variables perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, perceived risk, and perceived trust as independent variables. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived risk have no significant effect on the Grab for Good program, while perceptions of convenience and perceptions of trust have a significant and positive effect on the Grab for Good program

Abstract

Inequality and exclusion are the two biggest problems of economy and world. The roots of these problems are gone very deep. So to eradicate the problems of exclusion, inclusion growth is so much necessary. Many researchers have realized that the problems of exclusion create obstacles in the path of inclusion. Thus the inclusive growth is mandatory for the sustainable growth and development of economy. Providing opportunities for every person for improving his standard of living is necessary for a developing and prosperous economy and country. People’s growth is possible when they are connected with vital networks of modern economy. Many people, especially women, still lack access to financial services as well as financial literacy, which is a key for social inclusion. Financial access means access to a full suite of financial services provided with quality for everyone who can use financial services. Financial inclusion means to provide sustainable, affordable, safe, accessible life to human being with the help of a tool which is called finance. It helps in mobilizing the saving of person, make money from money, taking affordable loans, deposit money into banks, taking insurance for protecting their own lives and their families. Thus in this paper my main emphasis on the financial inclusion and economic growth.

Abstract

Macedonia and its integration into the EU has a difficult road ahead of it, but even this time it will succeed when we compare the difficulties it went through. Once again, it will affirm its right and live equally with all the peoples of the Balkans and beyond. Macedonia's era of independence is characterized by reforms in education, health, trade, state administration, executive, legislature and judiciary, etc. Regional cooperation is a central element of the European Union's efforts to advance the reform process in the Western Balkan countries and to help the region achieve economic prosperity and political stability. In this paper, a special place is occupied by international trade, which is realized mainly in the currencies of large economies that are widely accepted as international means of payment, so Macedonia will pay attention to the economic development of the country. Other problems plaguing developing countries and Macedonia include volatile export markets, deteriorating trade conditions and limited access to markets in industrialized countries. In general, the paper addresses many areas that Macedonia needs to consider in order to integrate into the structures of the European Union. However, the pace, dimensions and scope of Macedonia's EU integration reforms are now addressed by the country's political elite, democratic institutions and its citizens.

Abstract

The changing lifestyle of Muslim ladies nowadays requires a kind of clothing that fits their active lifestyle, especially when traveling and going on a holiday. However, they must bring many clothes such as long-sleeved clothing and long scarves to suit their attire that complies with the Syariah. Hoodies are becoming a typical style for them due to their simplicity. Therefore, the new inventive dress for Muslim ladies is designed and named Hoodjabie Wear. This new attire is appropriate for Muslim ladies’ daily activities and traveling. I want to address the problem that the hijab will be out of place after a while. Therefore, I want to consider how we can provide women with the options they deserve – hijabs that they can wear easily and travel freely, securely, comfortably, and beautifully. When people travel, especially overseas, they tend to wear a hoodie because it is comfortable and gets cold when riding the plane. For women, specifically, those who wear hijabs, wearing a hoodie sometimes will crumple their hijab or scarf every time they use the hood over their head.

Abstract

Theme parks are star actors in the tourist industry and play a unique and crucial role in driving tourism demand. Theme parks are the primary drivers of tourism to several destinations and integral components of the tourism product. In addition to a growing number of parks, competition in the market for theme parks is intensifying compared to other leisure activities. In many regions, however, the need for theme parks appears to be reaching saturation, and parks must accommodate increasingly demanding guests. This case study examines the development of new theme parks in Malaysia concerning the planning and implementation of tourism policies for Malaysia. Given the trends of a growing number of theme parks, environmental limits, and increasingly discerning consumer demand, it can be argued that they must optimize their operations to survive in this competitive market.
