JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi dan Studi Pembangunan, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, yang terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Mei dan November. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah publikasi karya ilmiah hasil penelitian, kajian analitis, dan pemikiran kritis di bidang ilmu ekonomi dan studi pembangunan. Fokus jurnal mencakup berbagai topik seperti ekonomi pertanian, ekonomi terapan, bisnis dan keuangan, pembangunan ekonomi, sejarah ekonomi, ekonomi lingkungan, ekonomi fiskal, ekonomi kesehatan, industri dan perdagangan, inflasi, ekonomi internasional, ekonomi Islam, ekonomi tenaga kerja, makro dan mikroekonomi, kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, ekonomi politik, kebijakan publik, pembangunan wilayah dan pedesaan, ekonomi perkotaan dan regional, pengangguran, serta ekonomi kesejahteraan. JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan is a scientific journal published by the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, issued biannually in May and November. This journal aims to serve as a platform for publishing scientific works, research findings, analytical studies, and critical perspectives in the field of economics and development studies. The journal focuses on a wide range of topics including agricultural economics, applied economics, business and finance, economic development, economic history, environmental and ecological economics, fiscal economics, health economics, industry and trade, inflation, international economics, Islamic economics, labor economics, macroeconomics and microeconomics, monetary and fiscal policies, political economics, public policy, regional and rural development, urban and regional economies, unemployment, and welfare economics.

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to find out (1) What is the economic condition of the merchant community before the Sei Alalak Bridge construction project, (2) What is the economic impact of the merchant community during the Sei Alalak Bridge construction project, (3) What is the expectation of the merchant community for the economic conditions after the Sei Alalak Bride construction project. The method used is descriptive. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary. Primary data was obtained through interviews using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from literature study data sources and the Office of the Regional Development Planning Board Batola. Based on the study results, an analysis of the impact before the construction of the Sei Alalak Bridge on the economic condition can be seen from the number of works owned by traders are also in good condition where traders have a workforce of 1-4 people. It can also be seen from the number of buyers where in a day can get more than 150 buyers; the also can be seen from the merchant’s income where the highest is more than Rp 1.500.000 as many as 42 people and the lowest is less than Rp 500.000 as many as 11 people. On the impact when the construction of the Bridge has also declined the economic situation can be seen from the distribution channel of goods sometimes hampered, in terms of the number of workers also decreased to 1-3 people, then the buyers also dropped dramatically because 68% of traders only got buyers less than 50 people. There is a decrease in income for some traders at the time of the project, while in terms of expenditure is enough to make traders overwhelmed because they have to provide for their families and send their children to school, and the average expenditure on food is more than Rp 1.000.000, for the average cost of education more than Rp 500.000. The most impacting was the income of traders, a decrease in trader income, where the highest income of more than Rp 1.500.000 was reduced to 29 people, and the lowest income of less than Rp 500.000 increased to 17 people. From the economic condition of the merchant community around the project at Alalak Kayu Tangi Ujung to recover, as before the construction of the project and even expect economic conditions around the Sei Alalak Bridge to increase so that the traders can feel the positive impact of the development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the human development index, per capita income, and economic growth on poverty in the Hulu Sungai Selatan regency from 2005-to 2019. This research is included in quantitative research, and the method used is multiple linear regression using time series secondary data processed with the help of the SPSS-26.0 program. The results of this study (1) The variables of Human Development Index, Per capita Income, and Economic Growth have a simultaneous effect on poverty in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. (1) The most dominant factor is the Per capita Income variable. To accelerate the decline in the poverty rate, it is necessary to increase economic activity in all sectors, especially potential sectors such as agriculture, mining, trade, and government, and improve the quality of knowledge and skills so that the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product generated can support people's income.]]>

<![CDATA[This study has the objectives, namely (1) to know jointly (simultaneously) the effect of economic growth, local revenue, and general allocation funds on the capital expenditure budget allocation in the regional government of Central Kalimantan province; (2) to find out the most dominant factor influencing the allocation of the capital expenditure budget in the regional government of Central Kalimantan province. This research is quantitative research with secondary time series data. While the location of this research is Central Kalimantan Province. The object of this research is economic growth, locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, and capital expenditure budget allocation to the regional government of Central Kalimantan province from 2004-to 2018. The data obtained is then processed using multiple linear regression equation analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26.0 program. The results of this study show that (1) simultaneously, the variables of economic growth, locally generated revenue and general allocation funds had a significant effect on the capital expenditure budget allocation in the regional government of Central Kalimantan province from 2004-to 2018 (2) The results also show that the General Allocation Fund is the most dominant factor affecting the allocation of capital expenditures.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) develop strategies that need to be carried out in developing Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism Object, (2) know the contribution of Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism Object to the village's original income, and (3) know the role of government in developing Bukit Matang Tourism Object Kaladan. Respondents in this study were six respondents who were considered influential and experts. They knew the tourism situation, especially in Banjar District, which was used in data processing using the SWOT method. This study provides the results of developing the strategy that best suits the situation is the SO strategy (1) With the superiority of the landscape and maintaining a conducive tourist environment; tourists will continue to visit these attractions, plus a strategic location. (2) Maximizing the role of POKDARWIS and training provided by the Banjar Regency Culture and Tourism Office to promote tourism objects with the opportunities that are already available.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) on Regional Expenditure and the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) on Regional Expenditure in districts/cities in Central Kalimantan and find out whether there is a flypaper effect on District / City Regional Spending in Central Kalimantan in 2016 -2018. The objects in this study are all regencies/cities in Central Kalimantan. This study uses secondary data from the Realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report in the District/city Government in Central Kalimantan Province in 2016-2018. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Regional Original Revenue (PAD) partially does not affect Regional Expenditure in Regency / City in Central Kalimantan Province from 2016-to 2018 because the probability value is 0.4656> 0.05. While the General Allocation Fund (DAU) partially has a significant positive effect on Regional Expenditure in the Districts / Cities in Central Kalimantan from 2016-to 2018 because the probability value is 0.0000 <0.05. (2) PAD and DAU simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Regional Expenditures, and the results are that the flypaper effect phenomenon occurs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the analysis of the role of street lighting tax on local revenue in Banjarmasin. In administering the Street Lighting Tax (PPJ), the Government, through the Regional Revenue Service, oversees implementing the Street Lighting Tax (PPJ). Still, in the case of managing its tax collection, the Regional Revenue Service cooperates with PLN in collecting street lighting taxes. This research is conducted with a quantitative descriptive analysis method to calculate growth rate, effectiveness, and contribution. The method used in this study is through the growth rate of road lighting taxes and the effectiveness of street lighting. For street lighting tax, the highest growth rate in 2014 was 19.62%, the lowest growth rate was in 2016 at 1.7%, while for the last year of 2018, the growth rate was 12.82%, from the calculation of the growth rate indicator ≤ 30% is still considered unsuccessful, and the average total calculation is 11.71%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to (1) Determine the effect of the Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Funds for Capital Expenditures. (2) Determine the effect of the Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds, and Capital Expenditures on the Economy. This research is a quantitative study using the Simultaneous Equation Model with Eviews 10 Two-Stage Least Square (TSLS) method. The data used in the study were sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of South Kalimantan Province and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance 2011-2018. The results of phase 1 research with the best model Fixed Effect Model show that simultaneously Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Funds significantly affect capital expenditure. However, the Regional Original Revenue variable partially has no significant effect on capital expenditure. While the second stage of research with the best model Random Effect Model shows the results that simultaneously or partially, the variables of Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds, and predictive Capital Expenditures have a significant effect on Economic Growth.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that affect the number of visits and the economic value of the Tahura Sultan Adam tourism object. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews with a questionnaire. The data were processed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and the consumer surplus formulae. From the research, it is known that the characteristics and perceptions of visitors vary widely, consisting of age, regional origin, gender, marital status, education level, occupation, total income, type of vehicle, number of groups, information about tourist attractions, tourist attractions, motivation, additional facilities, security, officer services, accessibility, cleanliness, air pollution, admission tickets, and willingness to pay. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis models. From the research results, three factors significantly affect the number of visits to Tahura Sultan Adam, namely income, travel costs, and length of travel. From the calculation, results can be seen in surplus-value consumer travel cost method individual visitation Rp 179 153 and subsequently obtained the economic value of Rp 17,610,381,594 annually]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effect of the PAD effectivity ratio and APBD efficiency ratio on economic growth in the Kotabaru district. To answer the problem, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used. The data used in this study are secondary data on the budget realization report at constant prices based on business 2010 - 2018. The results of the research based on Multiple Linear Regression analysis show that the PAD effectivity ratio has a significant effect on economic growth in Kotabaru Regency, and APBD efficiency significant affects economic growth in the Kotabaru district.]]>
