Abstract

Gunung Tunak Natural Tourism Park (TWA Gunung Tunak) is a conservation area developed as a tourist area with the concept of community-based eco-tourism. Including as a buffer destination for the sustainability of the Mandalika special economic zone (KEK Mandalika) so that it must have good and sustainable management. This study aims to explore and assess the sustainability of the management of TWA Gunung Tunak since it was first opened as a tourist destination until now. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis. Data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and document study. The findings of this study are divided into two categories, namely the strongest potential and participatory management. The potential of TWA Gunung Tunak has been managed with an integrated collaborative approach through the local community's Tunak Besopok forum. Management of diversity of flora and fauna is preserved with a strong socio-cultural culture of the community. Participatory management involving elements of the local community supports the sustainable management of TWA Gunung Tunak.

Abstract

The hotel and resort business are required to sustain consumer loyalty effectively. The study was carried out at Navotel Lombok Resort. The primary objective of this research is to ascertain the impact of brand experience, brand authenticity, and brand love on brand loyalty. Furthermore, this study aims to examine the potential mediating effects that may arise through the concept of brand love. The present study used a descriptive quantitative research design. The sampling approach employed in this study was purposive sampling. The present study discovered a noteworthy and affirmative relationship between brand authenticity and brand love, indicating that both factors substantially influence brand loyalty in contrast to brand experience, which has been found to have a limited impact on brand loyalty. Moreover, the impact of brand experience and authenticity on brand love is positive and substantial. The subsequent finding demonstrates an indirect relationship between brand experience and brand authenticity with brand loyalty, mediated by brand love.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises need to prepare remarkable anticipations for business continuity, one of which can develop strategic choices in the field of marketing management through entrepreneurial orientation, and develop product innovation, marketing capabilities, and competitive advantages so that it will be able to improve business performance. The population in this study is owners or managers of small and medium culinary businesses in Mataram City, with 146 respondents. Data processing methodology using Structural Equation Modeling or SEM using AMOS program. This research uses the basic theory of Service Dominant Logic (SDL). The hypothesis in this study is overall accepted except for the fifth hypothesis. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on product innovation, and marketing capability, and product innovation has a significant effect on competitive advantage; product innovation has a significant effect on SMEs’ Performance. Competitive advantage does not have a significant effect on SMEs' Performance. Competitive advantage mediates the relationship between product innovation to SMEs' performance, and product innovation mediates entrepreneurial orientation to SMEs’ performance. Abstract

Determining the priority scale of needs in daily life is often a problem for some people, especially the younger generation. Not infrequently, some people are often trapped by online loans which are definitely detrimental to the victims. This problem is caused by the low understanding of financial literacy. This community service was carried out using a discussion method packaged in the form of an open talk show which was attended by the society and more focused on young people, especially those with student status, numbering around 40 participants. This financial literacy discussion activity focuses on discussing financial topics about how someone can manage needs and investments. The output of this community service is increased public understanding regarding financial management to meet daily needs and investment needs. It is considered very important for the public society and the younger generation to have knowledge related to basic financial management so that they can be wiser in making financial decisions. This community service can be used as a forum or means to share basic financial knowledge related to investment and daily financial management to create financial stability.

Abstract

Donald Cressy's theory states that pressure, opportunity, and rationalization can drive a person to commit fraud. The theoretical concept is packaged in the concept of the fraud triangle theory. This study aims to test this theory using 89 respondents who come from business and finance students at University XYZ. This study used a quantitative approach by collecting data using a questionnaire. The study results show that only rationalization factors partially influence student academic fraud. However, if tested simultaneously, the three factors in Donald Cressy's theory are proven to have an influence that can encourage students to commit acts of academic fraud

Abstract

Ensuring the attainment of Social Development Goals (SDGs) in the education sector necessitates equipping university students with the necessary skills and qualities to become effective leaders with strong moral principles. The character of students, particularly those in financial majors, can have a significant impact on the quality and integrity of the future human resources in the financial sector. The fraud in the academic sector should not be ignored because it can be a challenge for SDG’s programme. This research aims to find out the influence of the fraud Pentagon’s dimensions/ Crowe’s theory, namely academic pressure, opportunity, rationalisation, competence, and arrogance, on academic students’ dishonesty. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The research design in this study is ex post facto. The data in this research is primary data collected with the use of the questionnaire survey, tested with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The result explains that students commit academic fraud supported by academic pressure, the opportunity to conduct the fraud, and the competence to make a strategy to conduct academic dishonesty. Meanwhile, rationalisation and arrogance have no influence on academic students’ dishonesty. We propose the following recommendation to the parties concerned: for education practitioners, this study provides valuable information considering the impact of pressure, opportunity, rationalisation, competence, and arrogance on academic dishonesty behaviour, devising better letter methods or rules to minimise academic fraud among students, especially for online learning and examinations. This study empirically confirms that the fraud pentagon dimension factors influenced 71.1% of academic students’ dishonesty. Meanwhile, the rest was caused by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of inflation and interest rates on Indonesia's economic growth. Employing a quantitative approach with the OLS regression technique, the study uncovers a significant relationship between inflation and economic growth. While high inflation can stimulate aggregate demand, boost investment, and drive economic expansion, it can also lead to economic uncertainty, erode household purchasing power, and hinder economic progress. Similarly, the study reveals a substantial impact of interest rates on economic growth. Low interest rates can encourage investment, enhance consumption, and propel economic growth. However, they can also trigger inflation, depreciate the exchange rate, and heighten the risk of financial crises.

Abstract

Pengembalian saham merupakan faktor penting bagi investor dalam menilai kinerja investasi dan pembuatan keputusan. Selain itu, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kinerja keuangan dan kualitas audit eksternal yang dapat meningkatkan keandalan laporan keuangan bagi investor. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan juga berperan dalam menciptakan hubungan antara kinerja keuangan, kualitas audit, dan pengembalian saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan kualitas audit terhadap pengembalian saham dengan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 14 perusahaan tambang sub-sektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebagai sampel, dengan data selama tiga tahun (2021-2023). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan dan kualitas audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengembalian saham. Selain itu, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan kualitas audit terhadap pengembalian saham. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan variabel yang berbeda seperti ukuran perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan dapat digunakan sebagai variabel moderasi dan dapat menggunakan objek penelitian yang berbeda. Bagi perusahaan tambang sub sektor batu bara yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia disarankan untuk lebih efisien dalam operasional dan fokus pada peningkatan kinerja perusahaan serta memastikan audit eksternal yang lebih dapat dipercaya oleh investor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan sub sektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023 menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsector batu bara yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2023. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 18 perusahaan dengan Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung lima rasio keuangan utama dalam model Altman Z-Score untuk mengklasifikasikan perusahaan ke dalam zona aman, zona rawan, atau zona berbahaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa perusahaan tetap berada dalam zona aman, sementara yang lain mengalami fluktuasi keuangan, bahkan ada yang masuk ke zona berbahaya, menandakan risiko kebangkrutan tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi serta bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan dan mengambil langkah strategis. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi studi selanjutnya mengenai prediksi kebangkrutan di sektor industri lainnya.

Abstract

The use of e-commerce is growing rapidly now days. By the increasing development of e-commerce in Indonesia, customers are being influenced to find service quality to achieve customer satisfaction. This study investigated the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction among Bumigora University students on the Shopee platform. A total of 120 samples were used in this study. According to this study's findings, all the service quality variables have a positive and significant influence. Further, this study discovered that website design has the biggest impact on customer satisfaction. This study also offers for establishing and increasing service quality to maintain customer satisfaction. In addition, e-commerce practitioners should be concerned with improving service quality surrounding students
