Abstract

Theoretically and normatively, Political Parties are articulate organizations that are channels for the interests of the community to be fought for to become state policies. Democracy, with all its attributes, will not exist without the presence of Political Parties. Therefore, Political Parties must be able to build an effective and stable Indonesian Democracy, but in practice the personalization of Political Parties is increasingly strengthening, which gives rise to the latent danger of ideological fragmentation, hegemony and internal conflict. This condition has justified the assumption that Political Parties, which are de jure the main pillars of democracy, but de facto have no contribution to the Democratization of Government.

Abstract

The issuance of Sailing Permit (SIB) in its implementation still has the application of application requirements that are applied outside the applicable provisions, for example additional costs, for that it is necessary to make consistent enforcement efforts, so that an efficient service system is created. For this purpose, the Port Administrator needs to improve the one-stop integrated licensing pattern so that efforts to make Cirebon Port an International Sea Port have a high level of competitiveness.

Abstract

Changes in communication technology that occur continuously and develop rapidly cause convetional media to converge and create new media channels or platforms that are more diverse. These changes also eencourage conventional media to transform to adapt to new technological changes. For this reason, this research discusses the strategies implemented by the Public Broadcasting Corporation of Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Sumenep in facing challenges in the era of media convergence as well as its supporting and inhibiting factors. With Henry Jenkins’ media convergence theory and qualitative descriptive method, data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The result revealed that RRI Sumenep’s strategy in facing the era of media convergence includes mapping and collecting competent human resources, then creating content that can be watched through RRI Sumenep’s own Youtube, its own page on the rri.co.id website, and social media accounts that each program belongs to RRI Sumenep itself. In conclusion, the strategy applied by RRI Sumenep is effective in increasing audience reach and streghthening the existence of institutions in the digital realm.
