The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with a focus of research directed at analyzing the influence of man, method and material on the motivation to carry out advanced DPT-Hb-Hib immunization for children aged 18-24 months in Karangtengah Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City with a population of a number of 35 respondents and a sample of 32 respondents who were taken using the simple random sampling technique. The results showed that Most of the respondents considered man, method and material in the sufficient category with 18 respondents (56.3%), method with 17 respondents (53.1%). Meanwhile, for the material with the number of respondents 18 (56.3%). For the motivation of respondents, 17 respondents (53.1%) were in the sufficient category. The results of the study used the test Multiple linear regression shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously it exists the influence of man, method and material on the motivation to carry out advanced DPT-Hb-Hib immunization on children aged 18-24 months in Karangtengah Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City with a magnitude of the effect of 83.8% . Respondents can participate in a series of activities that support toddler health. One of them is giving immunizations according to schedule so that in the community a Herd Immunity is formed. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. This research was carried out from May 2019 to January 2020. Research data was collected using; def-t questionnaire and observation sheet. Data completion with; editing data processing, coding, scoring and tabulation. Data were processed using the SPSS 22 program with the Pearson correlation test. Results: The results of data processing for the independent variable (Mother's Role) showed that 25 (71%) respondents played a positive role while 10 (29%) respondents played a negative role. The results of observations of the dependent variable (dental caries) showed that the majority of respondents had the Very Low (VL) dental caries category, namely 27 (77.2%) respondents, the Low (L) category was 2 (5.7%) respondents, the Medium Category ( M) was 2 (5.7%) respondents, High Category (H) was 2 (5.7%) respondents and Very High Category (VH) was 2 (5.7%) respondents. The results of the regression analysis of the significance of two variables show a value of 0.00 <α (0.05) which proves that the hypothesis is accepted. The Pearson correlation test on the two variables produced a figure of -0.574, meaning that there is a significant and inverse relationship between the mother's role and the incidence of dental caries. Conclusion: The mother's role has a big influence on children's dental health. Statistical results show that; The better the quality of the mother's role, the lower the incidence of dental caries in children. Abstract

Cigarette factory is a work environment that has dust exposure from tobacco processing. Piles of tobacco containing nicotine and tar that have a strong scent also cause a feeling of tightness in the chest. Personal protective equipment (PPE) in the form of a mask plays an important role in protecting the respiratory system from the negative effects caused by cigarette factories where the mask functions to protect the respiratory system from dust, chemical, steam, smoke, gas/fume and mist (aerosol). The method in this research is literature riview and data search based on 3 database that is google scholar, pubmed, research gate. The articles used are national and international articles by using several key words such as respiratory system disorders, cigarette factory workers, wearing PPE mask, cigarette factory worker behavior and the tobacco industry with journal publication in 2015-2020. Based on the results of a riview of seven articles that focus on cigarette factories, there is a conclusion that dust and odor are the main problems complained by cigarette factories workers and respiratory system disorders are a result of workers disobedient in the use of PPE mask caused by workers bad behavior. Workers behavior is influenced by length of work regulations, support of co-workers and support of leaders. It cannot be denied that cigarette factories have a great risk to the health problems of their workers, one if which is a respiratory system disorder caused by workers behavior that is not compliant in using PPE mask at work.
