Abstract

Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia pemasaran sepeda motor sangatlah ketat, setiap perusahaan dan agen pemasaran berusaha untuk memberikan yang terbaik bagi konsumennya supaya mereka dapat menggunakan kembali serta loyal pada merek sepeda motor tersebut, sehingga tetap memiliki komitmen dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian ulang. Berkaitan dengan kondisi tersebut,  perusahaan harus menciptakan suatu kepercayaan kepada konsumennya. Terdapat suatu teori yang berkaitan dengan kepercayaan tersebut yaitu kepercayaan merek, yang meliputi 3 hal yaitu merek, manfaat merek dan pengukuran kepercayaan merek. Untuk itu maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Gunungsitoli, dan sampel yang diambil adalah konsumen sepeda motor Honda yang ada dilingkungan Gunungsitoli dalam kurun waktu satu semester terakhir. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan  penelitian di atas adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merek dan loyalitas konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan. Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan Merek dan Loyalitas Konsumen  Abstract: Competition in the world of motorcycle marketing is very tight, every company and marketing agency tries to provide the best for its consumers so that they can reuse and be loyal to the motorcycle brand, so that they remain committed to making decisions to make repeat purchases. In connection with these conditions, the company must create a trust to its consumers. There is a theory related to this trust, namely brand trust, which includes 3 things, namely brands, brand benefits and measuring brand trust. For this reason, this study aims to analyze empirically the effect of brand trust on consumer loyalty.This research was conducted at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Gunungsitoli, and the samples taken were consumers of Honda motorcycles in the Gunungsitoli neighborhood within the last one semester. The analytical tool used to answer the research objectives above is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that brand trust and consumer loyalty have a very significant influence. Keywords: Brand Trust and Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Poverty is a phenomenal problem. Therefore, poverty is a topic that is very important and crucial to be completed. The phenomenon of poverty, which is most often found in rural areas, has been undertaken by the government to be resolved by establishing programs such as the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas or Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (PNPM-MP), as a solution. This study research has the objective to determine the effect of this program on socio-economic conditions of the household in the group of women on savings and loan in Ononamolo II Lot Village, sub-district of West Gunungsitoli, Gunungsitoli. This research study considered in a descriptive study by using descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this research study were 40 women who participated in the activities savings and loan for women in Ononamolo II Lot Village, with the presentation of the data using a single table system. Methods of data collection are questionnaires, interviews, real observations, and literature study. The results showed that the influence of PNPM-MP for the socio-economic of the household in the group of women on savings and loan in Ononamolo II Lot Village, sub-district of West Gunungsitoli, Gunungsitoli, is less influential. This is caused by the lack of education that have an impact on the lack of management of the loans, the lack of participation of members of the group, and the lack of oversight by the management. Abstract

PDAM Tirta Umbu, Nias Regency in providing services to the management and distribution of clean water has also not satisfied customers. There were 447 complaints or customer complaints during 2018. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of service quality and want to know and analyze the most dominant service quality elements affecting customer satisfaction PDAM Tirta Umbu, Nias Regency. This research method is descriptive with survey method approach. The population numbered 9374 customers in 2018. Data collection techniques consisted of questionnaires and documentation studies. The sample technique is accidental, with statistical analysis of multiple regression analysis. The results of research and discussion, amounting to 51.3% of customer satisfaction PDAM Tirta Umbu is influenced by the five service quality variables, while the remaining 48.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research is the application of employee career management at the Tuhemberua District Office, North Nias Regency. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation and interviews. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of career management at the Tuhemberua District Office, North Nias Regency. All positions at the Tuhemberua District Office have been filled by civil servants who have been assigned to the Tuhemberua District Office. In the informant's statement it is known that the employee's career development process has not developed properly due to several factors such as education, age and years of service of the employee.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is intended to find out how the role of financial management oversight is on the effectiveness of budget use at the PPKAD Office of the City of Gunungsitoli so that what was previously planned can be achieved properly. This study uses the method of reviewing the literature. In this study the sampling technique is to use a saturated sample, namely where the entire population is used as a sample. So that the samples in this study were all Civil Servants of the PPKAD Service in Gunungsitoli City, totaling 41 people. The role of supervising financial management is very useful in the process of using the budget as is the case with the PPKAD Office of the City of Gunungsitoli where the implementation of the function and role of supervision on management effectiveness, especially in the financial sector, has been well implemented. Management of the budget (financial) at the PPKAD Office of the City of Gunungsitoli starting from the preparation of the budget to the monitoring objectives has been carried out properly; and Information on management oversight of financial management on the effectiveness of budget use at the PPKAD Office of the City of Gunungsitoli has been carried out well and this has become a benchmark for the development of its tasks/activities in the future.   Abstrak. Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan terhadap efektivitas penggunaan anggaran pada Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli sehingga apa yang direncanakan sebelumnya dapat tercapai dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengkajian terhadap literatur.   Dalam penelitian ini teknik penarikan sampel yaitu menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Sehingga yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli yang berjumlah 41 orang. Peranan pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan sangat berguna di dalam proses penggunaan anggaran seperti halnya pada Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli dimana penerapan fungsi dan peranan pengawasan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan khususnya dibidang keuangan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Pengelolaan anggaran (keuangan) pada Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli mulai dari penyusunan anggaran hingga tujuan pengawasannya telah terlaksana dengan baik; dan Informasi manajemen pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan terhadap efektivitas penggunaan anggaran pada Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli terlaksana dengan baik dan ini menjadi tolok ukur pengembangan tugas-tugas/aktivitasnya dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

The focus of research in this study is to understand the symptoms of objects thoroughly so that researchers can identify existing problems and formulate problems to be studied. This research focused on the application of work discipline to improve employee performance at the Hilimegai Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency with a descriptive approach. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan komitmen kerja pegawai negeri sipil maka diperlukan pegawai-pegawai yang dalam tugasnya bekerja secara efektif dan efesien. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghemat waktu dan pelaksanaan tugasnya dan meningkatkan displin kerja bagi seorang pegawai terutama tentang cara pegawai melakukan pekerjaanya sehingga hasil yang dicapai akan sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Dalam komitmen terkandung keyakinan, pengikat, yang akan menimbulkan energi untuk melakukan yang terbaik. Budaya organisasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi komitmen kerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana komitmen dan sistem kerja kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Nias. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan deskriptif naratif. Informan yang menjadi kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah keterwakilan dari pegawai Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Nias sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil penelitian menjelasakan bahwa komitmen kerja pegawai mencakup beberapa faktor internal seperti motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas terhadap organisasi, serta faktor eksternal seperti lingkungan kerja dan dukungan manajemen dan sistem kerja yang diterapkan dengan kepemimpinan yang efektif, pengakuan dan penghargaan, pengembanga karir, keseimbangan dalam bekerja, komunikasi yang efektif serta partisipasi dan keterlibatan para pegawai.

Abstract

Kekuatan pokok suatu instansi adalah sumber daya manusianya. Instansi dalam mewujudkan kegiatannya berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan dapat melakukan upaya peningkatan kinerja dengan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja salah satunya lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan lingkungan kerja, untuk mengetahui kinerja, untuk mengetahui peran lingkungan kerja. jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan perangkat desa berjumlah 10 orang. hasil penelitian lingkungan kerja dikantor desa sisarahili kurang mendukung kinerja perangkat desa dalam pelaksanaan aktivitasnya, disebabkan oleh ruangan kantor berukuran ±5x7 m³ belum cukup memadai membuat perangkat desa kepanasan dalam ruangan saat siang hari. Letak kantor cukup dekat dengan beberapa kandang ternak warga sehingga suara bising dari ternak cukup menggangu fokus dan pendengaran perangkat desa saat bekerja. Fasilitas masih harus dilengkapi untuk menunjang kegiatan perangkat desa. Ini menimbulkan adanya penurunan kinerja perangkat desa berupa kurangnya kuantitas dalam penyelesaian tugas yang seharusnya bisa melakukan suatu pekerjaan dalam waktu 1-3 hari bisa sampai seminggu bahkan lebih. Pemerintah dalam menanggapi ini harusnya memberikan kantor desa khusus seperti kantor pada umumnya dengan memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan fasilitas yang di sediakan apakah sudah tepat untuk menunjang kinerja perangkat desa.
