Abstract

Batam city is a city where many travelers passsing from local or overseas because it’s situated between Singapore and Malaysia so this city responsible to accommodate people such as hotel, although it’s high but there’s no tourism destination place that made travelers facing trouble to decide shortest path. Dijkstra’s algorithm is the answer for solving shortest path problem to our location. We can use present technology to decide which way is nearest with Google Map, but present technology doesn’t ensure us to give the best answer. Research about determination of closest distance culinary place using dijkstra’s algorithm with Open Street Map as the data source is conducted to see or compare the result from Google Map. The data in OSM is obtained by OSMnx, newest tool to capture data such as map and show visual of map. OSMnx can obtain data with ease by coding using python. The data result as visual between Google Map and OSMnx are same so OSMnx can give answer for choosing the shortest path, and accuracy of OSMnx to show the data is 85,7%.

Unreal Engine is the best choice for simulation and unreal engine have so many useful tools. Game are a high of entertainment that is in great demand by the public and children. Abstract

abstrack The role of technology that develops in everyday life has many benefits, The benefits of this information technology have a long-term development impact, so that in the development of the technological age it is bound to change, information and communication technology can help facilitate people in various sectors of life, wrong one of them is the tourism sector, an area that has interesting tourist attractions to explore in Indonesia is Batam City. Batam City has tourism potential that is very interesting to explore. The special natural beauty that is still preserved makes it one of the tourist destinations that have its own charm, but unfortunately at this time tourist attractions in Batam City are still not exposed to the results of this research making tourism accessible in real time fast and accurate. The method used is waterfall with SDLC which consists of planning, analysis, planning, implementation and maintenance.

Abstract

PT. Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi has several employees scattered in several rooms. Communication media is the most important way to maintain communication between employees. Previously, the communication media used in PT Batam Bintan Telecommunication was a PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) phone, but in the PT. Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi has several employees scattered in several rooms. Communication media is the most important way to maintain communication between employees. Previously, the communication media used in PT Batam Bintan Telecommunication was a PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) phone, but in the implementation of PABX the phone is not optimal because each room has only one PABX Line while in one room consists of eight employees. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize communication system between employees of PT Batam Bintan telecommunications. Communication system optimization is done by implementing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) as pabx replacement communication media. Voip is implemented using Trixbox server, SIP phone, Zoiper, MicroSIP as an application to make calls on client computers and VPN as security between clients. Each employee will be created a VoIP account that is listed on the trixboxx server by providing a telephone number and password on the VoIP account.Based on the results of the study, the application of VoIP on computers in the PT environment. Batam Bintan telecommunications connected by Trixbox server, VoIP can facilitate communication between employees that is useful to support employee performance. With this VoIP is expected to replace the previous communication used in PT. Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi is by replacing PABX with VoIP by utilizing internet facilities at PT. Batam Bintan Telecommunications.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the discovery of various defects in the production process so that companies need to take quality control measures to maintain the quality of their products, so that their products can be accepted by consumers. PT Amtek Engineering Batam is a manufacturing company that produces stators. The purpose of this study was to analyze quality control, types of defects and the factors causing stator defects. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, product defect data, and stator total production data. The data is processed using the sqc method, namely check sheets, Pareto diagrams, P control charts, and fishbone diagrams. The results of data analysis using the P map, Over lapping defects and Gap defects are outside the upper control limits. Based on the Pareto diagram it can be concluded that the type of Over lapping defect is the highest with the number of 4,242 pcs or 48.2%, the type of Gap defect is 3,306 pcs or 37.6% and Scratched defect is 1,256 pcs or 14, 2%. Based on the fishbone diagram, it is found that machine factors are the main cause of product defects.

Abstract

Work fatigue is one of the occupational health and safety problems that can be a risk factor for accidents at work. Fatigue can be caused by several factors, both internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of fatigue and the factors that affect worker fatigue. This study uses mental workload analysis methods with the NASA TLX assessment questionnaire, and work fatigue with the Subjective Self Rating Test questionnaire from the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC). The population in this study were 18 people. Sampling in this study was carried out by saturated sampling. Primary data collection using a questionnaire and secondary. The data processing technique used data analysis techniques, namely the chi-square test and correlation. Based on the results of research conducted, it was found that the score of work fatigue was 47.17. The score is classified as a high level of fatigue. This means that immediate action is needed to fix it in order to reduce the level of work fatigue which will have an impact on work accidents

Abstract

The development of the world oil and gas industry (Oil & Gas) in the world has been going on for a long time. The purpose of this study is to identify the quality control of protector products to meet the standards set by the company. The results of this study are the product requirements that consumers need based on the QFD method are the dimensions of the protector according to the size of the pipe, the protector can be perfectly installed on the pipe, thread. The protector can grip the thread of the pipe tightly, the thread resistance of the protector is economical, the protector can be installed easily, the protector design has room for sealing, the protector design is resistant to impacts and cracks. Then do a relationship matrix table, followed by making palaning matrix, then calculating priority identification such as goals, sales points, improvement ratio, row weight normalize row weight. Then determine technical priority such as absolute importance with a total of 688 and an average of 98.29. then the relative importance is 100% and the average is 14.29%. then proceed with the House Of Quality (HOQ) matrix.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of establishing a branch of the Texas Barbershop in Batam city. To find out the feasibility of the Texas Barbershop business in terms of several aspects, namely market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects and financial aspects. Based on an assessment of market aspects, the opening of a Texas Barbershop branch is deemed worthy of being seen from the increase in the number of people who become its market share each year. Analysis of the technical aspects shows that the location and layout of the business premises can save additional costs. So, this business assessment in terms of technical aspects is declared feasible to run. Analysis of the management aspect shows that the owner of the Texas barbershop is willing to meet the criteria needed in the organization, both in recruiting employees, retaining employees and paying employee wage obligations according to their position and level in the process of running a business. From a financial perspective, the difference between income and expenditure results in a positive net cash calculation. In financial calculations, the results obtained Net present value (NPV) of IDR 24,791,334.9 Rupiah, payback period (PP) for 1.39 years, profitability index (PI) of 2.42 times and average rate of return (ARR) by 80.4%.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan suatu teknologi untuk mengelola, menyebarkan informasi akademik berbasis komputer (Sistem Informasi Akademik). SIA digunakan untuk menyimpan data dan memanipulasi informasi akademik di suatu lembaga pendidikan yang menyajikan informasi tentang setiap aktor yang terlibat dalam sistem. Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan suatu sistem yang memberikan layanan informasi berupa data-data mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan akademik. Dimana dalam hal ini layanan yang diberikan antara lain: penyimpanan data siswa baru, penentuan kelas, penentuan jadwal pelajaran, pembuatan jadwal pengajaran, pendistribusian wali kelas, proses asesmen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi akademik yang dapat digunakan di SMAN 16 Batam dan dapat membantu efisiensi kegiatan akademik. seperti kehadiran siswa dan penilaian siswa yang terkomputerisasi. Dengan melakukan hal-hal tersebut secara komputerisasi, sekolah dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga, terutama orang tua yang dapat memantau kehadiran dan nilai anaknya melalui sistem informasi akademik, dan juga akan memudahkan guru dalam menilai nilai siswa dan tentunya akan menjadi nilai tambah. untuk sekolah. yang memiliki sistem informasi akademik.
