Abstract

The lack of financial literacy among micro-entrepreneurs causes them difficulties in accessing external financing. Even though the financial literacy of the people of NTB is above the national average, this is not accompanied by optimal financial management from MSMEs, especially the Central Lombok district. This study attempts to analyze the effect of financial literacy on MSME actors and assess the level of financial literacy of MSME actors in Central Lombok. The primary data collection method was carried out by online questionnaires and face to face with the respondents. Researchers used simple linear regression analysis to determine the magnitude of the influence of variables. Based on hypothesis testing using the t-test, there is an influence between financial literacy and business development. Based on the linearity test, there is a positive influence between digital financial literacy on business development. This influence means that the higher the level of financial literacy, the higher the business development. Based on the modeling, the coefficient of determination that influences financial literacy on business development is 77.5%, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Bumigora University developed a web-based library information and data processing system, while the contents of the development of the system were only limited to a single information system in which only admin operators handled the system without any direct interaction with library users, while in the analysis and development of the library system only limited to acquisition and return transactions with a system without involving library human resources, but there are problems that are still often encountered in the management of a library at Bumigora University, there is no guarantee of book safety in the library and the work system of library human resources is not yet optimal. Based on this, a Wireless RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Technology device is needed. This technology supports the identification of book library reshelving, book libraries, book returns with self-service which is expected to provide more accurate information, improve future library services in addition to complementing security aspects. The purpose of this study is to describe the opportunities for Wireless RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to be applied in the Bumigora University library. This study uses an explanatory theory that must be built by researchers based on general data in observations that must be analyzed, explained and interpreted, and uses qualitative methods. The results show that the use of RFID technology in libraries applies both to university libraries, regional libraries, school libraries and others. The use of RFID by Higher Education Libraries will greatly support the following: a. High Speed ​​Inventory System b. Fast Circulation Process The use of RFID will speed up a borrowing and returning circulation process. Therefore, the application of Wireless RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Technology in the Bumigora University library is needed to create a safe and professional library management.

Abstract

Lombok Eco Free Market is a collaborative ecopreneur community located in Kuta Village, Central Lombok which provides a place to help and empower local farmers and craftspeople around Kuta, Central Lombok to develop businesses and improve their standard of living. In running its business Lombok Eco Flea Market uses 6 (six) principles as a branding strategy, namely: Empowering Women and Communities, Conscious Shopping or Fair Trade, Circular Economy, Earth Friendly Products, Local Wisdom and digital-marketing and is the main requirement for vendors who want to join the Lombok Eco Flea Market. These principles are in line with the policy of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial government in the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial government's social safety net program, namely economic stimulus and recovery due to Covid-19 by defending and buying local products so that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in West Nusa Tenggara Province can actively operate again . This research is a qualitative research that aims to analyze the six main principles of Lombok Eco Flea Market in realizing its mission to empower and improve the welfare of local farmers and craftsmen in Kuta, Central Lombok through ecopreneurs.

Abstract

In a marketing communication various kinds of strategies are often used, starting from the selection of a character who is considered capable of conveying a message, both visible and invisible. Media selection is also an important thing to make a choice before determining the audience or to whom the message will be delivered. In the current digital era, Instagram is often the choice to be used as a medium in promoting a product or campaigning for advertisements for goods or services. Dancow is a company selling goods in the form of children's milk that uses social media to build its brand awareness. In building a marketing communication strategy packaged in a poster or picture, Dancow has a strong character. Starting from the selection of yellow which is very prominent and strong as the distinctive color of its product, Dancow. In addition to choosing yellow, Dancow also chose a female figure, in this case the mother, to be the central figure in his poster. The figure of a mother is considered to represent a feeling of affection which is packaged attractively. The use of the pronoun child to baby also often appears in the picture shown. The use of this pronoun also seems to convey that Dancow has a different way of conveying messages to his followers.

Abstract

Event marketing activities involve the use of a certain time, layout, management, and the participation of various parties. Event marketing is a strategy to introduce products and attract customers. The purpose of this study is to explain event marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition in e-commerce X. Qualitative research with case studies has been implemented in one of the e-commerce in Indonesia. Interviews were conducted with five informants who were employees at the City Y Branch Office. The results showed that the form of event marketing from e-commerce X was divided into two activities, namely offline events and online events. Offline and online event marketing activities basically have the same form of events including roadshows, bazaars, seminars, and sponsoring other activities. Marketing events are held in schools or strategic places. The impact of the event marketing strategy carried out by e-commerce X has been positive on customer acquisition. The company's success in acquiring customers can be seen from the fulfillment of targets set by the company.

Abstract

Giggle box cafe and resto is a hangout place that does marketing with education. Education-based promotion is widely practiced to overcome the boredom of advertising. The advantage of education-based marketing is that audiences will not only see it as a marketing effort but will directly feel the real value of being a smarter buyer. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of digital promotions in giggle box cafes and restaurants educates consumers. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive qualitative research methods. The location of this research is the address at giggle box cafe and restaurant jalan. Pejanggik, cilinaya, cakranegara district, mataram city, west nusa tenggara. The steps of data collection were taken through the process of interviewing, documenting and observing while the data analysis step was taken by collecting data from the interview process to a number of related parties, in this case the owner of the giggle box cafe and restaurant, then reducing the results of the interviews, then presenting the data in the form of a presentation. Data and research analysis. From the results of this study it can be seen that education-based marketing as a promotion strategy is quite good, they adapt their educational content to the characteristics of the social media they use. Even so, one drawback is related to the digital promotional activities that they carry out, because giggle box cafe and restaurant does not apply an evaluation stage.

Abstract

Pasar destinasi digital merupakan unit usaha kecil serta modal yang diperlukan juga kecil dengan sistem pengolahannya yang cukup sederhana, walaupun dengan modal yang sedikit orang-orang yang bekerja di pasar destinasi digital mampu mempertahankan hidupnya di era modernisasi saat ini. Hadirnya globalisasi membuat jarak, ruang, dan waktu semakin mudah teratasi, sehingga mampu mempermudah komunikasi atau mengirim Lokasi berdagang termasuk komposisi dari berbagai peluang, berbagai fasilitas serta kemudahan dari letak lokasi dalam melakukan usaha dagang. Dalam menjalankan suatu usaha menentukan lokasi sangatlah penting. Penentuan lokasi yang tepat sasaran mampu mewujudkan suatu usaha bisa berjalan lebih efisien serta mendorong pendapatan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh pedagang di pasar destinasi digital di Pasar Jelojok, Kopang, Lombok Tengah. Objek Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Jelojok Kopang, Lombom Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu data yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka dan biasanya diperoleh dari sejumlah pertanyaan yang telah disusun (Sekaran dan Bougie, 2013). Adapun jenis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Primer. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis variabel lokasi usaha terhadap tingkat pendapatan pedagang menunjukkan bahwa lokasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan pedagang. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada nilai signifikan sebesar 0.098 > 0,05, yang artinya menunjukkan nilai probabilitas lokasi lebih besar dari 0,05. Hal tersebut kemungkinan dikarenakan lokasi pasar destinasi digital yang terletak jauh dari pusat keramaian kota tak menyurutkan minat para pengunjung atau pembeli untuk berkunjung ke pasar-pasar destinasi digital di Pasar Jelojok, Lombok Tengah, pasar-pasar destinasi digital tersebut terletak disekitaran lokasi pariwisata yang telah jamah dikunjungi para wisatawan saat berpariwisata di Lombok Tengah.

Abstract

Every company should be able to survive in the midst of increasingly fierce competition by implementing a good management control system. However, now several companies still have problems in implementing management control systems. Thus, an evaluation is needed in the implementation of this system. The purpose of this research is to find out how the management control system is implemented at PT Sukses Berkah Melimpah. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the factors that influence the management control system such as culture, management style, information organization, perception and communication have been well implemented. The management of PT Sukses Berkah Melimpah should pay attention to internal factors that greatly affect the management control system, and it is even hoped that the control system will be further improved so that the company's goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Using the Apriori Algorima to helps optimize product placement, increase cross-selling opportunities, and improve inventory management and promotions. In-depth insights into purchase patterns can enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Enhancing cross-selling strategies: By understanding associations between items purchased together, this research provides insights for improving cross-selling strategies. Businesses can offer relevant product recommendations, whether through in-store placement or online suggestions, to boost sales and enhance the shopping experience. The Apriori method and algorithm are used in analyzing the buying and selling of market baskets. The research findings revealed a significant association between customers who purchase Bread and Coffee together. Support "toast" and "coffee" is 0.023666, which means that 2.3666% of the total 30 transactions includes both itemsets, confidence "toast → coffee" is 0.704403, which means that if customers buy "toast", chances are they also buy "coffee" by 70.4403%, lift "toast → coffee" is 1.472431, which shows that the probability of buying "coffee" increases by 1.472431 times if the customer also buys "toast. This presents an opportunity for businesses to improve sales through strategic product placement, promotions or special offers involving the combination of Bread and Coffee, and optimizing inventory to meet the demand of customers who tend to purchase both items simultaneously

Abstract

The use of e-commerce is growing rapidly now days. By the increasing development of e-commerce in Indonesia, customers are being influenced to find service quality to achieve customer satisfaction. This study investigated the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction among Bumigora University students on the Shopee platform. A total of 120 samples were used in this study. According to this study's findings, all the service quality variables have a positive and significant influence. Further, this study discovered that website design has the biggest impact on customer satisfaction. This study also offers for establishing and increasing service quality to maintain customer satisfaction. In addition, e-commerce practitioners should be concerned with improving service quality surrounding students
