Abstract

Every company should be able to survive in the midst of increasingly fierce competition by implementing a good management control system. However, now several companies still have problems in implementing management control systems. Thus, an evaluation is needed in the implementation of this system. The purpose of this research is to find out how the management control system is implemented at PT Sukses Berkah Melimpah. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the factors that influence the management control system such as culture, management style, information organization, perception and communication have been well implemented. The management of PT Sukses Berkah Melimpah should pay attention to internal factors that greatly affect the management control system, and it is even hoped that the control system will be further improved so that the company's goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Using the Apriori Algorima to helps optimize product placement, increase cross-selling opportunities, and improve inventory management and promotions. In-depth insights into purchase patterns can enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Enhancing cross-selling strategies: By understanding associations between items purchased together, this research provides insights for improving cross-selling strategies. Businesses can offer relevant product recommendations, whether through in-store placement or online suggestions, to boost sales and enhance the shopping experience. The Apriori method and algorithm are used in analyzing the buying and selling of market baskets. The research findings revealed a significant association between customers who purchase Bread and Coffee together. Support "toast" and "coffee" is 0.023666, which means that 2.3666% of the total 30 transactions includes both itemsets, confidence "toast → coffee" is 0.704403, which means that if customers buy "toast", chances are they also buy "coffee" by 70.4403%, lift "toast → coffee" is 1.472431, which shows that the probability of buying "coffee" increases by 1.472431 times if the customer also buys "toast. This presents an opportunity for businesses to improve sales through strategic product placement, promotions or special offers involving the combination of Bread and Coffee, and optimizing inventory to meet the demand of customers who tend to purchase both items simultaneously

Abstract

The use of e-commerce is growing rapidly now days. By the increasing development of e-commerce in Indonesia, customers are being influenced to find service quality to achieve customer satisfaction. This study investigated the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction among Bumigora University students on the Shopee platform. A total of 120 samples were used in this study. According to this study's findings, all the service quality variables have a positive and significant influence. Further, this study discovered that website design has the biggest impact on customer satisfaction. This study also offers for establishing and increasing service quality to maintain customer satisfaction. In addition, e-commerce practitioners should be concerned with improving service quality surrounding students

Abstract

The development of technology and the ease of information at this time is very influential in all aspects of life, for example the use of social media is not only used as a means of obtaining information and as a means of self-performance but social media is widely used as a means of doing business which we usually call an online shop. with increasingly evolving technology, there are now many online buying and selling sites which collect many online shops into one site that makes it easy for shoppers to get the items they want with various promos promising to attract students to shop there. In this study The researcher wants to know how the influence of the development of E-Commerce on the consumptive behavior of management students at Tidar State University. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method with a sample of 50 students majoring in Digital Business of the Bumigora University by distributing questionnaires. The results show that of the 26 samples taken it appears that the biggest effect of student consumptive behavior on E-commerce is caused by the promo or discount factor given by E-commerce sites at the beginning of the month.

Abstract

The development of cooperatives in central Lombok in the last five years has increased every year. Technological developments force financial institutions to always innovate to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the institution's operational activities. several cooperatives in Central Lombok district have not yet used fintech in their institution's operational activities. Based on the findings and several previous studies, an approach is needed regarding the nature of cooperatives that have not used financial technology to facilitate operational activities, facilitate transactions, and reach a wider range of customers in cooperatives in Central Lombok district. The selected qualitative approach is related to phenomena that occur in society so as to understand the subject matter. In this study, the research object was given a code to make it easier for researchers and readers to categorize research objects. The findings from this study include cooperative constraints in implementing fintech in the form of application development used and parties that can develop fintech applications that can be explored for collaboration by cooperatives. Lack of education about fintech to cooperative employees and cooperative partners. Therefore it is necessary to develop and train cooperative employees and partners.
