Abstract

Academic information system is a management information system that manages and regulates various activities within an institute or college. In the operation of the academic information system requires several interconnected components such as software hadware and operators. The academic information system at the Institut Sains dan Teknologi Al-Kamal (ISTA) was built by utilizing information technology and to maintain the quality of the system, an end user satisfaction assessment is needed which aims to determine whether the quality of the system has met the needs of the user or not yet. One of the system evaluation methods used is the PIECES Framework. The PIECES Framework is a system evaluation framework related to performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and service. The study aims to measure the level of user satisfaction with the academic information system, and to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the academic information system. This study consists of several stages and one of the stages is the data collection process using a questionnaire technique, where the sample used is twenty five users, namely students of the Institut Sains dan Teknologi Al-Kamal. The result of this study are in the form of a user satisfaction index, which is 3.52 where this value states the level of user satisfaction with academic information system and is in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

Pineapple is a fruit commodity that is superior to Indonesia. This is because pineapple is afruit that has the highest export volume in Indonesia. To obtain pineapples with perfectripeness, they are generally selected manually, this becomes inefficient if large quantities ofpineapples are selected. So, in this study an image processing system will be developed thatcan classify the ripeness of pineapple fruit based on its image. In this study, the color featureextraction used is feature extraction based on hue and saturation values. Color featureextraction with hue and saturation is used to obtain various information from the colors inthe image so as to facilitate the identification process. Furthermore, Linear DiscriminateAnalysis will get the optimal projection to be able to enter spaces with smaller dimensions bydoing pattern recognitionwhich can be separated so that they can be grouped based on the boundary line obtainedfrom the linear equation. Based on the results of the accuracy test, the accuracy levelreaches 83%, which is included in the good category

Abstract

Utilization of computer technology makes processing of data and information can be done quickly and accurately. Advances in technology and information also provide many conveniences in processing inventory data. inventory of goods is the recording of data related to goods or assets that exist in the organization. Institute of Technology and Business (ITBis) Lembah Dempo has not fully implemented an information system for data, especially in inventory processing. This study aims to design an inventory information system that will be used as an effort to increase the efficiency of computerized inventory recording that can be implemented at the Institute of Technology and Business (ITBis) Lembah Dempo. In designing this inventory information system using a prototyping system development method and a database designed using an ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram).

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the form of digital, libraries have changed their form from conventional to digital which is often referred to as 'digital libraries' or digital libraries. The existence of the digital library itself is the same as its name which is in digital form so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime through Android phones, tablets, notebooks, laptops and computers connected to the internet network. Digital libraries are not only useful for non-disabled users but all types of users including disabled users. The writing of this article is carried out using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques carried out by means of literature studies to obtain theoretical references related to the problem being studied through library materials from various reference sources. A digital library or digital library is an organized system consisting of hardware, software, electronic collections, and librarians or library staff who are responsible for collecting and managing them. Efforts in developing digital libraries include: Smooth and fast internet access, Preparation of hardware and software, Publication and socialization, Cooperation system, and Creativity. Furthermore, disabled users are users who have physical deficiencies so that they have special needs in accessing information. The existence of inclusive services means that librarians should not distinguish between non-disabled users and disabled users.

Abstract

A lot of factors, including noise, have a harmful impact on the health of people from all walks of life, including unborn children. In the medical field, grouping research utilizing WOA was required. Data is gathered from a number of reliable sources, including IEEE and Scopus. Practical applications serve as a "Laboratory" in the action research methodology for testing theories. on items that have been synthesized. Regarding WOA for medicinal purposes, there are three basic concepts. The plan calls for the use of WOA for medical diagnostic. A population-based method called the Whale Optimization Method (WOA) uses a randomized collectivist humpback whale sample to improve prospective solutions. Three of the 74 journals gathered satisfied the predetermined criteria.
