Abstract

E-government at the village Wonokarto a web-based electronic governance aimed at improving the quality of government services to publik. Development e-government is an effort to develop an electronic-based management government in order to improve the quality of public services effectively and efesien.Wonokarto a village be in the district Gadingrejo Pringsewu Lampung regency. During the service in the village Wonokarto still use manual methods so that the public service of information Wonokarto village less than optimal, with this then to solve it in create a new system that could help the government apparatus Wonokarto village in providing information to the public. The process of creation of e-government at the village Wonokarto is done by analyzing analyzing the existing system in the village of Wonokarto, then making a couple of diagrams, namely, DAD (Data Flow Diagrams), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and Flowchart. Followed by the web designing and database My SQL .E-Government on Wonokarto village is expected to help government personnel in making the letter and provide services to the community and the right information quickly so that people who want to get information, services and potential Wonokarto Village can access via the Internet.

Abstract

One of the learning models that are often used and developed is PjBL (Project Based Learning). PjBL is a teaching approach built on learning activities and real tasks that provide challenges for learners related to everyday life to solve in groups (Goodman and Stivers 2010). Bridge Simulator is one of the supporting suggestions in implementing PjBL in vocational learning, which has become a national and international standard regulated by the Ministry of Transportation and IMO (International Maritime Organization), where users/students can apply the PjBL method with the BRM (Bridge Resource Management) concept. The focus of this study is how the adaptation of learning models with simulators by school residents including students, measurements using the DM model and TTF model, that the adaptation of simulator learning shows positive results.

Abstract

Department of Hygiene and Gardening in Lubuklinggau has given the information about the location of waste disposal legal still in conventional data. It resulted in the map less provide complete information and difficult to be refurbished for its data object. It also difficult to map all locations of waste disposal legal in Lubuklinggau. Therefore, it neede fast an information systems, accurate and easy to be understood so that all locations of waste disposal legal can be know by the wider community. In addition, the management process was done by goverment, it can be coordinated by Department of Hygiene and Gardening in Lubuklinggau. In resolving of this issue, the writes tried use the development of technology application GIS (Geographic Information Systems) in order there were a mapping system location of the distribution waste disposal legal so that it’s easy for doing changes the data, provide the information and it also can be accessed by using mobile device. The result of this study was an application of Geographic Information Systems in mapping the location of waste disposal legal that consisted of main page, map page, detail of location waste disposal page, login admin page, home administrator page, and location processing page where for all menu provides complete information for the user.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine sales transaction trends at the Berkah Abundant Store using the Apriori algorithm. One technique for identifying relationships between items in a transaction dataset is the Apriori algorithm. Toko Berkah Abundant provides sales transaction data used in this research. Preparing data for research involves applying the Apriori algorithm, analyzing the data, and interpreting the findings. Relevant transaction patterns between products purchased by customers simultaneously are displayed in the analysis results. Abundant Blessings Store management can use this information to make better judgments regarding product placement, sales tactics, and promotions. Utilization of the Apriori algorithm on sales transaction data at the Berkah Abundant store produces in-depth information about consumer purchasing habits which can be applied to increase operational effectiveness and store revenue. Products A and E are most often purchased together by customers, according to the a priori algorithm calculation procedure. So it can be concluded that products A and E have a support value of 61% and 53% respectively. Based on a priori calculations, if a customer buys product A, at least 30% of the time they will buy product E. Products that sell well can be identified based on a priori calculations of association rules, so that Toko Berkah Abundant can create product packaging that contains derivative products from product combinations in an effort to increase sale.

Abstract

Partai Golongan Karya ( Golkar ) adalah salah satu partai terbesar di indonesia yang berdiri sejak tahun 1964. Partai Golkar memiliki pengaruh yang besar dalam dunia pemerinbtahan, kejayaan partai Golkar tidak luput dari perjuangan dan kerjasama yang baik dari anggota organisasi didalamnya hingga kepungurusan partai Golkar tersebar dari mulai kepengurusan Dewan Pimpinan Pusat ( DPP ), Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Provinsi (DPD Prov), Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Kabupaten (DPD Kab) hingga Dewan Pimpinan Cabang ( DPC ).Analisis perancangan ini dibuat agar dapat menentukan chance atau peluang terpilihnya Ketua umum DPD partai Golkar kabupaten pringsewu sebagai anggota Legislatif DPRD Kabupaten pringsewu pada Pemilu 2014.Analisis ini dirancang menggunakan metode AHP, alasan pemilihan metode AHP karena AHP mampu membuat orang menyaring definisi dari suatu permasalahan dan mengembangkan penilaian menjadi suatu model yang fleksibel dan mudah dipahami.

Abstract

The development of information technology now has reached to all fields and become something very important in life, humans need information that is fast, accurate, and accurate in presenting data. A geographical information system an information processing service that contains data information displayed in a map view, this system can provide information more easily and support health management. Posyandu geographic information systems can help communities to find out where a posyandu is located. Designing a leaflet-based geographical information system on posyandu in Pinang District to search for posyandu located in the Pinang District area of Tangerang City. The results of this study are in the form of a geographic information system that is connected to a google map that can show a map of the location of the community health center and information from each Posyandu in Pinang District, Tangerang City.

Abstract

Proses pengelolaan nilai hasil seleksi pegawai pada Koperasi Beguwai Sewu selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga masih banyak membutuhkan tenaga terutama untuk mengkompilasi data nilai hasil seleksi. Oleh sebab itu perlu dikembangkan suatu Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rekruitmen Calon Pegawai Koperasi yang mampu mengelola pendaftaran, penilaian pada setiap tahap proses seleksi dan nilai akhir hasil rekruitmen menjadi lebih baik dan terstruktur. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode waterfall, yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan metode kerja yang efektif sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan yang dibutuhkan. Sistem yang dikembangkan adalah sistem yang dapat mengompilasi nilain akhir dengan mempertimbangkan nilai pada setiap tahap proses seleksi serta berbasis pada konfigurasi pembobotan nilai di setiap tahap seleksi.

Abstract

A lecturer is one of the essential components of a higher education system. Roles, duties, and responsibilities are very important in realizing national education, namely educating the nation's life, improving the quality of Indonesian people, which includes the quality of faith/piety, noble morals, and mastery of science, technology, and art, as well as realizing an advanced, fair, and advanced Indonesian society. prosperous, and civilized. Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, 4 competencies must be possessed as a lecturer in carrying out the task of the Tridharma of Higher Education. The four competencies include pedagogic, professional, personality, and social. These four competencies are indicators that show the performance of lecturers as educators and teachers. In improving the quality of education at STIT Pringsewu, qualified lecturers are needed. The selection of outstanding lecturers will be one of the supporters in improving the quality at STIT Pringsewu. The algorithm C 4.5 method is one of the methods for making a decision tree based on the training data provided in determining the outstanding lecturers of STIT Pringsewu as many as 20 lecturers. From the results of data testing using the rapid manner tool, it was found that 4 people who got the criteria deserved an award as outstanding lecturers.

Abstract

Currently, the sphere of sports is continuously expanding in Indonesia. E-ticketing has made it possible for fans to quickly and easily purchase tickets to soccer matches thanks to advances in technology and information. Some studies have found that the ability to distribute tickets rapidly and efficiently is one of the e-greatest ticketing benefits. The goal of this study is to evaluate how soccer fans' perceptions of the ease and advantages of ticket purchasing influence their willingness to make those purchases. Subjects in this study are the 120 football fans who regularly attend PSIS Semarang games in International Stadium Jatidiri Semarang. This study also has a quantitative component. The analysis that is used is a multivariate regression. This study shows that a minimal number of soccer fans still prefer to purchase tickets online. In addition, the study found that (1) ease of usei has a positive impact on perceived usefulness of e-ticketing, (2) ease of use has no effect on the intention to use e-ticketing, and (3) perceived usefulness of e-ticketing have a positive impact on the intention to use e-ticketing.

Abstract

In the current era of globalisai E-Government role is needed in the government system, because it can be used to facilitate the delivery of information and is expected to face changes in accordance with Law No. 11 Year 2008. Implementation of E-Government in an effort to increase the potential village in Bumirejo Village is wrong a website-shaped media, used in facilitating the dissemination of information and viewing Potential data as well as the state and government system in Bumirejo Village, the E-Government process of Bumirejo Village by analyzing an existing system using the SDLC method, the SDLC method passes through several the stage from start of this system is planned until the system is applied, then proceed with making some diagram that is diagaram ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), Usecase system running and Relation table database, then proceed with designing Web-based website of Mobile and use pemograman  structured using PHP programming language and MySQL database.
