Abstract

Juragan Dimsum Bekasi merupakan suatu usaha yang menjual beberapa jenis dimsum yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan pengendalian bahan baku yang menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti kesalahan dalam pencatatan, pembuatan laporan, serta ketidaktepatan dalam penggunaan bahan baku untuk kegiatan produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi dan manajemen pengendalian bahan baku untuk kegiatan produksi berbasis web sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam proses pencatatan, penyimpanan, pencarian serta pembuatan laporan.  Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis, desain, coding dan testing, penerapan, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dibangun berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan bahan baku. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan pengendalian bahan baku pada Juragan Dimsum Bekasi menjadi lebih efektif dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

An efficient, fast, accurate and safe inventory of goods is needed for a part in the company. The production data application will support the work of foreman and leader to collect data on stocqk of goods in a production department and make reports efficiently and quickly, and do not require double work to process it. The production data application at PT. KDS INDONESIA is designed with several stages, data and information collection, needs analysis and application design, application development and application testing. This application was developed using PHP and MySQL. This application provides facilities that can be used by foreman in the form of input data, incoming goods, outgoing goods, location of goods and operator data. Abstract

Masjid selain sebagai tempat sholat berjama’ah umat muslim, juga sebagai tempat pengajian, pendidikan agama, bakti sosial, perayaan Hari Besar Islam, pembayaran zakat dan penyembelihan hewan kurban. Selama ini informasi yang berhubungan dengan Masjid Ziyaadaturrahman masih disampaikan dalam bentuk kertas yang ditempelkan di mading seperti jadwal khotib dan kutbah jum’at, pendaftaran Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) masih harus datang langsung ke Masjid dan informasi kegiatan disampaikan melalui surat edaran dan pengeras suara. Untuk lebih mempermudah masyarakat yang ingin mengetahui informasi yang berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka dibangunlah sistem informasi menggunakan analisis PIECES untuk mengelola manajemen pada Masjid Ziyaadaturrahman berbasis website. Kelebihan dari sistem ini pengurus Masjid hanya menginput semua jadwal khotib, memantau jalannya pendaftaran TPQ secara online dan menginput informasi kegiatan secara online. Pengurus dapat memantau semua informasi secara real time, masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi jadwal, pendaftaran TPQ dan kegiatan setiap saat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dan analisis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency dan Service).

Abstract

Inventory Information System is a system that can monitor the rate of entry and exit of goods at PT. Hoseki Prima Indonesia in the warehouse section where the circulation goes in and out goods in the company The problem that is often faced is the frequent occurrence of stock outs of goods, especially materials for the production process, so stop lines often occur, as well as finished goods that are often lost or the condition of the goods does not match the actual goods in the warehouse. With the existence of a web-based inventory information system, it can improve the quality of goods as well as monitor the circulation of goods in and out both ordered by customers or goods in the form of materials for the production process This inventory information system has deficiencies that can be upgraded from the application side, namely by collaborating or developing an Android-based system so that it can be utilized according to the needs of the times Keywords: Inventory Information System

Abstract

Harapan Sehat II Clinic is a clinic in the area of Telagapure Cikarang Barat. The system that has been running so far in the manual patient registration process uses a Medical Record (MR) card which will be filled out by clinic staff when a patient is treated to record the history of the patient’s examination so that when the patient returns for treatment, it takes a relatively long time to find the patient’s MR. This can also lead to wasted costs for printing MR cards, wasted space for stacking all MR cards and others. Another drawback is that this MR card can be damaged, lost or scattered or dirty. Besides that, the transaction process at the clinic has not been computerized properly so that all data has not been stored in the database. This study uses the waterfall method to design a web-based service information system at Harapan Sehat Clinic II Cikarang using PHP and MySQL. With the development of this system, the new patient registration process as well as the patient’s Medical Record information no longer uses the card but is already stored as a database at the clinic, so there is no longer a risk of missing or scattered patient cards when looking for them. With this system, the transactional process becomes more effective and has been integrated into the input of diagnoses, actions and drugs at poly doctors and pharmacies, thereby minimizing errors and presenting reports which include data on income for treatment at the poly, action and drug income can be printed according to a certain period, so that make it easier for nurses to recap in submitting reports.Keyword: Patient Service, Clinic, Medical Record, Diagnosis and Action, Medicine, Waterfall, PHP, MySQL.

Abstract

PT. Roki Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of equipment and components for two-wheeled, four-wheeled or more motorized vehicles. PT Roki Indonesia is located at Jl. Irian Block JJ-3-1 Industrial Area MM2100, West Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. Some of the products produced by PT. Roki Indonesia, namely air cleaner, Power Steering Fluid Filter, and Engine oil filter. In the warehouse of PT. Roki Indonesia has a data processing system. This data processing is very necessary in a warehouse, because with this data processing can be seen the flow of incoming goods, outgoing goods, or stock of goods in the warehouse. Data processing in the warehouse of PT. Roki Indonesia still uses the manual method, namely by filling out the form provided by the company and then storing it in a folder for archives. This system is good, but there are still perceived weaknesses, including if you are required to quickly find the required data, it is rather difficult, because you have to search for the archives that have been stored, it will take quite a long time, so a lot of time is wasted. Another problem is the possibility of data or archives being lost or damaged is still very high, with this error the company will experience losses, that must be avoided. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that can support or at least reduce the risks of errors in inputting goods that may occur. Then an Information System Application for Goods Data Management was made in the PT. Roki Indonesia is to support the existing system. This Warehouse Information System application is expected to provide information in the form of reports needed by company leaders as managers quickly and efficiently in accordance with the required report format, while reducing the risk of damage or loss of data that can harm the company. Abstract

Permasalahan yang timbul dalam proses produksi yaitu sistem pendistibusian material ke produksi sering mengalami masalah yang cukup berarti seperti salahnya pengiriman material sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang akan di proses di line produksi, sehingga menimbulkan akibat yang cukup patal yaitu salah material dan hasilnya menjadi NG semua. Dengan adanya sistem distribusi barang dari gudang ke line produksi dapat meningkatkan kualitas keseuaian barang atau material yang akan di gunakan di produksi sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan, selain itu sistem yang digunakan menggunakan sistem FIFO sehingga seluruh material yang akan masuk ke produksi selalu terkontrol dengan baik Dengan demikian dapat dipastikan sistem pendistribusian barang dari gudang ke line produksi dapat memberikan kenyamanan secara administrasi dan dapat menekan cost biaya terkait kesalahan hasil produksi

Abstract

PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera is a company engaged in vacuum services dust & mites for various soft materials. The problem that exists at PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera when the cleaning staff does work at the customer's house is that currently the staff cleaner scheduling system that runs is still conventional such as estimating the time and distance that is not appropriate when going to the customer's location, there are additional orders when the work has not been completed, and making work reports that are still manual. The purpose of this research is to create a work scheduling system for PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera's cleaner staff to replace the previous manual system in order to make it easier for cleaner staff to carry out their work and in making the cleaner staff work scheduling system using the Greedy Algorithm for application in finding the closest route to the customer's location. Based on these problems, a system was created that can make it easier for cleaner staff to get work scheduling information via smartphone devices that can be accessed in real time and create computerized work reports. PD Berkah Jaya Elektronik adalah sebuah perusahaan dagang yang bergerak dibidang penjualan elektronik. Sistem penjualan dan pengolahan data penjualan masih secara manual sehingga sering terjadi kesulitan dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan, dan pembuatan laporan penjualan. Setelah mengetahui permasalahan dan kelayakannya kemudian mendesain program usulan yang lebih efektif yang dapat diimplementasikan dengan database Ms.Access, selanjutnya membangun aplikasi program penjualan elektronik dengan VB .Net. Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu perusahaan yang ingin mencoba mengembangkan hal baru dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi adalah CV. Axelindo Cikarang Bekasi. CV ini, bergerak dalam bidang jasa yaitu perbaikan/bengkel atau servis kendaraan, jasa bubut dan lainnya. Diharapkan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi akan lebih banyak pelanggan atau order yang masuk atau diterima. Cukup banyaknya usaha bidang jasa bengkel untuk perbaikan kendaraan bermotor di daerah cikarang bekasi berakibat pula pada berkurangnya order jasa yang didapat. CV.Axelindo mencoba untuk mengembangkan strategi marketingnya dari yang hanya mengandalkan sistem offline (pelanggan datang langsung ke bengkel) menjadi ditambah dengan cara membuat pemesanan bengkel secara online. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall, yang diantara tahapannya adalah Requirement atau kebutuhan pengguna, desaign sistem yang didalamnya berisi rancangan sistem, implementation termasuk penulisan code program di dalamnya, testing atau pengujian dan maintenance. Pada tahap desain dan implementasi dibangun aplikasi dan software menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan database MYSQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh CV. Axelindo Cikarang guna membantu meningkatkan order bengkelnya yang sebelumnya hanya menggunakan cara offline menjadi dapat juga melalui cara online. Dalam sistem ini juga pelanggan dapat melihat status pemesanan bengkel/servis yang sudah dipesan. Kata Kunci : bengkel online, metode waterfall, pemesanan, servis.
