This study aims to find out and to describe the prostitution transactions and the relationship between cafe owners, pimps and commercial sex workers at tent cafes in Kendari Beach, Kendari City. Data collection is done by direct observation techniques and in-depth interviews. The data is analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results show that the prostitution transactions in tent cafes in Kendari Beach. It is caused by the lack of modal and low income in selling culinary. One way to get a higher modal is to make their cafe as a place for prostitution transactions. Prostitution transactions involve cafe owners, pimps and prostitutes. This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic elements in the short story, Lara Lana, by Dee Lestari using an objective and mimetic approach. The research method that I use in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method. The resource in this study is the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The data collection technique used in this study was to read critically and carefully the entire contents of the short story. The data analysis technique is discussing or reviewing the contents of the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The results of the research are to find intrinsic elements in the form of themes, points of view, plot/plot, setting, characters and characterizations, style of language, and message. You can also find social elements in the phenomena that occur in short stories that are related to real-world life in the form of 1) economic status (poor and rich) 2) bullying 3) love relationships in the novel Lara Lana by Dee Lestari.

Immunization is a form of health intervention that is effective in reducing infant and under-five mortality rates. The purpose of this research is to identify man, method, material and analyze the effect of man, method and material on motivation to carry out advanced DPT-Hb-Hib immunization in children aged 18-24 months. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with a focus of research directed at analyzing the influence of man, method and material on the motivation to carry out advanced DPT-Hb-Hib immunization for children aged 18-24 months in Karangtengah Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City with a population of a number of 35 respondents and a sample of 32 respondents who were taken using the simple random sampling technique. The results showed that Most of the respondents considered man, method and material in the sufficient category with 18 respondents (56.3%), method with 17 respondents (53.1%). Meanwhile, for the material with the number of respondents 18 (56.3%). For the motivation of respondents, 17 respondents (53.1%) were in the sufficient category. The results of the study used the test Multiple linear regression shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously it exists the influence of man, method and material on the motivation to carry out advanced DPT-Hb-Hib immunization on children aged 18-24 months in Karangtengah Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City with a magnitude of the effect of 83.8% . Respondents can participate in a series of activities that support toddler health. One of them is giving immunizations according to schedule so that in the community a Herd Immunity is formed. Immunization is still considered cost-effective, this is because if you calculate the costs incurred to provide vaccines are much cheaper than the cost of treatment, disability and the risk of death.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of the Baubau Mayor's Regulation Policy on Boundary Line Guidelines in Baubau City. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The study shows that the implementation of the Mayor's Regulation policy Number 56 of 2022 concerning boundary line guidelines in Baubau City has been implemented, although there are still some obstacles in the field. This can be seen from the Standards and Policy Targets that are clear and easy to understand will be implemented well and more regularly, planned, organized, Adequate resources help in implementing a policy properly, effectively, the character of the policy implementers must be tough and strict to make the community obey the applicable legal sanctions, communication of the policy implementers is quite good, the disposition of the policy implementers related to spatial planning is good but sometimes gets rejection on the grounds that the policy is not appropriate, the socio-cultural environment in the implementation according to the character of the community towards accepting policies from the government is more open.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat Kepatuhan penyelenggaraan negara di Kabupaten Buton Selatan berdasarkan Pelaporan Harta Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara pada aplikasi e-LHKPN dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan penyelenggara negara dalam menyampaikan Laporan Harta Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara (LHKPN) di Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumen, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahawa Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan Penyelenggara Negara Di Kabupaten Buton Selatan yaitu mutasi, demosi atau penurunan jabatan dan juga faktor jaringan internet yang belum merata di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Buton Selatan, serta kurangnya pemahaman penyelenggara Negara dalam proses pengisian LHKPN; dan Kurangnya komitmen pemerintah daerah dalam menerapkan sanksi yang tegas kepada penyelenggara Negara yang tidak melaporkan LHKPN

This study is entitled “Building Customer Loyalty of Indihome Bireuen: The Role of Product Quality, Marketing Strategy, and Brand Image.” The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality, marketing strategy, and brand image on Indihome customer loyalty in Bireuen Regency. The study was conducted in Kota Juang District, precisely in Pulo Ara Geudong Teungeh Village, Aceh Province, involving 108 Indihome customers as respondents. The findings indicate that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, where service attributes such as internet speed, network stability, and Indihome’s reputation as part of Telkom Indonesia play a crucial role in maintaining customer commitment. Meanwhile, marketing strategy does not have a significant partial effect; however, when combined, the three variables (product quality, marketing strategy, and brand image) exert a significant influence on customer loyalty, with a coefficient of determination of 78.4%. These results imply that managing product quality and strengthening brand image should be prioritized, alongside refining marketing strategies to better align with the characteristics of the local community. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for Indihome’s management in formulating strategies to retain customer loyalty and to serve as a reference for future studies in similar contexts.

This article presents the development of a web based sales information system for e commerce named Comerch using the Waterfall method. E commerce offers convenient online transactions yet imposes challenges in managing complex sales processes. The study aims to design and implement a system that supports transaction processing, product management, and an accessible and efficient platform. The Waterfall stages applied include requirements analysis, system design, coding, integration, and testing. Findings show that Waterfall enabled a structured and efficient development pipeline and smooth integration of system components. The resulting system provides core functions including product management, payment transactions, and real time reporting which improve operational efficiency and user experience. Scenario based testing confirms that the system performs as expected. Black box testing across forty six scenarios achieved one hundred percent functional validation. The study contributes a practical reference for developing sales information systems for small and medium enterprises and for practitioners seeking predictable and well documented development cycles.

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang perlawanan jihad (Poh Kaphe) rakyat Aceh terhadap Belanda pada masa damai, menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yang mencakup empat tahapan: heuristik, dengan menggali sumber primer seperti surat dan dokumen Belanda; kritik sumber; interpretasi, melalui sudut pandang ilmu sosial lain; dan historiografi, dengan penulisan sejarah kronologis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa aksi ini dilakukan setelah menyerahnya sultan dan deklarasi kemenangan Belanda, dilakukan pada masa damai dengan cara yang tak terduga. Penyebab utama perlawanan ini adalah keyakinan lama tentang jihad dan dampak luka akibat perang yang berlarut-larut. Faktor psikologis juga memainkan peran, termasuk perlakuan tidak adil, perasaan malu, dan perasaan terpinggirkan dalam tatanan masyarakat baru yang diberlakukan oleh Pemerintah Hindia Belanda.
