Abstract

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is excessive nausea and vomiting, causing disruption of daily activities and even to endanger the lives of pregnant women. Besides, also with hyperemesis gravidarum is severe nausea and vomiting that can lead to daily work was interrupted, and the general state of the mother to be bad. The purpose of this study is to describe the first trimester pregnant mother knowledge about hyperemesis gravidarum in Regional Health Center Tiron multiplication District of Kediri. Design The design of this study descriptive research with cross sectional approach, This study was conducted on 1-10 August 2017. All pregnant women in the first trimester Tiron Regional Health Center Kediri District of multiplication with a population of 35 respondents, with accidental sampling technique obtained a sample of 30 respondents. The variable in this study is an independent variable (Single) ie Iu Overview first trimester pregnant knowledge about hyperemesis gravidarum. The research instrument used a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. Data processing includes editing, coding, Scoring, Tabulating. Percentage receipts and data analysis. The results showed 30 respondents ie the first trimester pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum mostly knowledgeable enough that a number of 17 respondents (56.6%), Good 3 respondents (10%) and less 10 respondents (33%). Then for the first trimester pregnant women who have knowledge about the understanding of hyperemesis gravidarum Good number of 13 respondents (43.3%), insufficient knowledge about the causes of hyperemesis gravidarum number of 16 respondents (53.3%). Enough knowledge about the diagnosis hyperemesis gravidarum number of 17 respondents (56.6%). Lack of knowledge about prevention hyperemesis gravidarum number of 16 respondents (53.3%). Based on the results of these studies concluded that the knowledge of the first trimester pregnant women in Region Health Center Tiron multiplication District of Kediri have sufficient knowledge of 17 respondents (56.6%). Advised on health personnel to augment the knowledge counseling to pregnant women, especially for the first trimester have extensive knowledge about hyperemesis gravidarum.

Abstract

Food production methods are regulated in NADFC regulations, thus producing products that are safe for consumption. This regulation protects producers and consumers because the products they produce are safe and suitable for consumption. The research objective is to determine the factors that influence the implementation of NADFC regulations on how to produce food on food home industry in the Batu City. The research design is quantitative with cross sectional approach. The focus of the study is analyzing the factors that influence the NADFC implementation of regulations on the way of food production in the food home industry in the Batu City. The number of samples of 67 respondents was taken by simple random sampling technique. The results of the ordinal regression test analysis showed a p-value of 0,000 <0.005, then H1 was accepted, meaning that together with the knowledge variables of business owners, facilities and infrastructure, the amount of business capital and the number of employees affected the implementation of the BPOM Regulation on the way of food production in the food home industry. It is expected that the government will be more active in providing information about the knowledge of the regulations of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency to food companies so that it can be implemented better.

Abstract

The clinic is an implementation functional unit that has authority and responsibility for the maintenance of the public health in the region. The aim of this research is to know the factors that affect the level of satisfaction of outpatient Clinics in Pakis, Malang. This research design is descriptive quantitative that using the approach of cross sectional. This research was obtained as many as 205 respondents in Clinics Fern Malang. This study used two independent variables namely variables ((X 1), Facilities and infrastructure (X 2), human resources (X 3)), and the dependent variable i.e. patient satisfaction (Y). The data collection was done in the primary study. The research results obtained based on the age of the most aged 20-29 years i.e. 24% (50 respondents). Based on the job obtained most of the work as the IRT (Housewife) 42% (87 respondents). Indigo variable significance facilities of clinics of 0.018, variable and infrastructure of 0.000, and variable HR of 0.002. On the health facilities of the variable indicates that significant 0,018 < 0.05, inferred that the Ha received means the positive effect of clinics and facilities significantly to the level of satisfaction of outpatient Clinics in Fern Malang. The satisfaction of patient is a very valuable asset because when patients are satisfied they will continue to make choices against usage of the service, but if the patient did not feel satisfied they will tell to others about the bad experience. In fact, clinic with such good service will influenced the result in the emergence of satisfaction, loyalty, and even supports the implementation of the strategy of clinics as well as the achievement of the vision and mission of the clinic.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is an infectious disease by dengue virus that is transmitted through the bite of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito, characterized by sudden high fever accompanied by manifestations of bleeding and tends to cause shock and death. The design of this research is quantitative pre-post experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test design. The focus of the research is to analyze health education on the role of health education program at the health center on the knowledge of DHF in Gedog District Sananwetan District, Blitar City before and after the intervention. Total population of 50 respondents with Simple Random Sampling technique and obtained a sample of 44 respondents. The results showed that the majority of respondents had less knowledge in the health category before being given the health education program at the puskesmas program with 24 respondents (54.5%). While the majority of respondents had sufficient knowledge in the category after being given the health education program at the puskesmas program by 21 respondents (47.7%). The Wilcoxon analysis results show that the p-value of 0,000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected so it is concluded that there is an influence of health education in the health center program on DHF knowledge in Gedog Village, Sananwetan Sub-District, Blitar City. With these results it is expected that respondents will conduct monitoring in places that would be mosquito habitat, after that bury items that can become puddles, then drain the tub and close the water reservoirs. Besides that, don't forget to sprinkle the abate on the well. Respondents can also prevent 4M Plus so that mosquitoes cannot breed around our homes.

Abstract

Defecation is all objects or substances that are not used again by the body and which must be removed by the body and which are released from the body in the form of feces. Latrine is a human waste disposal site equipped with sewage and water storage units for cleaning. The purpose of the study was to determine defecation behavior in housewives in Sumbertangkep West Hamlet, Sumbersuko Village. The design of the study was a qualitative approach and the informants were housewives in Sumbertangkep West Hamlet as many as 5 informants. The sample of this study is housewives who often defecate in the river. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Data collection methods are in-depth interviews and observations and the tools used are mobile phones and documentation. In this study, the existing data will be tested for validity using the Triangulation technique (combined) using the Triangulation Source namely Health Officer. The results showed that defecation behavior in housewives in Sumbertangkep West Hamlet, Sumbersuko Village, still defecated on the river, this was because it had become a habit of housewives in Sumbertangkep West Hamlet. In this study the problem encountered was to change the behavior of housewives in Sumbertangkep West Hamlet, Sumbersuko Village to stop the habit of defecating in the river.
