Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work climate, achievement motivation, and digital literacy on teacher performance in senior high schools in Pringsewu Regency. Using regression analysis methods, the study involved 98 teachers as respondents. The results show that the work climate significantly and positively impacts teacher performance, contributing 80.3%, with the regression equation Ŷ = 1.540 + 0.812X1. This indicates that a conducive work environment promotes improved teacher performance. Additionally, achievement motivation positively influences teacher performance by 69.30%, with the regression equation Ŷ = 6.406 + 0.877X2. High achievement motivation encourages teachers to work more optimally, boosting enthusiasm and energy in fulfilling teaching duties. Digital literacy, measured through work discipline, significantly and positively impacts teacher performance, contributing 87.6%, with the regression equation Ŷ = 1.802 + 0.965X3. Teachers' ability to leverage digital technology in teaching has been proven to enhance the quality of teaching and overall teacher performance. Simultaneously, work climate, achievement motivation, and digital literacy positively influence teacher performance, contributing 90.6%. The regression equation for the simultaneous effect is Ŷ = 1.071 + 0.355X1 + 0.064X2 + 0.688X3. These findings strengthen the argument that improving teacher performance requires creating a conducive work environment, providing appropriate motivation, and developing digital literacy. Therefore, the enhancement of educational quality is strongly influenced by these three factors, which collectively encourage teachers to achieve better performance and deliver higher-quality teaching.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis distro di kota Bandar lampung semakin ketat. Bahana adalah salah  satu distro yang baru berdiri sejak   tahun   2009   di   Bandar lampung.   Mekanisme   sistem   penjualan   pada   distro   bahana   sekarang   masih menggunakan  sistem  konvensional,  dimana konsumen  harus  datang  langsung  ke distro.  Dengan  adanya Aplikasi E­commerce  pada  Distro  Bahana  Bandar Lampung  diharapkan  dapat memberikan  kemudahan  kepada masyarakat  untuk  melakukan  pembelian  produk  tanpa  harus  datang  ke  tempatnya,  serta  memperluas pemasaran   dan   meningkatkan   costumer   loyality.   Distro  ini   dikembangkan   dengan   SDLC   (System Development  Life  Cycle)  dan  software  yang  digunakan  untuk  merancang  dan  mendesain  Aplikasi  E­ commerce  yaitu  bahasa  pemrograman  PHP,  text editor  Macromedia  Dreamweaver  8,  Database MySQL dan  Adobe  Photoshop  CS3.  Aplikasi  ini  juga  dapat  menghasilkan  informasi  produk  yang  dijual,  serta menyajikan  laporan ­laporan  yang  ditujukan  kepada  pimpinan  (manajer)  diantaranya:  laporan  produk, laporan member, laporan order, dan laporan penjualan.

Abstract

The development of information technology makes it easier for humans to complete work. Work that previously required a lot of manpower to complete can now be completed with the help of technology.  As in writing citations, it can be done automatically with the help of the Mendeley Reference Management Software. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of Mendeley in students of the Surabaya State University, Office Administration study program using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach.  The research carried out is quantitative research. The study population is 62 students of the Office Administration Education study program, Surabaya State University. The data analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS).  The results of this study are: (1) Attitude towards using has a positive effect and significant on behavioral intention of use, (2) Perceived ease of use has no positive effect and significant on behavioral intention of use, (3) Perceived usefulness has a positive effect and significant on behavioral intention of use, (4) Perceived ease of use has a positive effect and significant on perceived usefulness, (5) Indirectly, Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention of use through perceived usefulness

Abstract

Polres sendiri adalah singkatan dari (kepolisian resor) yaitu struktur komando Kepolisian Republik Indonesia di daerah kabupaten atau kota.  Dalam menentukan lokasi yang tepat untuk di jadikan perkantoran polres pada kabupaten pesawaran diperlukan metode yang tepat dan akurat agar penilaian menjadi lebih objektif. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) merupakan metode mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternative pada semua attribute. Metode ini di pilih karena dapat  menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap attribute, kemudian di lanjutkan dengan proses perankingan yang akan menyeleksi alternative terbaik dari sejumlah alternative, dalam hal ini alternative yang dimaksud adalah lokasi yang tepat untuk di jadikan perkantoran polres kabupaten pesawaran berdasarkan kriteria kriteria yang di tentukan. Dengan metode perankingan tersebut penilaian akan lebih tepat karena didasarkan pada nilai kriteria C1: Luas Lokasi, C2: Harga C3: Tanah, C4: Air, C5: Insfraktutur  Jalan, C6: Jarak dengan pusat kota, C7: Listrik, C8: Transportasi Umum dan bobot yang sudah ditentukan sehingga akan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat terhadap lokasi empat lokasi (alternative) yang akan di jadikan sebagai perkantoran polres paswaran

Abstract

Various types of government programs in poverty alleviation efforts have been widely implemented, but the assistance that reached the hands of the people has not been in accordance with what is expected. One reason is that the determination of the status of poor families as beneficiaries has not been optimal, so that in providing poverty assistance has not been well targeted. Application Development Decision Support System Determination of Poor Family is made by the method used in determining the decision is the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The results of the assessment conducted by the system are given poverty status such as Very Poor, Poor, Vulnerable Poor and Not Poor. SAW method is chosen because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternatives referred to are families categorized as poor families based on the criteria specified. With the ranking process, the assessment will be more precise because it is based on predetermined criteria and weights, so it will get more accurate results for anyone who is categorized as poor. These results can then form the basis for the TPK (Poverty Reduction Team) team of Tamanmartani villages to determine which families are entitled to receive government funding so that the distribution of aid is targeted.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently in a transition period from analog to digital television broadcasting. This paper investigates the factors that influence public acceptance of digital terrestrial television (DTT) technology in Indonesia using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model. A survey of users was conducted to collect data on the factors of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit. The results of the study showed that Age, Habit, Hedonic Motivation, Gender, Facilitation Condition, Salary, Behavioral Intention and Use Behaviour are having an effect to people use Terrestial Television for their activity with fun, enjoyable and use for long term.

Abstract

sophisticated era, especially in the field of computer inspire for the making of computer application System Expert Diagnosis of Chicken Layer layer Disease. The purpose of this study is to create a website application that can be used by laymen either rural farmers or experts who want to add insight into the various symptoms and diseases that attack livestock. There are 45 symptoms that produce 15 diagnoses of disease caused by viruses and bacteria. The programming language used in the design of this expert system is PHP. Meanwhile for the author database using MySQL. The methodology used to develop software is Waterfall. Meanwhile, to build this expert aplikation writer using a website-based application and the results of this expert application can provide solutions in the form of prevention, how to treatment, and drugs that must be used so as to cope with the disease early on.

Abstract

Broiler chickens are a livestock business in great demand by the public because the harvest period is relatively fast and has high economic value. The initial growth phase of broiler chicks is an important stage that breeders must pay attention to. Broiler chickens will grow optimally if they are supported by environmental factors and appropriate care. One of the challenges for broiler chicken breeders is managing temperature and humidity in the cage, especially during the starter phase. In the starter phase, namely, chickens aged 0-14 days, chickens are not yet able to regulate their body temperature so breeders use machines to help get the optimal temperature. This cage heating machine uses fuel, namely Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). The challenge currently faced by chicken farmers is the difficulty of obtaining LPG fuel, especially 3 kg in large quantities. The availability of LPG fuel can cause shortages at certain periods, thus affecting the optimization of the cage heating system. In this research, a prototype SCOWAS (Smart Coop Warming System) machine has been designed which can meet the optimal temperature and humidity requirements of the cage and uses wood pellets as an alternative fuel. The expected result of this research is to develop a conventional chicken coop heater as an alternative and efficient solution for the sustainability of broiler chicken farming in the agricultural and livestock sectors.

Abstract

Rumah  sakit  telah  melakukan  pengaturan  terhadap  persediaan-persediaan  yang  dimilikinya  dalam  kegiatan operasionalnya. Akan tetapi, rumah sakit masih mengalami kesulitan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan persediaan yang dilakukan agar dapat berjalan secara optimal. Hal ini terjadi karena rumah sakit masih menerapkan sistem pencatatan persediaan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan informasi persediaan yang dibutuhkan rumah sakit dalam menganalisa pengelolaan persediaan menjadi tidak begitu akurat, memerlukan waktu yang lama, dan biaya yang besar. Dalam meningkatkan proses perkembangannya itulah maka penulis akan membangunan sistem informasi manajemen menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0. Tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah melakukan analisis sistem persediaan yang sedang berjalan pada rumah sakit, melakukan perancangan sistem informasi persediaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, metode analisis dan metode perancangan. Metode analisis digunakan untuk meneliti masalah yang dihadapi rumah sakit. Metode perancangan digunakan untuk merancang suatu sistem yang baru yang dapat memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi. Hasil yang dicapai adalah dihasilkannya laporan yang berhubungan dengan pengolahan data dan tampilan layar yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pengolahan data tersebut. Simpulan dari penulisan penelitian ini adalah diharapkan sistem yang baru dapat memberikan kemudahan pada pihak yang terkait dalam melakukan pengolahan data secara cepat dan akurat, serta dapat menyimpan data dengan aman sehingga membantu dalam proses pelayanan terhadap masyarakat.

Abstract

In an effort to increase cognitive intelligence in children with special needs at the elementary school level, many factors can influence one of the proper learning model specifically for children with autism. In the learning process in the classroom, most of them still use the lecture method, therefore in the learning process students tend to be less interested in the learning process This study aims to develop a learning system using e-learning for children with special needs at the elementary school level using the multimedia to increase cognitive abilities. The research of Learning Management Moodle System is one of the solution that can solve learning problems for students with special needs. Data collection methods used in this study are: observation, interviews, literature study, literature study, questionnaires, and systems development methods. The steps for  systems development method are analyzing data requirements, analyzing process requirements, analyzing software and hardware requirements, analyzing user needs, designing business models, systems designing, systems implementing and system testing. With the existence of an e-learning learning system for children with special needs, it can overcome learning deficiencies in class and students can carry out remote learning anywhere, anytime and repeatedly in a more interactive and fun way, so as to increase student understanding.
