Abstract

This study aims to find out how the impacts of e-commerce on the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises' income became a partnership of Bank Indonesia KPw Kalimantan Selatan. The research problems for investigating are (1) Examine the factors influencing owners to use e-commerce to run a business. (2) Analyze the differences in business owners’ income between before and after using e-commerce. (3) Examine the factors that obstacle optimizing in using e-commerce. The sample size is 21 respondents guided and partnered by Bank Indonesia KPw Kalimantan Selatan in Banjarmasin. Based on the survey, it is known that the factors that influence owners to use e-commerce are: 76% to support a more extensive market, 14% to diminish operational costs, and 10% because they were encouraged by people around. Business owners’ income has increased after using e-commerce. Based on paired t-test, it is known that the t value is -8.345 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <α). It concludes that there is a difference in business owners’ income between before and after using e-commerce. Based on the survey, 91% of respondents said that inadequate human resource capacity is a major factor in optimizing e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of government spending on education,health, and social protection simultaneously and partially to the HDI in Banjarmasinfrom 2006 to 2016. The results of the research using the analysis showed that the results of R-square of0.952 could be interpreted that government expenditures in education, health, and socialprotection affect the HDI in the city of Banjarmasin from 2006 to 2016. While partiallyonly in education relevant to IPM city Banjarmasin and health, social protection is notpartly applicable to HDI in Banjarmasin city.

Abstract

Many phenomena occur in International case studies, and various kinds of research show the relationship between interest rates (deposits and credits) and monetary policy carried out by Bank Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data taken from January 2010 to March 2021 (Time Series data), with two dependent variables: the first deposit interest rate and the second credit interest rate. There are three independent variables: BI Rate/BI7DRR, Economic Liquidity (M2), and Inflation. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression. The result is that the BI Rate/BI7DRR, Economic Liquidity, and Inflation together have a significant response/influence on deposit interest rates. Likewise, BI Rate/BI7DRR, Economic Liquidity, and Inflation have a practical response/impact on the credit interest rates at commercial banks.

Abstract

Inequality of income distribution is a condition of different levels of economic prosperity which is reflected in differences in income levels so that there are rich and poor people. Development is carried out in a sustainable manner with the aim of achieving a prosperous society by utilizing the available resources and potential to the fullest. However, the results of development still lead to income inequality. This study aims to determine the effect of poverty, education, HDI, economic growth, and population on the inequality of income distribution in districts/cities in Bali Province in 2011-2021. The analytical method used is the panel data regression model. The results of this study indicate that the level of poverty affects the inequality of income distribution, while education, HDI, economic growth and population have no effect on the inequality of income distribution.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the value of natural resource depletion and land degradation and the importance of green GRDP in the coal mining sub-sector of South Kalimantan Province by using a green GRDP calculation approach. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data type used is secondary data in the form of a time series from 2016 to 2020. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the value of coal resource depletion has fluctuated, with the highest value acquisition occurring in 2018, which was Rp73,78 billion. Meanwhile, the degradation value of coal mining land is tremendous, with the highest acquisition value of Rp—66.88 trillion in 2018. The Green GRDP value of the Coal Mining Subsector shows a negative value. This means the value of depreciation or reduction and environmental damage from coal mining activities is greater than the added value generated from the coal mining sub-sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, (1) To find out how the characteristics of Grabbike drivers in Banjarmasin City. (2) To find out whether the type of service, frequency of delivery, and age influence the income of Grabbike drivers in Banjarmasin City. (3) To find out which factor is the most dominant influence on the income of Grabbike drivers in Banjarmasin City. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods by collecting data using Primary Data. Independent variables or independent variables in this study include service type (x1), delivery frequency (x2), and age (x3), and the dependent variable or dependent variable in this study is Grab-bike Driver Income. This research was conducted in Banjarmasin City precisely in January 2020. The data collection method used purposive sampling combined with accidental sampling through questionnaires, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Data Analysis Techniques use the form of econometrics by regressing existing variables using Multiple Linear Regression analysis, which will involve more than one predictor or independent variable and will also use the OLS method to test all independent variables on the dependent variable. The conclusions of this study are 1.a) Based on the age characteristics of the respondents, it shows that respondents aged between 21-30 years were the most dominant, as many as 16 respondents with a percentage of 53.33%. b) Based on the gender characteristics of the respondents, it shows that all respondents totaling 30 people are male with a percentage of 100%. c) Based on the respondents' education level characteristics, it shows that respondents who graduated from high school were the most dominant, as many as 24 people with a percentage of 80% 20 people with a percentage of 66.67%. e) Based on the table of income characteristics of respondents, it shows that respondents who earn more than 3 million are the most dominant, as many as 21 people with a percentage of 70%. 2. The delivery frequency variable has a positive and significant effect on the income of grab bike drivers in Banjarmasin. In contrast, the service type and age variables do not have a positive and not significant effect on the income of grab bike drivers in Banjarmasin. 3. The delivery frequency variable has the most dominant influence on the income of grab bike drivers in Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the impact of the development of Takisungbeach tourism object to the income of traders and local communities in Tanah LautDistrict. The method of data collection starts from observation, interviews with therespondents, and the Department of Tourism, and documentation. The further researchresult is analyzed by quantitative descriptive method and data processing techniques withfrequency distribution. The result of the research shows that the impact of the development of Takisungbeach tourism object initially impacts on the income of traders and local communities,adding new jobs, but since the last two years, the development of Takisung beach tourismobject has less impact on income, the income of traders and local communitiesdecreased, and it is caused by the number of new tourism objects, especially beaches inTanah Laut District. Therefore it is causing visitors to switch to other tourism objects.Thus the income of traders and local communities who participate in the use of the beachalso declined.

Abstract

The study aims to discover obstacles and efforts to increase the potential of tourist attractions in Banjarmasin City. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Techniques for collecting data are observation, structured interviews, and documentation of related sources. The study results stated that the leading tourist attraction was centered on the riverbank. Several obstacles hindered the riverside tourist attraction regarding training, structuring traders, the Covid-19 pandemic, limited budget, natural factors, and limited information. Efforts to develop tourist attractions along the river, improve infrastructure, and carry out promotions through the Android application Nagabungas, which can be downloaded from the Play Store. It can restore the riverbank area to improve river ecology, restore the function of the riverbank as a public area, restore historical riverbank areas, restore riverbank heritage objects, and enhance the economy of riverbank communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing mix used in the Astina Store and the role of HR and the use of technology in the Astina Store which is used as a strategy to increase sales. So that Toko Astina can survive during the Covid-19 pandemic and from the many competitors with similar businesses in the area. The method in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that of the four marketing mixes that have been used as a strategy to increase sales, they have been used properly. However, there are still some marketing mixes that have not been used optimally, such as promotion, human resources, and the use of technology which has not been used optimally so that business owners can still develop new strategies by combining the strategies that have been used with new strategies that are by the times so that the right and effective combination can be obtained to increase sales at the Astina Store.

Abstract

This research is conducted (1) To know how the effect of per capita income onpublic consumption in Banjarmasin ; (2) To know how CPI to public consumption InBanjarmasin. This researchh was conducted to measure the variables that influence theconsumption pattern of society by using macro economic concept. Economic variablesthat investigated are income Per Capita and CPI from 2000-2016 by using multiplelinear regression analysis. Based on hypothesis testing it can be seen that the influence of income of CPIconsumption in the city of Banjarmasin positively and significantly influence publicconsumption expenditure.
