Abstract

Child of tunagrahita that is child having intellegence under average of normal child in general and have resistance in the field of adjustment and social interaction. This reality have child of tunagrahita not easy for parent, especially if faced by parent which less the understanding to all problems of child of tunagrahita. According to data steming from Body Centering Statistic ( BPS), amount of disabled peoples in indonesia in the year 2010 are equal to 2.126.785 souls. Blind 778.084 soul, tunarungu articulation of 267.974 soul, tunadaksa 733.740 soul, and tunagrahita 345.815 soul. Provinsi North Sumatera there are amount of disabled peoples in the year 2010 are 118.603 souls, consist of blind 43.390 soul, tunarungu articulation of 14.943 soul, tunadaksa 40.918 soul, and tunagrahita 19.284 soul. Pay attention to this problem, governmental for the agenda of mengentaskan prosperity of social of disabled peoples formulate various policies one of them educations and constructions programs for child of tunagrahita through panti or managed by institutions is public or government professionally. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effectiveness of training programs and education in mental retardation SLB-C Foundation for Development of Disabled Children in Medan. Type of research used in this research is descriptive method. Meanwhile, the techniques of data analysis in this study using a single table and explained qualitatively by Likert scale. The conclusions obtained through analysis of the data that the The Effectiveness Implementation of Coaching Program and Education child's mental retardation In SLB-C Foundation for Disabled Children Coaching In Medan City is effective. The calculation result is effective viewed from several measurements that have been made, from the understanding of the program as much as 0.36, 0.675 as targets of accuracy, timeliness as of 0.45, from 0.91 as the goals and of real change as 0,78. Abstract

Against Student at State High School District I Sibolga North Sibolga Sibolga". This thesis consists of 6 chapters and 158 pages. Issue discussed here is how the socio-economic impact of households to interest high school students in the State of North Sibolga I Sibolga District Sibolga. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of socioeconomic households to interest high school students in the State of North Sibolga I Sibolga District Sibolga. This type of research is explanatory research, which aims to look at the relationship between the variables and the research aimed to test the hypothesis that has been formulated previously. Meanwhile, data collection techniques using Product Moment Correlation technique. Conclusions based on data analysis, there is no influence of socioeconomic households to interest students in school I SMA Northern District Sibolga Sibolga. It is evident from the results of the correlation analysis performed by analyzer wherein Product Moment correlation coefficient rxy = 0.19 with a significant level of 5% is 0.25. So based on the meaning of the Product Moment Correlation, coefficient rxy of o, 19, means that the relationship between socioeconomic households (variable x) to the students' interest in school (variable y) showed a very low level of relationship. The calculations show that the socio-economic contribution of households to interest high school students in the School I Sibolga by 3.61%. Therefore, there are many other factors besides socioeconomic households contributes to greater student interest in school SMA Negeri I Sibolga Northern District Sibolga. Abstract

Parents have different ways in educating and caring for their children where sometimes parents do not realize their mistakes or shortcomings are to drudge for a living and fulfill every desire of the child would be enough material and ultimately prefer drugs as a last . By looking at the rapid amount of drug abuse, the Government made ​​a policy with Supreme Court Circular No.7 of 2009 on the Placement of Drug Users to Panti therapy and rehabilitation, and Act 35 of 2009 RI Narcotics Article 54 and Article 55 paragraph 1 and 2. This study aims to determine how parenting parents Drug abuse victims in Recovery Center Yayasan Caritas PSE to analyze the status of the position of the child and parents attitudes factor that would eventually form a pattern of care. This is a descriptive study that aims to identify and describe how to apply parenting parents of victims of drug abuse by using descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The unit of analysis in this study is 3 rehabilitation patients at Recovery Center Yayasan Caritas PSE. The data collection technique is the study of literature, observation and in-depth interviews. The results of data analysis showed that the pattern established parenting is permissive parenting with an equation that three elderly victims of drug abuse lacks firmness in making decisions related to the victim abuse and tend to rely on any activities undertaken by them. Abstract

To see the baby under five years old growing and developing is one of the things that interesting for the parents. However, if the child has a development period of disruption, then parents will be very sad. One of the disorders in childhood who became frightened parent is autism. Current cases of autism in children, causing more and more concern among the public, especially parents, in addition to the negative stigma of society towards children with autism, parents are also faced with the problem of education of children with autism because children with autism do not have the ability to learn like normal children so that children with autism need special schools who deal with children with autism. This research is descriptive research that makes the overall picture of how the response of parents of students with autism. The research was conducted at the Sekolah Alam Medan is located at Jalan Bunga Wijaya Kusuma no. 23, Pasar 4, Padang Bulan, Medan, the number of those 30 people. Techniques of data collection through questionnaires, observations and interviews directly to the respondents. Respondents were then given a questionnaire respondents are presented in tabular form and then conducted a quantitative analysis of the Likert scale. Based on the data that has been collected and analyzed, it can be concluded that the response of parents of students with autism to the services at the School of Natural Terrain education is positive with a value of 0.95. Consists of perceptions and attitudes to the value of 0.99 with a value of 0.93 and 0.93 to the value of participation. Parents expect educational services for children with autism can be improved for the better again. Abstract

Poverty is a phenomenal problem. Therefore, poverty is a topic that is very important and crucial to be completed. The phenomenon of poverty, which is most often found in rural areas, has been undertaken by the government to be resolved by establishing programs such as the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas or Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (PNPM-MP), as a solution. This study research has the objective to determine the effect of this program on socio-economic conditions of the household in the group of women on savings and loan in Ononamolo II Lot Village, sub-district of West Gunungsitoli, Gunungsitoli. This research study considered in a descriptive study by using descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this research study were 40 women who participated in the activities savings and loan for women in Ononamolo II Lot Village, with the presentation of the data using a single table system. Methods of data collection are questionnaires, interviews, real observations, and literature study. The results showed that the influence of PNPM-MP for the socio-economic of the household in the group of women on savings and loan in Ononamolo II Lot Village, sub-district of West Gunungsitoli, Gunungsitoli, is less influential. This is caused by the lack of education that have an impact on the lack of management of the loans, the lack of participation of members of the group, and the lack of oversight by the management.
