Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang anak berkebutuhan khusus yang berhasil meraih prestasi. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang bagaimana dukungan keluarga dalam menunjang prestasi anak berkebutuhan khusus di kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini yaitu teori struktural fungsional Robert King Merton. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe studi kasus serta teknik pemilihan informan purposive sampling. Dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokementasi dengan teknik analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan kurangnya dukungan keluarga dalam menunjang prestasi anak berkebutuhan khusus di kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan baik dalam dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasi, dan dukungan penghargaan.

Abstract

Child of tunagrahita that is child having intellegence under average of normal child in general and have resistance in the field of adjustment and social interaction. This reality have child of tunagrahita not easy for parent, especially if faced by parent which less the understanding to all problems of child of tunagrahita. According to data steming from Body Centering Statistic ( BPS), amount of disabled peoples in indonesia in the year 2010 are equal to 2.126.785 souls. Blind 778.084 soul, tunarungu articulation of 267.974 soul, tunadaksa 733.740 soul, and tunagrahita 345.815 soul. Provinsi North Sumatera there are amount of disabled peoples in the year 2010 are 118.603 souls, consist of blind 43.390 soul, tunarungu articulation of 14.943 soul, tunadaksa 40.918 soul, and tunagrahita 19.284 soul. Pay attention to this problem, governmental for the agenda of mengentaskan prosperity of social of disabled peoples formulate various policies one of them educations and constructions programs for child of tunagrahita through panti or managed by institutions is public or government professionally. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effectiveness of training programs and education in mental retardation SLB-C Foundation for Development of Disabled Children in Medan. Type of research used in this research is descriptive method. Meanwhile, the techniques of data analysis in this study using a single table and explained qualitatively by Likert scale. The conclusions obtained through analysis of the data that the The Effectiveness Implementation of Coaching Program and Education child's mental retardation In SLB-C Foundation for Disabled Children Coaching In Medan City is effective. The calculation result is effective viewed from several measurements that have been made, from the understanding of the program as much as 0.36, 0.675 as targets of accuracy, timeliness as of 0.45, from 0.91 as the goals and of real change as 0,78. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman konsep peserta didik terhadap materi kimia dan belum tersedianya lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis hierarki konsep di MAN 3 Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis hierarki konsep pada materi stoikiometri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model penelitian Borg and Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket uji validitas, angket uji praktikalitas, angket uji respon peserta didik, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis hierarki konsep memperoleh tingkat validitas oleh ahli media sebesar 96,66% (sangat valid), tingkat validitas oleh ahli materi sebesar 90,52% (sangat valid), uji praktikalitas oleh guru kimia sebesar 89,09% (sangat praktis), serta mendapat respon dari peserta didik sebesar 83,84% (sangat baik).

Abstract

Salah satu isu pastoral yang tampak dalam kehidupan bergereja saat ini adalah banyaknya tantangan yang dihadapi oleh generasi muda, seperti tantangan mencari jadi diri, gagal menemukan identitas diri sebagai pemuda Kristen, bahkan hilangnya gairah terlibat dalam persekutuan. Tantangan ini membuat generasi muda menghindarkan diri dari persekutuan gereja, dan tidak jarang menghambat pertumbuhan kerohanian. Menyikapi isu tersebut, maka gereja harus melaksanakan pelayanan pastoral yang efektif sebagai upaya menolong pemuda dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan iman dan membawa pada pertumbuhan/kedewasaan rohani penuh dalam Yesus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan penelitian pustaka melalui pengumpulan data berupa buku literatur dan karya tulis ilmiah terkait dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pastoral bagi generasi muda menjadi pelayanan yang penting untuk membangun relasi dan pengenalan yang baik akan Allah. Namun gereja kadangkala gagal, hal ini  karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang kehidupan generasi muda secara holistik.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2014 tentang Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah dan telah di turunkan dengan Peraturan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Bengkulu, menyatakan bahwa DPRD terdiri atas Anggota Partai Politik peserta Pemilihan Umum yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil Pemilihan Umum, dan DPRD merupakan Lembaga perwakilan rakyat daerah yang berkedudukan sebagai unsur penyelenggara pemerintahan daerah. Meskipun dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan DPRD Kota masih jarang menggunakan Bahasa Inggris, namun mereka berkeinginan untuk mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan lancar agar jika suatu saat ada kunjungan ke luar negeri atau dikunjungi oleh tamu dari negara lain, mereka bisa berbicara dengan lancar. Melalui kegiatan KKN ini, salah satu program utama adalah melatih kemampuan membaca teks Bahasa Inggris kepada pegawai di DPRD Kota Bengkulu dengan maksud agar mereka mampu minimal membaca teks Bahasa Inggris dengan lancar. Metode dalam melakukan kegiatan ini adalah Ceramah dan Praktek. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah, para pegawai sudah mulai mampu untuk membaca teks Bahasa inggris dengan baik dan benar. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze the learning conditions of the Robotic System Controller subject at SMK Negeri 4 Soppeng, (2) develop an ARM robotic color detector trainer for use in the Robotic System Controller practicum, (3) evaluate the validity of the trainer as a learning medium, and (4) Assess its practicality in the practicum. The development process followed the Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) model. The research subjects consisted of students majoring in Industrial Electronics at Vocational High School (SMKN) 4 Soppeng. Data were collected through validation sheets completed by media experts and response sheets filled out by students. The results showed that the media received a total average score of 93.5% from two media experts, categorizing it as very valid. Additionally, student trials yielded a total average score of 91%, placing it in the very practical category. These findings indicate that the ARM robotic color detector trainer is highly suitable and practical for use as a learning medium for students.

Abstract

The focus of this research was to analyse the extent of flouting maxim of Grice’s Cooperative principle done by Chris Martin, vocalist of the band Coldplay and analyse the types of flouting Grice’s Cooperative principle used by guests and their reasons, this interview hosted by NajwaShihab in the Mata Najwa program which is a highly interactive talk show entitled "Exclusive Interview with Chris Martin of Coldplay | Mata Najwa". The research uses a descriptive qualitative and quantitative method since the data is presented as words and numbers. The reason for choosing this talk show is because Chris Martin is an English native speaker, while NajwaSihab is an Indonesian native speaker, making it possible to compare how Grice's Cooperative principle is often flouted during interviews due to language and cultural differences. Inan exclusive interview as shown in this study, 11 utterances were found during the interview, including 4 utterances that flouting maxim quantity, 4 utterances that flouting maxim quality, 2 utterances that flouting maxim relevance and 1 utterance that flouting maxim manner. From the data of flouting maxim, that also found several reasons why Chris do the flouting maxim, these reasons areconfusing in giving answer, friendliness, respectful, confidentiality/hiding the truth and Showing empathy. And the most common reason for flouting maxim was found when Chris flouted maxim quantity and quality. As this was a formal interview, the flouting Grice’s Cooperative principle was done by politeness strategies. Despite the flouting Grice’s Cooperative principle, the conversation still runs well until the end.

Abstract

Based on Law Number 17 of 2014 concerning the People's Consultative Assembly, the People's Representative Council, the Regional Representative Council and the Regional People's Representative Council and which has been passed down by the Regulation of the Bengkulu City Regional People's Representative Council, it states that the DPRD consists of Members of Political Parties participating in the General Election. elected based on the results of the General Election, and the DPRD is a regional people's representative institution whose position is as an element of regional government administration. Even though the City DPRD rarely uses English in carrying out its activities, they hope to be able to speak English fluently so that if one day they visit abroad or are visited by guests from other countries, they can speak fluently. Through this KKN activity, one of the main programs is training the ability to read English texts to employees at the Bengkulu City DPRD with the aim of ensuring that they are able to at least read English texts fluently. The method for carrying out this activity is Lecture and Practice. The result of this activity is that employees have begun to be able to read English texts well and correctly.
