Abstract

The village of Bondrang is located in the Sawoo district, Ponorogo County, East Java Province. The majority of the inhabitants in Bondrang Village are farmers because of the large land area that is used to grow crops. However, nowadays the government limits the distribution of fertilizer subsidies, so society has suffered from a shortage of fertilizer subsidies. Seeing the potential of agriculture that exists in Bondrang Village, we held training for the management of Sekam Padi as an Alternative Organic fertilizer. This is very important to help the community of Bondrang village use the natural wealth that it has so that it can optimize the use of organic fertilizer. Asset-Based Community Development Method (ABCD) In the execution of the activities, the participants were very enthusiastic about following a series of events until their completion. Participants actively participated in the pelatiha activities, and as a follow-up to the training activities, the planting activities of the physic garden (Toga) were held with the mothers of the members of the PKK to support the government program of Bondrang Village.

Abstract

Public service is a service or arrangement of activities in order to fulfill the needs of services in accordance with the provisions of the Law for each citizen and resident on goods, services, and administrative services provided by the public service organizer. The primary purpose of public service is to meet the basic needs and well-being of the community. Information digitalization is a form of public service used for presenting information about things related to the village to the community, and in the era of information technology that is already advanced in the present era, public services must also be done effectively and efficiently so that the information delivered to society can be delivered quickly and accurately. The village of Sidomulyo is located in Salaman, Central Java, Indonesia. This village of Sidomulyo is also one of the more advanced villages. A lot of work has been done in the village. With the theme of Efforts to Improve the Quality of Public Service Through Information Digitalization in the Village Sidomulyo as a team work program KKN Group 19 year 2022, which has the aim that the dissemination of information within the village that is currently under the control of the government of the village can be more easily searched by the general public through the website, as well as the video profile of the village that has been designed by the team KKN MIT 14 Group 19, which contains an exhibition about the Profile of the Town Sidomulyo with the data and potential within it. From the results of the analysis obtained, it appears that the digitalization of this village has had a great impact on the progress of the village of Sidomulyo.

Abstract

The lack of creativity makes cassava one of the most abundant natural resources in Ngilo-ilo village, but it has not been innovated into a product that is more varied and has a high selling value. Therefore, in the program to improve the economic welfare of the people of Ngilo-ilo Village through the innovation of processed cassava products, the core program activities of the Community Service Lecture (KPM) aim to improve the economic welfare of the community by increasing added value and competitiveness in cassava management. The method in this activity uses a demonstration of the method in the form of training, namely the practice of making food with the main ingredient of cassava. In the practice of processing cassava, it produces three food product innovations, including gethuk sultan, cassava rolls, and cassava croquettes.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the businesses that many people are involved in because they have minimal and affordable capital. MSMEs Lele Bumbu Kuning Ayya Farm, which is a community empowerment partner in this activity, is a frozen food business located in Lingk. Delod Pempatan Abianbase. Lele Bumbu Kuning Ayya Farm is run by its owner, I Nyoman Suta Darmayasa. Partners admit that they have been running this business for about three years. Based on the partner's production conditions, the problem found with Ayya Farm's partners is that, from a marketing point of view, partners do not yet have social media that can expand their market reach. Based on the description of the problem, community empowerment activities are carried out for partners in terms of digital-based marketing, namely in the form of social media. Social media training, which can later be used to expand partner marketing reach. The results of this study show that partners already have Facebook and Instagram social media accounts, which are used specifically for marketing the business they are running.

Abstract

Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are enterprises carried out by individual groups or a business body that are currently very influential on the economy. The existence of MSMEs in Magetan Regency has an important role in advancing the local economic sector with various enterprises of agricultural output of the Magetan community that need to gain more appreciation and support to be able to develop this enterprise, but of course it also has problems or barriers between them related to marketing strategy, interest in entrepreneurship, and packaging of products that are less attractive. Then, if seen from the problem in this case, the solution offered is socialization regarding the recognition of the use of social media as a means of product promotion and also giving motivation to grow the interest of entrepreneurs with the improvement of marketing strategies such as logos or labels that will be given on each product packaging as well as an explanation about better management in business management. The result of this activity is that MSMEs actors understand the materials submitted, namely about marketing strategies and innovation on products and branding on social media or marketplaces.

Abstract

The village of Grogol is one of the villages located in the district of Sawoo, Kabupaten Ponorogo, which has the problem that there is already a compost bag available but it has not been implemented according to its use. Compost bag as a medium in the organic waste processing program to be used as compost distributed by the Government of Ponorogo Regency. However, this waste management program has not been implemented, and the distribution of compost bags is uneven. Starting with the assets of the waste processing program, it is necessary to hold service activities in the form of accompanying composite manufacturing with compost bags. This supporting activity consists of socialization, accompanying compost manufacturing, monitoring, and application of compost products that are only focused on the Kalisobo District. The target support consists of 20 people, namely 15 people who are the heads of each RT and 5 people from the citizenry. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was determined that 15%, i.e., as many as 3 people, can produce finished composite; 35%, that is, 7 people, can produce semi-finished composite; and 50%, that is, 10 people, can produce unfinished compost. And as is expected in the future, the compost manufacturing efforts to reduce this organic garbage will continue and expand thoroughly.
