Abstract

Pengelolaan kawasan lindung, dewasa ini menjadi sorotan penting, terutama pasca terjadinya musibah banjir, longsor, kekeringan yang disebabkan rusaknya kawasan lindung. Dengan adanya permasalahan ytersebut menyadarkan begitu pentingnya keberadaan kawasan yang berfungsi sebagai penyangga dan pelindung kelestarian lingkungan hidup. Dampak Pengelolaan kawasan lindung yang tidak dilakukan secara sungguh-sungguh dan profesional akan menimbulkan kehancuran dan kerugian yang tidak bisa dihitung secara materiil.

Abstract

Adalah sutiyoso, Gubernur DKI jakarta yang mencuatkan gagasan Megapolitan yang akan mempersatukan DKI dengan beberapa daeah milik Propinsi Jawa Barat dan Banten (Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, Tangerang dan Cianjur) dan menimbulkan pro & kontra terutama dengan Gubernur Jawa Barat dan Banten. Berbagai reaksi muncul atas gagasan tersebut. Masyarakat Jawa Barat merasa keberatan dengan hal tersebut, karena konsep megapolitan dimaksud dikhawatirkan akan mencaplok sebagian daerah Jawa Barat. Walaupun menurut Sutiyoso tidaklah demikian, yang ada justru sebaliknya daerah yang akan dijadikan megapolitan akan menjadi lebih makmur dan lebih tertata

Abstract

Decentralization in Indonesia has been relatively influencial to the government administration system as awhole. It has also made impact both negative and positive to many aspects of the local government implementation. This article firstly describes some probles of decentralization in the religions which mainly jeopardize stability in all sectors such as economies, social, and politics. Then, it present some important variables that have to be considered to solve the problems of decentralization. The article then brings us to the concept of transforming organization which considers organization as living organiszm, concept of cost benefit analysis, cost and public service. Finally, this article is ended with the summary concluding that decentralization can improve local people’s empowerment, democracy, and quality service.

Abstract

The government policy on the local autonomy based on the Law No.22 year 1999 and then the Law No. 32 year 2003 has been implemented all around Indonesia for about five years during which various attached regulations have been carried out. Among others, the regulation on the government issue distribution is of significance as it will result on the design of organizational structure of local government. However, not all local government have been implemented the regulation because of various reason. This paper is an attempt at avaluating the implementation of the regulation in the city government of Bandung, based on the empirical observations and study on related references. To sum up, a policy recommendation will be proposed to be taken into consideration for the revision of the regulation.

Abstract

Bandung Metropolitan Area is growing up quickly as result of conurbation process and sub urbanization phenemenon. A large urban are created when neighboring towns spread into and merge with each other. Bandung City and some municipalities arround it have a correlation between one and others. This is characterized by a regional cohesion in many aspects such as economy, social, cultural, etc. Today, public infrastucture is managed by each regional government who has autority in their own home and has no authority in their own home and has no autority to others region whereas public infrastructure is not restricted by administration border. By increasing the need of public services quality, each municipality has to have an integrated infrastructure management with others.

Abstract

In autonomy era, society needs the quality of public service in all sectors. Public service in the society’s right that must be fulfilled by government. Tp give the quality of public service needs an accurate and clear information from leader to subordinate, leader to leader, and subordinate to subordinate especially about the program and policy which have been formulated, so that every one in organization can understand what they need from others. It needs organizational communications. The channels of organizational communication are upward communication, downward communication, horizontal communication, and diagonal communication.

Abstract

West Java has a great potency of tourism, the attraction and objects of tourist spread on each area. One of West Java main tourist objects is Pangandaran in Ciamis Regency. With its various superiorities, therefore the potency is strongly possible to be continously developed, so that it is expected to be able to increase the welfare of society. Up to now tourism becomes the second primadona in giving relatively great contribution to Product Domestic Regional Bruto after agriculture sector for Ciamis Regency.

Abstract

The model of local government management in Indonesia, if it was investigated be seen that its development experiences enough interesting dinamisc, both sentralization model and desentralization model. In this article, the writer try to pay attention close to development the local government management, with focus its analysis from ORBA Regime to Reform Regine. In this final analysis will be recommended a local government management model that is assumed appropriate to today condition.
