JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi dan Studi Pembangunan, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, yang terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Mei dan November. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah publikasi karya ilmiah hasil penelitian, kajian analitis, dan pemikiran kritis di bidang ilmu ekonomi dan studi pembangunan. Fokus jurnal mencakup berbagai topik seperti ekonomi pertanian, ekonomi terapan, bisnis dan keuangan, pembangunan ekonomi, sejarah ekonomi, ekonomi lingkungan, ekonomi fiskal, ekonomi kesehatan, industri dan perdagangan, inflasi, ekonomi internasional, ekonomi Islam, ekonomi tenaga kerja, makro dan mikroekonomi, kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, ekonomi politik, kebijakan publik, pembangunan wilayah dan pedesaan, ekonomi perkotaan dan regional, pengangguran, serta ekonomi kesejahteraan. JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan is a scientific journal published by the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, issued biannually in May and November. This journal aims to serve as a platform for publishing scientific works, research findings, analytical studies, and critical perspectives in the field of economics and development studies. The journal focuses on a wide range of topics including agricultural economics, applied economics, business and finance, economic development, economic history, environmental and ecological economics, fiscal economics, health economics, industry and trade, inflation, international economics, Islamic economics, labor economics, macroeconomics and microeconomics, monetary and fiscal policies, political economics, public policy, regional and rural development, urban and regional economies, unemployment, and welfare economics.

The study aims to find out the difference in clothing merchant income in the old market of Banjarmasin City before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses T Sample Paired test data analysis technology, processed with SPSS 16. It uses primary data from interviews that are obtained directly from several samples by providing questionnaires to clothing traders in the old market. There are 36 clothing merchants. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The results of this study showed that before being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a difference in the income of clothing merchants.

Handry Imansyah, MAM, Ph.D. This study aims to determine the leading sektors and their role in the economy in the city of Banjarmasin This study uses analysis tools to determine the leading sektors through the calculation of Location quotient, Input - Output Analysis. By using secondary data in the form of gross regional domestic product according to employment and Expenditures on Current prices, Banjarmasin city labor, and BPS IO Table. The results showed that the leading sektors in the city of Banjarmasin were dominated by the secondary sektor, namely (1) community services and others (2) financial institutions, real estate and company services, and (3) the manufacturing industry. There are limitations in this research, namely, some data does not reach 17 sektors, so the analysis data is completely converted into 9 sektors and this research uses non-survey, so that the data used is only the result of documentation by the relevant agencies.

This study shows the effect of life expectancy, average length of schooling, and purchasing power parity on GRDP in South Kalimantan. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency in 2011-2020, with time series analysis data; the results of the study state: life expectancy has a negative and insignificant effect on GRDP in South Kalimantan; the average length of schooling has a positive and significant impact on GRDP in South Kalimantan; Purchasing power parity has a positive and significant effect on GRDP in South Kalimantan; The value of the determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.974301 with the intention that GRDP is influenced by three variables, namely life expectancy, average length of schooling and purchasing power parity 97% and the rest is influenced by other factors 3%.

This study examines the influence of (1) to identify the value of depletion, forestdegradation, and depreciation Tabalong Regency in South Kalimantan Province (2)can see the value of Forestry Sector Green GRDP Tabalong Regency in SouthKalimantan Province. Data is processed using the Green GRDP calculation method.This study proves that the value of the Forestry Sector Green GRDP is smaller thanConventional GRDP. This Green GDRP shows the implementation that the TabalongRegency suffered losses due to the forest's exploitation. The result of the ForestrySector Green GRDP calculation in 2015 amount to Rp -24,413 million, in 2016,amounting to Rp. -10.816 million, and 2017 amount to Rp28,665 million.

This study aims to determine the financial feasibility of the Terminal Gambut Barakat before the BMN lease collaboration with UNISKA, identify the level of sensitivity of the Terminals cash flow after the partnership, and find out the social benefits of this collaboration when viewed from the perspective of UNISKA and the people of Banjar Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data analysis techniques, namely financial feasibility analysis and sensitivity analysis. The result of this study indicates that before the cash flow cooperation, Terminal Gambut Barakat was not financially feasible. After the lease agreement was put, it was also still not financially feasible, even though the opening of the UNISKA campus at the Terminal Gambut Barakat was categorized as financially unfeasible. Still, this collaboration provided many social benefits for the people of Banjar Regency and its surroundings.

This study aims to determine the potential sectors in improving the economy of Banjar Regency. This study uses input-output analysis to identify potential sectors through the calculation of Forward & Backward Linkage, and Multiplier effects. Input-output table was constructed by deriving Kalimantan Selatan Input-Output Table with an adjustment using Quotient Location. An adjustment using secondary data such as Gross Regional Domestic Product by sectors and by Expenditure, including employment data by sectors in Kabupaten Banjar The results showed that (1) the processing industry; (2) Transportation, Warehousing and Communication; (3) Finance, Real Estate and Company Services; (4) Electricity, Gas and Water, (5) Construction is a potential sector in Banjar Regency. This sector needs to be developed because expanding this sector is expected to encourage other sectors. The limitations of this research are the limited data obtained and the data used are only the results of documentation by the related agencies.

This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach by analyzing the Elasticity and Efforts of Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) to GRDP in Banjarmasin City. The results obtained are: 1) the calculation of the elasticity of PBB-P2 on the GRDP of the city of Banjarmasin in 2014-2020 (7 years) has an average value of 4.60, which means that for every 1% change in PBB-P2 occurs, efforts can be made to increase GRDP by 4.60% so that the Government can optimizing potential tax opportunities as a multiplier effect on GRDP; 2) the calculation of PBB-P2 tax efforts on the GRDP of Banjarmasin City in 2013-2020 from year to year tend to have a relatively constant value, which ranges from 0.09 to 0.13 and has an average value of 0.11 or classified as very low, resulting in low awareness of the people of Banjarmasin City in paying taxes, especially PBB-P2 Banjarmasin City. In addition, there are a lot of vacant lands whose owners are outside the area, so Bakeuda Banjarmasin City has difficulty collecting PBB-P2.

This study aims to determine how the influence of infrastructure development oneconomic growth in south Kalimantan and determine which infrastructure is mostinfluential on economic growth in south Kalimantan. Infrastructure as the productionfactor in this study is represented by road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure,and water infrastructure. At the same time, economic growth is characterized bygross regional income variables. This study uses panel data intending to get the BestLinear Unbiased Estimator results. The results show a Fixed Effect Model that bestfits the data conditions to help get the expected analysis results.This study's final results state that two of the three independent variablespositively and significantly affect the dependent variable. That two variables areelectricity infrastructure and water infrastructure. In contrast, the road infrastructurehas a positive effect but not significant on economic growth in South Kalimantan, andthe infrastructure that most influences economic growth is electricity infrastructure.

The objectives in this study are (1) To find out whether Per capita Income, Health Sector Expenditures and Education Sector Expenditures Persistently Influential on Human Development Index in Regency / City of South Kalimantan Province for the period 2010-2018; (2) To find out whether Per capita Income, Health Sector Expenditure and Education Sector Expenditure Simultaneously Influence Human Development Index in Regency / City of South Kalimantan Province for the period 2010-2018; (3) To find out what variables are dominantly affecting the District / City Human Development Index of South Kalimantan Province 2010-2018. This research is expected to be able to provide understanding to local governments, private parties and community institutions with an interest in economic development in the regencies / cities of South Kalimantan Province. The results of this study indicate that per capita income has a significant effect and positive direction on the index of human development, regional spending on the health sector has a significant effect and a positive direction on the index of human development and regional expenditure on the education sector has a significant effect and positive direction on the index of human development.

This study aims to determine the effect of GRDP, capital expenditure, and population on local tax revenues in Banjar Regency and to determine what factors are the most dominant influencing local tax revenues in Banjar Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary time series data. The research location is in the qBanjar Regency, and the data that has been obtained is then carried out with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that partially, GRDP, capital expenditure, and population have a significant effect on local tax revenues in Banjar Regency, GRDP, spending Capital, and people have a substantial impact on local tax revenues in Banjar Regency and the most dominant variable affecting local tax revenues is population.
