The level of efficiency in bed use in hospitals using 4 (four) parameters, namely Bed Occupancy Ratio (BOR), Average Length of Stay (AvLOS), Internal Turnover (TOI), and Bed Turnover (BTO). Hospitals that do not utilize the Barber-Johnson Chart will have difficulty describing inpatient performance, comparing rooms, and even being unable to control reporting errors. Hospitals use Barber Johnson charts to conduct evaluations to improve efficiency in hospitals. As one of the determining variables of the four parameters, bed capacity cannot be easily reduced or added due to regulations. Adjust the number of beds according to the class needed by the patient; for example, if the patients at the Hospital of Kabupaten Kediri are mostly National Health Insurance class I and class III participants, then the ratio of the number of beds in class I and class III is more than class II, and so on. The BOR value has increased from year to year, along with the number of patients, treatment days, and length of treatment. The AvLOS and TOI scores have met the ideal figures, so the quality of health services at the Hospital of Kabupaten Kediri is good.

Optimal health services are an absolute requirement for government administrators and private parties. Optimizing health services can be done through innovation, to bring services closer to the community, more easily accessible, higher quality and cheaper. The application of innovation is expected to make communication between medical personnel better, each individual is encouraged to work more quickly, precisely and carefully, and innovation is expected to give birth to a better work culture. The direct service to the community that is quite highlighted is health services. On this basis, we carry out service interventions in the form of workshops and mentoring for PERMATA BEKASI Hospital employees to further optimize service innovation. The workshops carried out included the latest ICF (Japan) international standard assessment system that can be applied in Indonesian health services, Optimizing Employees in preventing Musculosceletal disorder problems and Implementing and optimizing the addition of Dry needle services for Musculosceletal disorder cases. The activity was carried out on June 29 2024. Before conducting the workshop, service innovations that had been implemented were identified. As a result, the residency, which previously had been appealed to several international hospitals, including Japan and Thailand, is still in the process of standardization efforts carried out by countries whose index of health services or hospitals can be an example and motivation.

The highest incidence of breast cancer in women is 42.1 per 100,000 population with an average death rate of 17 per 100,000 population. One of the countermeasures for breast cancer is case finding with early detection carried out through clinical breast examination (CBE) and breast self-examination (SADARI). One of the features developed by Postgraduate students of the Institute of Health Sciences STRADA Indonesia is a breast cancer early detection application called “MamoApp”. In this community service activity, 2 aspects of activities will be carried out in the Dharma Wanita group of DLHKP office in Kediri city. The first activity is to conduct a socialization in the form of providing health counseling to the Dharma Wanita group about SADARI techniques, the second activity will be carried out early detection of breast cancer using the MamoApp android application. Mamoapp application contains an educational video on awareness examination, then respondents fill out a questionnaire to detect the presence or absence of symptoms of breast cancer, the time used for filling in is approximately 10 minutes. From the results of filling out the questionnaire through the MamoApp application, we will immediately know the conclusion of the examination results, namely: “Indicated Cancer” or ‘Not Indicated Cancer’, so that participants can immediately find out whether the person concerned is indicated by breast cancer or not. From the results of the questionnaire of 38 participants, there were 2 participants who indicated breast cancer and 36 participants did not indicate breast cancer. Participants who indicated breast cancer by the facilitator were advised to do a further examination to the doctor for a more detailed examination.

Kegel exercises are exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, help prevent urinary incontinence problems, and can stretch the perineal tissue as the baby's birth canal. Accelerate healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at the Driyorejo Gresik Community Health Center through Kegel exercise education. This community service was carried out on postpartum mothers with perineal wounds in the Driyorejo Gresik Community Health Center working area in March 2024. The number of postpartum mothers who were given Kegel exercises was 30 people. Service activities are divided into 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the activity showed a decrease in REEDA scores after doing Kegel exercises. Giving Kegel exercises can speed up the healing of perineal wounds. Kegel exercises given to postpartum mothers for 7 days and done 3 times a day with movements that activate the pubococcygeal muscles can improve blood and oxygen circulation to the muscles and tissues around the perineum.

The role of parents is inseparable from the participation or cooperation between the mother and the family (husband) and other family members. An obstacle that is still found in the care of postpartum mothers is the assumption that postpartum mothers are sick mothers, their mobilization is inhibited, the type of food is restricted, the provision of colostrum breast milk is inhibited so that the needs of postpartum mothers are prioritized for full rest. The involvement of extended families in the care of babies has so far been misinterpreted, where the care of babies is left to other family members. After efforts to improve the behavior of postpartum mothers through Family Centered Maternity Care (FCMC) education, it is hoped that postpartum mothers can carry out postpartum care by involving the family. Implementation method with demonstration and discussion. The media used are baby phantoms, postpartum care booklets, LCDs, Laptops, and Projectors. The implementation of health education is carried out by visiting the home of postpartum mothers. The result of community service is that 90% of postpartum mothers can do postpartum care with family involvement. As well as from the results of monitoring and evaluation by way of meeting again by conducting home visits (home care) to postpartum mothers using instruments related to postpartum care. Based on the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the behavior of postpartum mothers in postpartum care.

Based on the results of Riskesdas (2018), the prevalence of ARI in Indonesia is 9.3%, of which 9.0% are male and 9.7% are female (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2018). This understanding has not been fully understood by mothers and the elderly, so it is necessary to conduct socialization regarding the understanding and causes of people getting ARI. Selection of Dsn. Ngebruk Ds. Lorejo Kec. Bakung Kab Bitar, because the mobility of the community lacks knowledge about ARI and to increase insight regarding environmental factors that are at risk of ARI (Acute respiratory tract infection). The type of research used is descriptive analytical and the research design is cross-sectional. The objects of this study were mothers and elderly people studying in Ngebruk hamlet, Lorejo village, Bakung sub-district, Blitar regency. The results of ARI knowledge were obtained as much as 73.33% using the Gutman scale approach. With these results, it is stated that participants' knowledge of ARI is good, but participants still need to increase their knowledge in order to reduce the risk of contracting ARI. The results of ARI knowledge of 90%, with the results before and after the provision of community service materials increasing. It is important to have community service on preventing ARI in Lorejo Village, because this is very continuous with the priority of health problems in Lorejo Village, namely the counseling method that is less creative and innovative. By providing knowledge about understanding and also preventing ARI for mothers and the elderly, it is hoped that they can independently apply what they have learned to their families.
