Abstract

ABSTRACT Has designed a DC motor speed control device using sensor hall based microcontroller ATMega8535. Generally, this instrument consists of a dc motor, hall sensor, microcontroller and driver. The purpose of this design is to control the speed of dc motors with pulse width control (PWM) method. The workings of this instruments is a microcontroller programmed to compare the speed of rotation of the motor is detected by the hall sensor on the motor rotation speed input. Based on the analysis of the data and obtained an error rate of 0.62% with 190rpm rotation speed up to 240 rpm. Thus, the speed of rotation of dc motor can be controlled as expected. Thus the  rotation speed control devices can be used on specific purposes, for example in the control process in the industry. Keywords : Hall Sensor, DC Motor, Mikrokontroler.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Using Presence system manually usually have many disadvantages such as inimitable. To avoid these conditions, this study used electronically extremely difficult to replicate. The purpose of this is to facilitate peneletian a system Presence To realize these objectives in this study utilized the fingerprint sensor, fingerprint analysis method in which to use the fingerprint pegenalan filtergabor. Sampel approach in this study was conducted to 10 respondents, each with each respondent fingerprint scan data taken by 8 scaning , which varied from the angle (). Based on the analysis of data obtained by the obtained results of 8 respondents stated the same (match) and 2 respondents are not the same (not found) for the angle . Abstract

Abstract : A water tank control has been designed using wireless radio communication. The main control is taken by ATMega8 with its internal ADC where the sensors were placed. The level of the water in the tank is transmitted with two ways communication using standard UART data format. The system is worked as it is proposed.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang dapat mengancam kelangsungan hidup manusia dan merusak infrastruktur bangunan, sehingga membuat manusia harus berusaha mencegah kemungkinan bencana tersebut terjadi. Baik berupa memberikan pengarahan pada masyarakat untuk menanam pohon dan membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Salah satu altenatif untuk mengantisipasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan membuat alat pendeteksi ketinggian air yang perlu diawasi ketinggian airnya agar tidak terjadi bencana yang tidak diinginkan. Pada perancangan alat pendeteksi banjir via gelombang radio ini menggunakan mikrokontroller Atmega8535 dan juga sensor air yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi ketinggian air. Sensor ketinggian air akan membaca nilai resistansi pada saat sensor terkena air. Sensor akan selalu mengirim data melalui gelombang radio yang terpasang pada unit sensor. Ketika mikrokontroller membaca adanya air pada sensor maka mikrokontroller akan mengaktifkan pemancar (Transmitter) dan mengirimkan data berupa bit sesuai dengan tinggi keadaan air. Data-data yang dibaca akan dipancarkan dan diolah oleh mikrokontroller pada rangkaian penerima. Hasil pembacaan ketinggian air dari tegangan yang terukur, sehingga pada nilai tegangan tertentu alarm akan berbunyi dan dari keadaan sensor tersbut di tampilkan pada LCD dan PC sebagai monitoring ketinggian air.   KATA KUNCI: Mikrokontroller ATMEGA8535, Sensor Banjir,

Abstract

Has designed a safety device motorcycles ATMega8535 based microcontroller using RFID sensors. Broadly speaking, the design consists of several parts, namely RFID reader, RFID Tag, microcontroller, limit sensor, relay, and an LCD for displaying the results. The purpose of this design is to create a system of two-wheeled motor vehicle safety. The way the device works is if juxtaposed RFID Tag RFID reader has been initialized first then the system immediately responds automatically open. However, if the RFID tag to the RFID reader kompatimbel not then the system does not respond (closed), the alarm sounds.Telah dirancang sebuah alat pengaman kendaraan bermotor roda dua berbasis mikrokontroler ATMega8535 menggunakan sensor RFID. Secara garis besar perancangan ini terdiri dari beberapa bagian yaitu RFID reader, Tag  RFID, mikrokontroler, sensor limit, relay, dan LCD untuk menampilkan hasil. Tujuan rancangan ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem pengaman kendaraan khususnya bermotor roda dua secara elektronik. Cara kerja alat ini adalah jika Tag RFID didekatkan dengan RFID reader yang telah diinisialisasi terlebih dahulu maka sistem langsung merespon secara otomatis  terbuka. Abstract

Fabrication and characterization of polymer roof materials had been done made of mixture of rubber waste used polypropylene, sand, asphalt and epoxy. With a mixture of sand and rubber variation as independent variables with composition are (30:20)gr, (32,5:17,5:)gr, (35:15)gr, (37,5:12,5)gr, (40:10:)gr, (42,5:7,5)gr ,  (45:5)gr and (47,5:2,5)gr. Then added with 15 gr of epoxy, 5 gr of asphalt and 30 gr of used polypropylene. Properties of roof observed include porosity, water absorption, impact and flexural strength test. The results of this study showed that the optimum mix is a mixture of variation (35:15)gr which provides water absorption and good mechanical with the addition of 5 gr asphalt as water retention.   Key words: polymer roof, rubber waste, polypropylene

Abstract

Has designed multichannel data acquisition system based microcontroller ATmega8535 with the display on the PC. Designed with multiple input channels, namely gas sensor, temperature sensor, light sensor and keypad as the input and the output used LCD and fan. As well as showing the results of the output to the PC. This tool is controlled by a microcontroller ATmega8535 which aims to process data generated by the sensor output in the form of voltage (analog data) are converted to digital data. The data from the microcontroller will appear to the PC as the display output through the serial communication is supported using visual basic program. In this study only simulates the temperature sensor and light sensor. So the PC will display the value of temperature and light conditions around the sensor (dark/light). If the value of temperature ≥50°C then the fan will be active, and if the value of temperature is < 50°C then the fan is off. Abstract

abstract :The use of wireless communication systems (wireless) as a medium of communication in computer network system can be made by designing a system of monitoring wind speed and direction that will be sent wirelessly to a computer using a data communication at a frequency of 433.31 MHz on Module KYL 1020-U. Wind speed was measured using a censor that is connected to the wind Optocoupler cup. And for the direction of the wind is used IR LED and photodiode censors are mounted in pairs represents 8 cardinal directions. While as a data processing center, used microcontroller AVR ATMega8535. Measurements of wind speed and wind direction was made at a height of 1 meter above the ground in the area open.Systems monitoring wind speeds have approached the measurement results obtained with the standard tools of measurement results in the station Central Calibration Laboratory of Climatology  Meteorology  Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BBMKG ) Region I Field with 6,33% accuracy. The results of the design of monitoring wind direction has a resolution of 45 may indicate an 8 cardinal directions. Throw Distance wifi module is capable of transmitting data at both the coverage radius of 100 m in the open field,

Abstract

Research of polymer concrete had been made by using pumice, glutinous rice and sands. Research had been done in order to get the best combination of  sands and pumice as independent variable with composition of variations to 30:60 g, 40:50 g, 50:40 g, 60:30 g, 70:20 g, 80:10 g, 90:0 g. Then, constant variable with composition 10 g glutinous rice, polyester 20 g as a glue in combination and thinner 10 g. Then, it was pressed by using Hot Comppressor for 30 minutes at temperature of 70 oC. The properties of polymer concrete has been analyzed that is physical properties such as water absorption, porosity, mechanical properties, impact test and bending strength test. The result of research showed that the best combination based on test was the combination of sands and pumice with ratio of 60:30 g and additional 10 g of as glutinous rice, as binding 20 g of polyester and 10 g of thinner. Abstract

The study of manufacturing and characterizing of concrete block using pumice, solid waste rubber thread with resin epoxy as binder material had been dane. Variation of compositions made in this research, including percentage that is amount of waste rubber : 0, 2, 4, and 6% of the total used pumice and epoxy resin : 20, 25, and 30% weight of the total aggregate. The physical and mechanical magnitude which are measured that are : water absorbtion, porosity, impact, flexural strength. The addition of pumice relatively degrades the physical and mechanical properties of concrete block. Conversely, if the amount of  epoxy resin increased, hance  quality of  concrete block tend to increase also. Through the testing, the resulted output sample had characteristics : water absorption  = 0.90%, porosity = 1%, Impact = 0.90 kJ/m2 and flexural strength = 35.22 MPa.   Keywords : concrete block, pumice, waste rubber, epoxy resin
