Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kerapatan tajuk hutan terhadap pertumbuhan M.peltata. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2014 selama 20 hari di Taman Nasional Bukit Barisan Selatan, pada tiga lokasi hutan yang masuk ke dalam kawasan Resort Tampang Kecamatan Pematang Kabupaten Tanggamus, Provinsi Lampung. Ketiga lokasi tersebut yaitu Hutan Cahaya Tinggi, Hutan Cahaya Sedang, dan Hutan Cahaya Rendah. Parameter dari penelitian ini yaitu menghitung biomassa M.peltata dan mengukur tingkat kerapatan tajuk pada setiap lokasi penelitian dengan membuat profil arsitektur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kerapatan tajuk hutan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan M. peltata. Hutan cahaya tinggi dengan luas tutupan tajuk 10.95% memiliki berat biomassa 23 kali lebih besar (476 g) dari berat biomassa di hutan cahaya rendah (20.3 g) dengan luas tutupan tajuk 75.22%, dan 7 kali lebih besar dari berat biomassa di hutan cahaya sedang (74 g) dengan tutupan tajuk 50.23%.Kata kunci: Kerapatan tajuk, M. peltata, pertumbuhan, spesies invasif

Abstract

Many banks institution have implemented mobile banking as a successful e-commerce application to give the combined benefits of increased customer service and cost reduction. Service quality is a comprehensive customer evaluation of a particular service and meets customer expectations and provides satisfaction. Objective: to assess whether service quality has a strong association to customers loyalty of BNI mobile banking users of FKG USAKTI professional students. Method: The data analyzed comes from BNI M-banking consumers, FKG professional students, who have been using BNI m-banking for a long time. The number of samples is about 150 people. Descriptive data analysis presented each item of the research questionnaire. Result: user friendliness and efficiency are determined to have a positive and considerable impact on customer satisfaction, whereas customer satisfaction has a significant and positive impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the effect of the rental price on the rental volume in the Gunawangsa Apartment. The data examined is in the form of the Gunawangsa Apartment occupancy report for the period 2019 to 2020. The method that researchers use is quantitative method using secondary data. The data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis using one independent variable namely the rental price and one dependent variable namely the rental volume. Data collection techniques using documentary techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between the rental price on the rental volume but has a negative linier pattern. the results of a simple linier regression analysis with Y = 87.627 – 5.38000000X showing a negative linear pattern, meaning that lower rental prices can increase rental volume and vice versa.

Abstract

Masa tumbuh kembang anak adalah golden periode bagi setiap kehidupan anak, maka sangat penting untuk memperhatikan semua aspek yang mendukung dan yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, dua peristiwa yang berbeda namun saling berkaitan dan saling mempengaruhi. Untuk mencapai perkembangan optimal, seluruh potensi yang dimiliki anak dapat distimulasi oleh orang tua. Sebelum melakukan stimulasi, orang tua memerlukan bekal pengetahuan tentang stimulasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran status pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak melakui skreening tumbuh kembang. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat digunakan sebagai data awal dari pengabdian masyarakat selanjutnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penerapan iptek, yaitu, skreening pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada semua siswa di PAUD dan TK Tunas Sari dengan menggunakan formulis Kuisioner Pra Skreening Pertumbuhan (KPSP) dari Kemenskes RI dan penyadaran/peningkatan pemahaman terhadap suatu masalah dalam bentuk kegiatan Parenting untuk wali murid dan segenap guru di PAUD dan TK Tuna Sari. Hasil screening pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada siswa di PAUD-TK Tunas Sari dengan menggunakan format pengakajian Kuisoner Pra Skreening Perkembangan (KPSP), sebagian besar berada pada kategori normal atau sesuai tugas perkembangan sesuai usia, dengan status nutrisi Sebagian besar adalah gizi baik. Hasil parenting terdapat perubahan yang signifikan pengetahuan orang tua tentang tumbuh kembang pada anak usia pra sekolah. Pendidikan yang baik didukung pengetahuan yang baik tentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan akan mempengaruhi pola asuh keluarga, dalam hal ini adalah kemampuan memberikan stimulasi yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the impact of Employee Friendliness, Food Quality, Food and Beverage Options, and Ambience on Customer Satisfaction and the frequency of eating through Word of Mouth mediation. The distribution of questionnaires was used in this study to obtain samples as analysis material to be processed. Purposive sampling was used to select 153 millennial customer respondents for the study, which was then analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) method. AMOS is used in this SEM method (Moment Structure Analysis). According to the findings of this study, there is a significant positive effect of Employee Friendliness on Overall Customer Satisfaction. Overall, Customer Satisfaction influences Word of Mouth positively. Dining Frequency is significantly influenced by word of mouth. Customer Satisfaction, mediated by word of mouth, significantly affects Dining Frequency. By conducting field surveys, producers and owners of food trucks are encouraged to improve food quality, variety of food sold, taste, and atmosphere to contribute to the growth and popularity of food trucks among millennials.

Abstract

Keterampilan membuat buket bunga dan buket snack sangat bermafaat, terutama bagi ibu-ibu dan remaja putri. Keterampilan ini dapat mereka gunakan untuk menghias rumah mapun dikembangkan sebagia unit usaha rumahan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini ingin menambah wawasan ibu-ibu dan remaja putri di Desa Blang Pulo tentang cara membuat buket bunga dari bahan kain flannel dan busa serta buket snack dari bahan kue-kue ringan dan jajanan anak-anak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan guna menambah wawasan dan skill mereka sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga mapun dikembangkan sebagia unit usaha kecil. 18 orang ibu-ibu dan remaja putri ikut terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Mereka belajar tatacara membuat buket bunga dari kain flannel dan buket snack secara aktif serta dilanjutkan dengan praktek langsung membuat karya. Diharapkan, peserta dapat memanfaatkan ilmu mereka untuk mengembangkan bakat minat dan unit usaha rumahan.

Abstract

This study aims to deepen knowledge about the importance of the concept of Social Media Marketing towards Brand Authenticity, as well as to build hypotheses related to consumer potential and managerial implications for marketing. Through an in-depth study of various existing literature, it can be concluded that Social Media Marketing have significant impact to Brand Authenticity. Objectives - This study aims to highlight the mediating role of Value Co-Creation between Social Media Marketing (eWOM, Trendiness, Social Support) and Brand Authenticity. The study conducted a survey of the general public with respondents who use social media such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter with a sample size of 302 using Google Form and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship hypothesis in the proposed model

Abstract

With the growing evolution of social media, influencers have become an important intermediary between influencers and their audiences through the content they create, which can increase the role of social media as a marketing tool. The beauty industry faces challenges such as buyer disappointment after purchasing ']bnvc products reviewed by influencers, and the existence of influencers who accept endorsements of inauthentic products, causing losses to companies with genuine products and also deceiving their audiences by becoming a marketing medium for inauthentic products. Positive perceptions of the attractiveness of celebrity influencers have the potential to influence purchase intention. This research uses PSB Theory to analyze factors such as celebrity influencer's credibility, celebrity influencer attractiveness, attitude, virtual interactivity, brand awareness, and brand loyalty. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a basis for maximizing purchase intention through the factors of celebrity influencer's credibility, celebrity influencer attractiveness, attitude, virtual interactivity, brand awareness and brand loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase children's knowledge about entrepreneurship education from an early age, of course, through cooking class activities that will be held for group B children at Bandar Madani Parepare Kindergarten. In this study using a qualitative method, namely with a descriptive approach that provides an overview in the form of sentences as data information for researchers in their initial activities of collecting information. The results of research on cooking class activities to increase child entrepreneurship showed that 13 children experienced a significant increase after the children carried out these activities. This is in accordance with the indicators of entrepreneurship, namely independence, creativity, risk taking, leadership, action orientation, and hard work. Abstract

Purpose In 2022, Indonesia's Human Development Index (HDI) increased by 0.86 percent when compared to 2020, at which time all countries in the world were depressed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Efforts to increase HDI can be done by continuing improve the ability of the younger generation as agents of change who are believed to be the spearhead of the success of human development. The Postgraduate Study Program of UNAIR participates in improving the communication skills of the young generation through community service activities entitled public speaking training for students. This activity aims to improve students' ability to communicate. Design/methodology/approach – This activity was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method by building closeness and active involvement of participants. Findings – The results of this training showed an increase in students' communication skills. Students become more aware of the meaning of communication, and they are also more courageous and not nervous to communicate face-to-face with others after attending public speaking training. Originality/value – This activity can have a significant impact for students directly, and the communication skills and self-confidence of students increase. Students will be able to manage their nervousness, especially when they have to face the audience, besides that students will be able to convey their opinions effectively both in internal and external campus forums. Another implication of this activity is the increase in HDI.
