Abstract

Today's digital technology makes life in modern times very easy, especially the people's habit of making payments using cash in conducting transactions, especially in payment transactions for the student's Educational Development Contribution (SPP) fee. The problem that often occurs in SPP payment transactions is that students have to write down the data and nominal on the payment paper and students forget to bring their SPP card. In this research method used in data collection is the Waterfall method with the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This tuition payment system is implemented in a mobile application depth that is used for students to make tuition payment transactions to schools

Abstract

The problems that arise in the process of professional certification bodies are the document system has not been arranged neatly and does not yet have an information system for professional certification bodies (LSP) and do not have a direct link system that can be seen by potential participants so that the results of the announcement of participants and the graduation of the certification body have not been maximized in serving the participants who take part in this professional certification. With the Energy Mandiri Professional Certification Agency Assessment Information System (LSP), it can improve the quality, especially in services to prospective participants and participants as well as in tidying up related documents related to professional certification. Unified Modelling Language (UML) which consists of a use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram and class diagram. Thus, it can be ascertained that the Energy Mandiri Professional Certification Institute (LSP) Assessment Information System can provide administrative convenience and can provide services to its participants at the Energi Mandiri Professional Certification Institute (LSP).

Abstract

Pencatatan data penduduk dan administrasi saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan masalah seperti pencarian data yang lambat, risiko kehilangan data, dan redundansi. Sistem informasi desa berbasis web menjadi alternatif dalam menghadapi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem tersebut dapat dikembangkan menggunakan metode Prototyping, yang memungkinkan interaksi antara pengembang dan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi desa berbasis web yang dapat mengintegrasikan pengelolaan data dan informasi di Desa Sindangjaya serta mengimplementasikan metode Prototyping dalam pengembangan sistem informasi desa untuk menghasilkan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode Prototyping pada penelitian ini mencakup pembuatan antarmuka, pengelolaan data penduduk, modul administrasi, dan penyebaran informasi, dengan evaluasi dari pengguna. Sistem Informasi Desa Sindangjaya berbasis web yang dirancang menggunakan metode Prototyping telah berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan administrasi desa dengan cara yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Selain itu, sistem ini juga menawarkan kemudahan penggunaan dan responsivitas, memungkinkan warga untuk memantau status permohonan secara real-time.

Abstract

Currently the development of information technology is growing rapidly and demands to create an application that can solve an existing problem but has not found a solution. In the process of knowing the amount of stock, sometimes it will be difficult if you have to check manually. This application at PT Besmindotama Semesta is based on the need for precise and accurate information management in managing the status of goods in the warehouse. The methodology used is the waterfall method, this model describes software development such as a waterfall flow, starting from requirements analysis as the beginning of the process to coding and testing at the end of the process. its manufacture. This information system is made using the Java programming language and MySQL as the database. The author uses data flow diagrams to design the workflow scheme of this system and ERD to create relationships between tables. The result of this research is to create a desktop-based inventory information system that can simplify inventory and speed up the process of delivering inventory information.

Abstract

SMAIT ULIL ALBAB - BEKASI is an Integrated Islamic Senior High School located in Wanasari Cibitung. Currently the existing library is not well coordinated. There are no visitor records, there is no history of borrowed books either. Many books that were from government assistance or independent purchases from schools were lost because they were borrowed but were not clear. There are also no loan data records. This causes schools to not have historical records of both books, borrowing and visitors, resulting in schools not having accurate data on the number of books in the school library. This requires a serious handling of the problem of recording data on borrowing books in the library so that the risk of schools losing books is small in this school. This study uses the waterfall method to design a web-based library information system at SMAIT Ulil Albab using PHP and MySQL. With the development of this system, every visitor can be recorded and stored in a database to be reported as library visitor statistics. With this system, the process of recording borrowing books using borrowing books has been abandoned, borrowing and returning inputs are more effective and efficient using the application. With this system, reports on how many books were borrowed that should have been returned, the status of the books and the total number of books in the library can be more easily made and can be printed according to the printing period.

Abstract

Posyandu is an integrated service post that serves the community to check the condition of toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly. Posyandu Sakura is the name of the posyandu in the Koperindag Housing. Currently, the Sakura posyandu still uses a manual system, the manual system in question is that posyandu cadres are still recording data for toddlers, elderly data and other posyandu activities in a book. This method is considered inefficient, so the authors conducted research to help the cadres' tasks to be more practical and efficient. To overcome these problems, the authors intend to develop a web-based Posyandu information system. Posyandu information system that will be made in this research is to use PHP with Visual Studio Code and MySQL database. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by the administration section in recording monthly tuition payments which are still done manually so the school often loses the proof of payment that has been recorded. Then in making payment recapitulation reports it can be time-consuming, especially to determine a decision such as anyone who has not made a payment. The solution provided is to create and design a site-based educational operational fee payment applications, because it can minimize errors in recording transactions and generating reports that might occur if done manually. Based on the results of the trial this application can overcome and reduce problems that occur in the process of paying educational operational costs. In addition, this application also makes it easier for the administration section. If there are students who are late paying tuition, the system will automatically send notifications in the form of messages or e-mails to guardian parents. Keywords: Payment TK Najma Ceria

Abstract

Rima Alamanda Kindergarten Bekasi is one of the Kindergarten schools in the Perum Pesona Gading Cibitung Blok H1/23 area of Bekasi districts. In carrying out its activities, the current system in managing administration, especially tuition payments, recording and managing school payment data, still uses simple data management, namely Microsoft Office Excel and has not been integrated. This causes frequent problems such as data inaccuracies, especially the lack of student tuition fees, errors in recording data and information regarding the remaining amount of tuition payments and difficulties in finding data because it takes a long time when parents ask for student tuition deficiencies. The process of recapitulating student SPP data which still has to be recapitulated manually, so it takes a long time to present the SPP income report if requested by the Principal. This study designs a system that can make the process of paying student tuition fees effectively and efficiently using PHP and MySQL. With the development of this information system, the transaction process for student tuition payments has been based on an information system with data storage to a database, thus eliminating paper and MS records. Excel. With this system it also makes it easier to see the lack of student tuition payments with accurate data and makes it easier to find information on lack of payment and makes it easier to recap student tuition payment reports without having to manually recap again. Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi di Sekolah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Ar Ridho masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan kendala dalam proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) dan pembayaran administrasi. Proses manual ini menyebabkan keterlambatan penyampaian informasi, kesulitan dalam pencatatan data siswa, serta rendahnya transparansi keuangan sekolah. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya sistem informasi yang dapat membantu sekolah dalam menyelenggarakan administrasi secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem yang dibangun menyediakan fitur utama berupa pendaftaran siswa baru, pengelolaan data, pembayaran administrasi, serta pelaporan digital. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi sekolah, mempermudah akses informasi bagi orang tua, serta mendukung transparansi pembayaran. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif bagi permasalahan administrasi manual di PAUD Ar Ridho

Abstract

Yayasan Baitul Yatim Darussalam saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan donasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan keterbatasan dalam jangkauan donatur dan kurangnya transparansi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi donasi berbasis Android untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi pengelolaan dana di yayasan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode air terjun (waterfall), dan pengujian fungsionalitasnya menggunakan Black Box Testing. Aplikasi ini fokus pada tiga jenis donasi utama: santunan yatim, zakat, dan sedekah. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah donatur dalam memberikan donasi secara digital serta memungkinkan pengurus yayasan untuk mengelola dan melaporkan dana secara lebih akurat dan transparan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan sesuai dengan fungsionalitas yang diharapkan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan proses donasi menjadi lebih mudah diakses, jangkauan donatur meluas, serta kepercayaan donatur meningkat melalui laporan keuangan yang transparan dan informasi kegiatan yang akurat.
