Abstract

The number of new students is very important in the continuity of the running of the organization, because after all a private higher education institution still relies on its income from student tuition fees. To be able to attract new student candidates, UnHar Medan has taken steps to anticipate higher education competition. In order to create, improve and maintain its competitiveness, UnHar Medan must carry out the right promotion. Promotional activities carried out by distributing brochures and visiting schools for direct promotions. This is certainly less effective in the middle of the current pandemic. To help UnHar Medan in building a system-based promotion system, the researchers designed a promotion system. The method in designing the system uses e-CRM with the process of finding problems and solutions using the PIECES method. In designing a business process system using UML. Abstract

Enterprise software, also known as enterprise application software, is computer software used to meet the needs of organizations rather than individual users. Such organizations include businesses, schools, interest-based user groups, clubs, charities and governments. Enterprise software is an integral part of (computer-based) information systems; a collection of such software is called an enterprise system. These systems handle a number of operations within an organization to improve business and management reporting tasks. The system must process information at a relatively high speed and be usable across multiple networks.

Abstract

Transportation Route System is a system that was built to improve and to meet the needs of public transport users with technology at the present time. the purpose of making the transportation route system is to facilitate the public so that it can create facilities when searching for the desired transportation. The transportation route system uses SDLC (system Development Life Cycle) technology in building it so that the system is made more neat and complex. Google maps technology becomes the main thing on the transportation route system because Google Maps will show the route when the transportation is running. Abstract

IoT in health monitoring is the main key in providing better medical facilities to patients and facilitating doctors and hospitals as well. The system proposed here consists of various medical devices such as sensors and web-based or mobile-based applications that communicate via a network of connected devices and help monitor and record health data and medical information. The proposed result of this mini research is to build a system to provide a medical monitoring system to patients even in remote areas without a hospital in their area by connecting via the internet and retrieving information via their health status through the wearable device provided in the kit using raspberry pi microcontroller which can record patient's heart rate, blood pressure. The system will provide information to the patient's family members and doctors about the patient's current health status and this system has complete medical information in case of an emergency. Information retrieval can be used to analyze and predict chronic disorders or other diseases such as heart attack at its initial stage using data mining techniques which will also provide a profitable approach to decision making.

Abstract

In implementing the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), the problem faced at MAN 1 Panyabungan was that the school had difficulty in determining students who were entitled to receive the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), this was due to the many criteria that had to be considered in determining aid recipients. The large amount of student data and the many variables used in determining recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) have become an obstacle for MAN 1 Panyabungan. Classifying student data is very important because the process of determining scholarship recommendations involves various criteria that need to be considered and takes quite a long time, but the results do not necessarily provide the right and accurate decision. Implementing applications and systems can be a solution to speed up correct and fast decision making, and can provide the best results in selecting students according to the criteria set by the school. In grouping capable and incapable students, the K-Medoids algorithm is used. The criteria used in the data mining process are the average report card score, parents' occupation, income and number of parents' dependents.

Abstract

In the Medan johor sub-district, currently the filing management system is still manual, such as currently outgoing letters are still carried out in writing and if files are to be searched, they are still done manually by opening a ledger to see the file number or code so that document data is often inaccurate, The loss of documents then the problem of filing an ektp is still done manually for receipt of application for making an e-ktp so there is a need for a system that can record documents and perform computerized management of archives so that staff can easily manage the available archives. The author will implement a manual system that becomes computerized and a web-based system using Qr code technology with the aim that the archival processing system can be easily seen, managed, found and reused and minimizes loss of data required for future needs. This research is implemented by developing software, namely Extream Programming. System development is made faster and reduces costs from software changes. Abstract

Has several interesting tours, one of which is Ara Garden Tourism, a place in the form of an artificial tourist park located in Bagan Batu, Riau, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. However, ticket purchases can only be made by buying directly on the spot when entering the tourist spot. This can make it difficult to order tickets because of the large number of visitors. So here the e-ticket application design will be made using the RAD method to analyze and design applications for online ticket booking at Ara Garden Tourism. In this design using dart and fluter programming languages as application development, using VCS (Microsoft Visual Studio Code) as a code editor in creating the application. Therefore I use a database that functions to store and manage data through SQL commands or queries, applications that have more complex data processing are postgreSQL. The Ara Garden tourist ticket application has been created and the prototype of the application was tested by sending a questionnaire to 20 respondents with an average score of 4.021 and most of the responses from potential users said that the ticket prototype was easy to understand and use. So here we will try to create an e-ticket application design. E-tickets can make it easier for buyers or visitors to get them because they don't need to come directly to the tourist attraction.

Abstract

Traditional batik as a cultural heritage contains the value of local wisdom or cultural heritage (heritage) and the art of batik is one of the cultural products known from our ancestors. The sales of batik made by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the country are still very potential, and try to expand their sales distribution abroad through export channels. In today's digital era, introducing batik to the world is quite easy. Just post it on social media, people will see it, but that doesn't mean they will understand. Therefore, to help Batik SMEs players in providing an understanding of batik, we need a system in which the system, apart from providing information about batik, can also be used for buying and selling transactions. The development of this system uses the waterfall method and system design uses UML. The result of this research is a website-based application that can be used by batik craftsmen in providing information about batik and also can make buying and selling transactions online.

Abstract

One of the core subjects of Mathematics is that students are expected to have the ability to understand concepts, explain the interrelationships between concepts and apply concepts accurately, efficiently and precisely in solving problems. There are many students who, after learning mathematics, are unable to understand even the simplest parts, many concepts are misunderstood so that mathematics is considered a difficult science. Understanding the concept is the most important part in learning mathematics, one of which is in combinatorial material, increasing the understanding of combinatorial concepts needs to be pursued for the success of students in learning. Combinatorial is a branch of mathematics for calculating the number of possible arrangements of objects without having to enumerate all possible arrangements. Kaggle is a site or platform that holds competitions in the field of Data Science, kaggle is also a common (practically) Science learning resource. For this reason, an early introduction to this technology is needed for students who are still in school. Writing this article aims to get an overview of students' understanding of the concepts of combinatorial and kaggle so that students can apply questions about combinatorial to kaggle.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, human life is always followed by various problems that must be taken with a decision. There is no day without a decision being made. There is an opinion that all his behavior is a reflection of the results of the decision-making process through his mind so that humans often make decisions. Through the process of identifying the problem until the selection is the best solution and this is what is called the decision-making process. The method used in this journal is propositional calculus. This method has the concept of determining a statement in which there are premises from which then through a truth table, one's statement can be drawn a conclusion. and after understanding what propositional Calculus is we can apply that material by creating a VB.NET-based app project with the aim of facilitating the work of lecturers or other instructors.
