Abstract

Pemerintah telah menyediakan banyak fasilitas sistem transportasi yang efektif dan efesien, yang diharapkan dapat digunakan dengan sebaik-baiknya oleh masyarakat. Namun kenyataan dapat dilihat dari sekian banyak fasilitas yang ada, masih banyak yang belum dimanfaatkan dengan semestinya oleh masyarakat. Salah satunya, adalah terminal yang merupakan tempat untuk naik dan turunnya penumpang, perpindahan moda dan tempat istirahat bagi pengemudi angkutan umum. Dalam konteks diatas keberadaan terminal bus Palur di Kabupaten Karanganyar, menjadi signifikan sebagai prasarana transportasi. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama satu hari, beberapa bus tidak masuk terminal Palur, untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pelayanan dan karakteristik parkir terminal sebagai suatu prasarana transportasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer berupa kuisioner untuk mengetahui pendapat awak dan penumpang terhadap sistem pelayanan di terminal Palur Surakarta. Untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir terminal Palur menggunakan metode survei untuk mencatat waktu kedatangan dan keluar bus, plat nomor serta tipe bus. Hasil analisis dari sistem pelayanan dan karakteristik parkir terminal Palur yaitu bus yang tidak memasuki terminal sebanyak 23,17% dari jumlah armada yang beroperasi di terminal, menurut pendapat pengelola terminal tentang tidak masuknya bus karena lokasi yang tidak strategis dan penumpang yang lebih memilih menunggu diluar terminal. Sistem pelayanan terminal Palur menurut awak terminal dan penumpang sebagai pengguna jasa adalah tidak baik. Akumulasi Parkir tertinggi untuk Bus AKDP (Antar Kota Dalam Propinsi) adalah 1 kendaraan dan Angkutan Kota adalah 8 kendaraan. Indeks Parkir bus AKDP (Antar Kota Dalam Propinsi) tertinggi adalah 10% dan Angkutan Kota tertinggi adalah 61,53%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the accounting control system, performance measurement system, reward system and decentralization on managerial performance on conventional banks in Lubuklinggau City. This research was conducted at all conventional banks in Lubuklinggau City. The population and sample in this study were managers or heads of conventional bank sections in Lubuklinggau City. The data used is primary data obtained from the results of the spread of questionnaires to managers or heads of conventional bank sections in Lubuklinggau City. The method used is multiple regression analysis. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive with the help of THE SPSS program. From the test showed that the first hypothesis that the accounting control system affects manjerial performance is evidenced by a sig value of 0.046<0.005. Testing the second hypothesis showed that the performance measurement system had an effect on managerial performance, as evidenced by a sig value of 0.004<0.05. Testing the third hypothesis showed that the reward system had an effect on managerial performance, as evidenced by a sig value of 0.011<0.05. Testing the fourth hypothesis showed that the decentralized system of performance had an effect on managerial performance, as evidenced by a sig value of 0.002<0.05.

Abstract

Teaching and Vocational Technology Education Management" refers to the field of education management that is specifically concerned with the development, management, and improvement of vocational education systems. Background related to this topic may include some of the following aspects: Improving the Quality of Workforce: Vocational and vocational technology education is one of the main means of improving the quality of workforce. Improved quality of vocational education can help to produce workforce that is ready to work and has skills that fit the needs of industry and the labour market. Challenges in Curriculum Implementation, Vocational curriculum implementation requires good management. It covers planning, organization, guidance, and control of resources as well as vocational education processes, such as facilities, teachers, and teaching materials. Vocational management education often involves partnerships and close collaboration with industry. Effective management is needed in establishing relationships with companies and industrial organizations to ensure that vocation programs are tailored to the needs of the industry sector. The use of Technology in Learning, the use of technology in vocational education has become an important aspect. This includes technology infrastructure management, digital content development, as well as training and technology support for students and instructors.Certification and Accreditation, Vocational education management also involves certification and accreditation processes. This includes managing the process to ensure that vocational education institutions meet the standards set to provide quality education. Research and Innovation Vocational education management should also support research and innovation in learning methods, curricula, and meeting the needs of emerging industrial sectors. Financial Resource Management: Financial management in the context of vocational education is important, including the allocation of funds for equipment, facilities, and program development. Increased Participation: Vocational education management also includes efforts to increase student participation, including those from diverse social and economic backgrounds. Improving the image and sense of prestige of vocational education is an important aspect in vocational management. This can affect students' interest in enrolling and completing vocational programs. Professional and vocational technology education management plays a central role in addressing these issues and ensuring that vocational education contributes positively to the development of qualified labour force and economic growth. Teaching and Vocational Technology Education Management (TVET) is a discipline related to the management of educational and training programmes aimed at developing technical and practical skills required in various sectors of employment. It covers planning, organization, resource management, curriculum implementation, improvement of teaching quality, as well as evaluation and continuous development of vocational education programmes.

Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Kemampuan Kerja dan Komitmen Pegawai yang belum diterapkan dengan baik, sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas Kinerja Pegawai yang belum maksimal pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Lubuklinggau.Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data, dengan cara melakukan pengamatan langsung serta mencatat fenomena yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian (observasi), pembagian daftar pertanyaan kepada responden (kuesioner), dan dokumentasi dengan cara mencatat dan mengumpulkan dokumen informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kemampuan Kerja (X1) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) memperlihatkan secara parsial variabel kemampuan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel Komitmen Pegawai (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) memperlihatkan secara parsial variabel komitmen pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel bebas penelitian Kemampuan Kerja dan Komitmen Pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the quality of public services in the Musi Rawas District Transportation Department and to find out what strategies Musi Rawas District Transportation Agency is doing in Improving the Quality of Public Services. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive pattern, intending to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of the object or subject being studied appropriately, namely internal and external factors of the Department of Transportation of Musi Rawas Regency, using SWOT analysis. The process of using a SWOT analysis is done by looking at internal conditions about strengths and weaknesses, as well as external conditions namely opportunities (threats) and thearts (opportunities) of the Department of Transportation, Musi Rawas Regency. The research was conducted through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with research informants. Determination of priorities and alternative strategies is carried out through the Groub Discution Forum (FGD), the participants of which are research informants, namely officials in the Department of Transportation, Musi Rawas Regency. The FGD participants were also from related stakeholders. From the results of the research and discussion, alternative strategies were recommended to the Musi Rawas District Transportation Office in Improving the Quality of Public Services namely; (1) strategies for increasing human resources, (2) strategies for strengthening regulations, and (3) strategies for improving facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the application of character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition (5c) in the loan distribution section of PT BPR sindang binaharta, Lubuklinggau city. The data analysis technique in this study is guided by the provision of credit in the principles of implementing character, capacity, capital, collateral, and conditions (5c). Based on the results of the discussion in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that: the application of character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition (5C) in the lending section at PT BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau City has implemented steps taken by conducting an initial interview process and on the spot to field and in the end the main director who determines whether accepted or rejected. However, BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau has not fully implemented the five analyzes. From the results of the author's interviews with the correspondents, there are still considerations such as Character, Capacity and Collateral. 5C analysis can also be assessed from documents on credit analysis (qualitative analysis), BI Cheking results and also approaches to prospective customers.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of YouTube as a medium for Islamic da’wah and its effectiveness in reaching diverse audiences through varied content strategies. With the rapid expansion of digital platforms, YouTube has become a critical tool in spreading Islamic teachings to a global audience. The research uses a qualitative approach, employing content analysis and interviews with content creators and viewers. The findings reveal that YouTube’s accessibility allows for the widespread distribution of da’wah content, reaching Muslims worldwide at any time. The study also identifies that diverse content strategies, including traditional lectures and creative visuals, significantly enhance viewer engagement, especially among younger audiences. However, the research also highlights challenges in ensuring the accuracy of content and preventing misinformation. The implications suggest that while YouTube is a powerful tool for da’wah, stricter oversight and content monitoring are essential. Future research should explore the effectiveness of other social media platforms and examine long-term viewer engagement.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of organizational culture and motivation for the performance of employees at the Public Works Office of Bina Marga, Musi Rawas Regency, so that employee performance is less than optimal and not in accordance with expectations. This research is a quantitative study that uses data collection methods by observing and recording directly at the research site (observation), conducting direct questions and answers at the source using a questionnaire (questionnaire), and documentation by reading literature guidelines. The results showed that organizational culture and motivation greatly influenced the performance of employees at the Public Works Office of Bina Marga, Musi Rawas Regency. It can be concluded that a good organizational culture and high motivation can produce performance in accordance with the expectations of the organization or leader.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau. Dalami penelitiani ini,i Penelitii menggunakani desaini tipei assosiatifi dengani bentuki hubungani kausal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut, bahwai motivasi, Lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawaii nonmedis RSUD Sitii Aisyahi Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial (Instagram Dan Facebook) Terhadap Promosi Pemasaran Pada Jasa Pengiriman Barang JNE Express Lubuk Linggau”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan media sosial (Instagram dan Facebook) terhadap promosi pemasaran pada jasa pengiriman barang JNE express Lubuklinggau. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian initerdiri dari Penggunaan Media Sosial Instagram (variabel X1), Penggunaan Media Sosial Facebook (variabel X2) dan Promosi Pemasaran (Y). Pembagian Kuesioner digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Kuesioner tersebut menggunakan skala likert sebagai bentuk penilaian.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan JNE Lubuklinggau yang menggunakan media sosial Instagram dan Facebook.Sampel sebanyak91 orang yang bertempat tinggal di Lubuklinggau. Teknikanalisisdata dilakukan dengan analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaituPenggunaan Sosial Media Instagram secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi Pemasaran di JNE Lubuklinggau. Penggunaan Sosial Media Facebook secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi Pemasaran di JNE Lubuklinggau. Penggunaan Sosial Media Instagram dan Penggunaan Sosial Media Facebook secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Promosi Pemasaran di JNE Lubuklinggau.
